Recent structural changes in the economy of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic have had a significant impact on the entire public relations system, obliging to review the mechanisms for making economic decisions as primary ones. The formation of NKR coincided with the collapse of the USSR and with the radical changes in the system of economic relations that led to this. Since its formation, local authorities have adopted a strategy for the development of the construction sector by stimulating investment, which intends the creation of a favorable investment environment and the development of an appropriate infrastructure. Despite the fact that NKR construction sector has great potential for attracting investments, the level of foreign investors’ activity in this area is quite low. The main reason is probably a high risk level, which is determined by such factors as political instability in the region, the geographical location of NKR, its economic isolation, an incomplete legal framework, and the underdevelopment of financial and market infrastructures. As a result, many investment projects, including cost-effective and efficient ones, are not implemented.Uncertainty associated with the possibility of adverse situations and consequences during the implementation of the project is characterized by the concept of “risk”. The effectiveness of the risk management organization is largely determined by the classification of risk. Depending on the main cause of the risk (basic or natural risk), the classification of risks associated with the implementation of investment construction projects provides a favorable basis for a clear and reasonable risk assessment, which is one of the crucial factors in the effectiveness of the risk management process.

Every system, when connected to a network, is susceptible to threat of being hacked. It is important to protect all systems of an organization in real-time in a cost-effective manner. This article presents a well-designed and integrated database for risk management data using a dashboard interface in real-time risk that makes it easy for risk managers to reach a understanding the level of threats to be able to apply right controls to mitigate them. In this article, a case study of a data center for a statistical management institute is presented that proposes the calculation of total risk at the organization level by using the proposed risk database. A digital dashboard is also designed for presenting the risk level results so that decision makers can apply counter measures. The risk level on a dashboard viewer makes it easy for decision maker to understand the overall risk level at the statistics data center and assists in the creation of a tool to follow-up risk management since the time a threat hits until the time of its mitigation.

Introduction. The banking system of Ukraine, in the conditions of the current crisis, turned out to be untenable to quickly adapt to structural changes in the economy, which manifested itself in the absence of an effective system for managing banking risks. Further instability in the financial market will increase the negative impact on the level of financial security of the banking sector. Today there is a need for the formation of preventive measures for risk management, prevention of their occurrence and minimization, which will contribute to the safe position of the bank. Purpose. The main purpose of the study is to identify modern methods and approaches regarding the classification of banking risks and substantiation of proposals for their minimization, as well as ensuring the financial security of the banking sector in Ukraine. The main research methods are methods of quantitative, qualitative analysis and statistical analysis, as well as methods of expert assessments. Results. Summarizing the results of research by scientists, it was stated that banking risk is the likelihood of losses in the form of loss of assets, shortfall in planned income, or the appearance of additional costs as a result of the bank’s financial transactions. The main results of the banking system of Ukraine in 2019 and the dynamics for 7 months of 2020 are determined. Despite the positive trends of 2019, there is a risk of new problem loans due to non-conservative policy of banks in the growing segment of consumer lending. Modern practice shows that any credit product of a bank leads to the formation of a certain credit risk, and until the client returns the received resources, the bank is forced to form reserves for possible losses from non-repayment of funds. Conclusions. Сonclusions are drawn regarding the credit risk management tools. Based on the results of the study, the author’s approach to the classification of risks and reasonable approaches to their management are presented. In particular, it has been proved that during the formation of risk management tools, namely credit risk, and ensuring the bank’s security, it is necessary to take into account that risk assessment indicators should consider not only the ratio between assets and liabilities, but also their maturity dates.

Despite wide legislation basis of regulating relations in work safety and workers’ health, one third of workplaces demonstrate exceeded allowable normal levels of workers’ exposure to occupational hazards and present occupational risk for health disorders. In accordance to national legislation acts, evaluation should cover factors of occupational environment and working process, and occupational risk is understood in context of mandatory social insurance. This approach has been formed due to mostly compensatory trend in legal principles of work safety in Russia by now. Implementation of new preventive concept of work safety, based on idea of risk management for workers, necessitates development of legal acts that regulate requirements to evaluation of occupational risk and its reports with consideration of changes in Federal Law on 30 March 1999 №52 FZ “On sanitary epidemiologic well-being of population”.Those acts can include Sanitary Rules and Regulations “Evaluation of occupational risk for workers’ health”, that will contain main principles of risk assessment, requirements to risk assessment, including its characteristics which can serve as a basis of categorizing the risk levels with acceptability. To standardize requirements for informing a worker on the occupational risk, the expediency is specification of sanitary rules “Notifying a worker on occupational risk”. These rules should contain requirements: to a source of data on occupational risk level at workplace, to informational content and to ways of notifying the worker. Specification and implementation of the stated documents enable to fulfil legal requirements completely on work safety — that will provide preservation and increase of efficiency in using work resources.

The classification of petrophytic vegetation of coastal steeps was proposed for the Northwest Caucasian coast of the Black Sea using the Braun-Blanquet approach. The main factors that influence the development of vegetation in question are abrasion and denudation sea coast processes. The coastal steeps in study area are formed by carbonate flysch. The plant communities occur on rocky slopes with poorly developed soil cover, fine stone chips as well as rock crevices. Nine associations and four communities without syntaxonomic rank were documented in the table and described with respect to their phytosociological affinities, ecology, and geographical location. Diagnostic species of syntaxa were established using phi-coefficient calculations of fidelity and Fisher’s exact test. In addition, the results of relevé ordination were given using the algorithm of non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMS) that is embedded in PC-ORD 5.0 software package.
