من روائع هذا الموروث الديني عن النبي ﷺ، قدرته على مسايرة الحوادث والمستجدات، واستيعاب التنوع والاختلاف الزماني والمكاني والأحوال، بحيث لا يند عن النص أو فهمه شيء. الاجتهاد من فروض الكفاية التي لا يجوز أن يخلو منه عصر، ومن تنادى بإغلاق باب الاجتهاد فقد أخطأ، باب الاجتهاد لا يوصد لأن مسائل العصر متجددة، والنوازل كثيرة، وخاصة في هذا الزمان المتسارع، وإن قل الاجتهاد الفردي إلا أن الاجتهاد الجماعي له دور كبير في إيجاد الحلول التي تحتاجها الأمة. هذا البحث يهتم بصناعة المجتهد، والعناية بإخراج مجتهدين مؤهلين للعملية الاجتهادية، أو الفتيا، وفق شروط المجتهد التأهيلية. خلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: الاهتمام بالشخصية المختارة للصناعة البحثية، وإعداد الاختبارات والمقابلات المنتقاة بدقة عالية لاجتيازها، وتخطي العقبات والتحديات والعناية بالمنظومة التعلمية المهمة في صناعة المجتهد، والاهتمام بالتراث الإسلامي في الاستفادة منه والبناء عليه، واستصحابه بالقدر الذي يكون معينا للوصول للمطلوب. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الاجتهاد، المجتهد، التراث، الموروث الإسلامي. Abstract Among the masterpieces of religious tradition of Prophet S.A.W. is the ability to cope with the events and developments and to absorb the diversity of temporal and spatial conditions, in line with the Islamic verses. Ijtihad is the duties of sufficiency that ones have to bear them. Therefore, whoever intends to close the door of Ijtihad has erred, since the issues of mankind changeable from day to day. Although there are small number of Ijtihad individually but there are Ijtihad collectively that played big role in finding solutions which arise among people. This study discussed the issues of producing Mujtahid, in terms of qualification and youthness, according to the stipulated conditions. The study found that it is important to have selection of qualified person to become mujtahid as well as the selected tests and interviews with high accuracy, so that they could overcome the obstacles and challenges later. The study also found that there should have a concern on the important learning system in producing mujtahid and the Islamic heritage as well. Machine vision is a powerful technology that has become increasingly popular and accurate during the last decade due to rapid advances in the field of machine learning. The majority of machine vision applications are currently found in consumer electronics, automotive applications, and quality control, yet the potential for bioprocessing applications is tremendous. For instance, detecting and controlling foam emergence is important for all upstream bioprocesses, but the lack of robust foam sensing often leads to batch failures from foam-outs or overaddition of antifoam agents. Here, we report a new low-cost, flexible, and reliable foam sensor concept for bioreactor applications. The concept applies convolutional neural networks (CNNs), a state-of-the-art machine learning system for image processing. The implemented method shows high accuracy for both binary foam detection (foam/no foam) and fine-grained classification of foam levels.

Kaedah pengajaran merupakan antara elemen penting dalam bidang pendidikan. Ia amat berkait rapat dengan usaha ke arah merealisasikan pendidikan berkualiti dan pengajaran yang berkesan. Makalah ini membincangkan soal jawab sebagai salah satu kaedah pengajaran Abu Anifah. Hal ini diteliti berdasarkan karya dan amalan behalf dalam bidang pengajaran. Makalah ini mendapati bahawa pandangan dan amalan Abfi Anifah berkenaan kaedah soal jawab adalah selaras dengan tradisi Islam yang digagaskan dalam al-Quran, al-Sunnah dan amalan para Sahabat. Kaedah soal jawab ini juga kemudiannya turut dikembangkan oleh para sarjana Islam selepas beliau.Method of teaching is an important element in the process of education. It is closely related to the effort towards a realization of quality education and effective teaching. This article presents the questioning method as one of the teaching method employed by Abfi Hanifah. The discussion is based on a selection of his treatises and his teaching practice thereof. This article found that the questioning method according to Abu Hanifah is in accordance with the Islamic tradition which is derived from al-Quran, al-Sunnah and the practice of the Companions. It is developed later by the scholars of Islam.

Though deep learning systems have achieved high accuracy in detecting diseases from medical images, few such systems have been deployed in highly automated disease screening settings due to lack of trust in how well these systems can generalize to out-of-datasets. We propose to use uncertainty estimates of the deep learning system’s prediction to know when to accept or to disregard its prediction. We evaluate the effectiveness of using such estimates in a real-life application for the screening of diabetic retinopathy. We also generate visual explanation of the deep learning system to convey the pixels in the image that influences its decision. Together, these reveal the deep learning system’s competency and limits to the human, and in turn the human can know when to trust the deep learning system.

Adaptive learning system has been developed maturing. But the formulation and selection of learning scheme in the learners' personality characteristic mining is still not satisfactory. The adaptive learning scheme with specific learner characteristics personalized will have positive effect for the learner on learning effect. The emergence of adaptive learning system based on network, making the learning is no longer affected by time and space restrictions, and the teachers teaching mode is changing to students' learning mode. The prior paper had given a brief introduction for adaptive learning system. Then in this paper we will focus on the designed theoretical knowledge of the adaptive learning system and give the design scheme.

<p>In indoor environment WSN nodes are deployed randomly and do not know the accurate position. Find the node position with the help of anchor nodes is known as localization. CRB algorithm selects the best anchor nodes which gives high accuracy. In this paper distributed PSO algorithm with optimum selection of reference nodes using CRB is proposed to find accurate node position. The proposed method performs better in comparison with other algorithms like PSO, RLS, LMS and GPS in terms of position accuracy, latency and complexity.</p>

AbstractStructure determination of filamentous molecular complexes involves the selection of filaments from cryo-EM micrographs. The automatic selection of helical specimens is particularly difficult and thus many challenging samples with issues such as contamination or aggregation are still manually picked. Here we present two approaches for selecting filamentous complexes: one uses a trained deep neural network to identify the filaments and is integrated in SPHIRE-crYOLO, the other one, called SPHIRE-STRIPER, is based on a classical line detection approach. The advantage of the crYOLO based procedure is that it accurately performs on very challenging data sets and selects filaments with high accuracy. Although STRIPER is less precise, the user benefits from less intervention, since in contrast to crYOLO, STRIPER does not require training. We evaluate the performance of both procedures on tobacco mosaic virus and filamentous F-actin data sets to demonstrate the robustness of each method.

Purpose. Improving the efficiency and energy performance of an asynchronous electric drive for stationary fan’s units of the main ventilation line of mines. Methodology. The research was carried out using the methods of the theory of electrical circuits, mathematical physics, simulation, interpolation and approximation Findings. The research of electromagnetic and energy processes in the asynchronous electric drive system with pulse control at a fan load, taking into account the variable aerodynamic parameters of the main ventilation line of mines. An electric drive system is able to respond with high accuracy and reliability to changes in the aerodynamic parameters of the main ventilation line of mines has been proven. This will also increase the power factor of the electric drive at a fan load up 0.8 to 0.93 p.u., and the efficiency up 92.5% to 94.5%, when regulating in the range of the operating slip of the rotor of the drive fan motor = 0.5 ÷, which, respectively, is on average up 0,25% to 40 higher in comparison with systems of an unregulated electric drive. Recommendations has been developed for the design and rational selection of the rated fan capacity for the main ventilation line to advance the best energy efficiency level of the electric drive. Originality. The research of electro-mechanical, electro-energy power and aerodynamic processes in the dynamic modes of the fan electric drive was carried out. The fan-loaded "induction motor-converter" system has been proven to be self-regulating. It is able to respond with high accuracy and reliability even at low switching frequencies of the power chopper to any changes of the aerodynamic parameters of the main ventilation line of mines. Practical value. Recommendations has been developed for the design and rational selection of the rated fan capacity for the main ventilation line to advance the best energy efficiency level of the electric drive.

Machine learning is commonly used to predict and implement  pattern recognition and the relationship between variables. Causal machine learning combines approaches for analyzing the causal impact of intervention on the result, asumming a considerably ambigous variables. The combination technique of causality and machine learning is adequate for predicting and understanding the cause and effect of the results. The aim of this study is a systematic review to identify which causal machine learning approaches are generally used. This paper focuses on what data characteristics are applied to causal machine learning research and how to assess the output of algorithms used in the context of causal machine learning research. The review paper analyzes 20 papers with various approaches. This study categorizes data characteristics based on the type of data, attribute value, and the data dimension. The Bayesian Network (BN) commonly used in the context of causality. Meanwhile, the propensity score is the most extensively used in causality research. The variable value will affect algorithm performance. This review can be as a guide in the selection of a causal machine learning system.
