Abstract The research was conducted between January 22 and February 25, 2021. The data was collected by self-administered questionnaires mailed to the participants at 800 care management centers and comprehensive community support centers in Osaka City. The centers were randomly selected. The response rate was 19.1%. The independent variables were: obtaining the qualification of a Senior Care Manager (SCM), who was a qualified person that acquired advanced knowledge and skills in care management by advanced training; experience years in Social Work (SW); experience years in care management; experiences in training programs for team approach; and experiences in training programs for supporting Old Public Assistance Recipients (OPAR). The dependent variables were the categorized contents in the Care Management Practice for old public assistance recipients. They were: Care planning and Implementation (CI); Assessment; Financial Support and Evaluation (FSE); Contract and Explanations in care management; Coordinating Informal support and Formal services in Care planning; and Arrangements in Financial supports for Formal service costs. The Structural Equation Modeling was performed for the examinations of the relationships. As a result, the goodness of the fit indices was acceptable, and we retained the models. In correlational analyses, CI and Assessment were significantly correlated with SCM (p<.05). FSE was significantly correlated with SW (p<.001) and OPAR (p<.05). In conclusion, the results implied that advanced qualification of a Senior Care Manager and a specified training program for supporting old public assistance recipients were effective in providing appropriate care management services.

Background: Mentoring is a learning and training process in which a qualified person with more experience (mentor) consults a person with fewer skills or less experience (mentee). The purpose of this study was to design, implement and evaluate the student mentoring program for entry Pharmacy students of academic year 2019-2020 (as mentees) and to use a website to communicate with students in order to use new methods of communication. Methods: In this project, 2015, 2016 and 2017 entry students were used as mentors. After assessing the needs of senior students, the mentoring program was designed and after revision, mentors and mentees were introduced to each other. Considering the outbreak of Corona virus in the middle of the project, the Pharmacist Assistant website was designed as a virtual learning platform and made accessible to students for keeping the mentoring members in touch with each other. Results: Preliminary results of a needs assessment showed that students prefer being consulted by senior students in the times of challenge. A survey of mentees showed that all mentees were satisfied with participating in the program and recommended its implementation, and almost half of them believed that the web design was successful in educating students during the pandemic. Conclusion: Due to the high satisfaction of the mentees with the mentoring program and their familiarity with the academic challenges before facing them, running mentoring programs can be very functional and helpful in Schools of Pharmacy. In the case of coronavirus pandemic, one way to prevent damage to the mentoring program and to keep the mentor and mentees in touch is to design a virtual platform such as the Pharmacist Assistant website.

Women participation in the workplace has increased dramatically in recent years, yet the women in the the highest positions of the organizations are still rare. Women face greater barriers that are different from those of their male counterparts when moving up the career ladder. Glass-ceiling refers to situations where the advancement of a qualified person within the hierarchy of an organization is halted at a particular level. The paper discusses the glass ceiling of women employees and the nature of the glass ceiling among the women in society. Further it provides a critical analysis on the glass ceiling by giving empirical evidence from different authors. Evidence shows that glass ceiling is still prevalent around the world. However, cooperates do not believe the existence of glass ceiling, which makes the situation worse by hiding reality. They argued that glass-ceiling effect is a myth created by society. Moreover, it is argued that the lack of women employees in the top positions of the organizations is not because of the glass-ceiling was there but because the factors within the women employees hinder their movements to the top positions in the organizations. Hence glass ceiling remains still debatable.

Abstract The work aimed to analyze the common residues generation of Hospital São Luiz de Cáceres of the state of Mato Grosso, in relation to the employees training in the workplace. This is an intervention, analytical and experimental study of health services residues. The training was carried out in 2017, in which five generation points were added, having as priority the amount of residues generated in each point, being quantified and advanced and after the professional employees training. The results showed that the common residues generated at the site is being disposed of incorrectly, because class A residues were observed in class D dumps, being that even with the training, the segregation still continued to be performed incorrectly by some professionals. Therefore, due to the financial and environmental damage, it can be said that it is extremely important that professionals are trained by a qualified person. A trained person is required to be responsible for the PGRSS, SCIH and managers, applying training and monitoring directly the solid residues management in the hospital environment.   Keywords: Hospital Garbage. The present work seeks to expose, by means of bibliographic, doctrinal and legislative analysis, the concepts of legal business and consent defects, notably the error, and dissect the business contract, conceptualizing it and pointing out the interpretive criteria applicable to it, with the purpose of examining whether it is possible that manifestations of will in the commercial pacts are riddled with error, leading to the annulment of the business. Thus, it seeks to characterize the entrepreneur as a decision maker at the head of the company and to list which vectors should be used to understand a business relationship. Considering that the business contract essentially seeks profit and, therefore, is involved in risk, as well as that the entrepreneur who signs it is not any individual, but a presumably qualified person, the error is not a subterfuge to request the annulment of the bargain.

This paper analyses Ordinance on handling dangerous goods, the conditions and method of transport in maritime traffic, loading and unloading of dangerous goods, bulk and other cargo in ports and the method of preventing the spreading of oil spills in ports especially in the segment of the definition of dangerous goods, the supporting documents accompanying the handling of dangerous goods as well as supervision of the application of protective and safety measures. The author also discusses the terminological inconsistencies of important conceptual definitions while highlighting possible solutions. The paper also researches the role of the professional service, i.e., the qualified person who supervises handling dangerous goods in ports and who as such, is considered as the responsible person. The possible duality of the legal regulation of handling dangerous goods with regard to the Act on Transport of Dangerous Goods is also being researched. The last part highlights the contribution of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) and the achievements of the Republic of Croatia in establishing a system for the exchange of data on dangerous goods. In conclusion, the author gives an assessment of the compliance of the Croatian legal norm on the handling dangerous goods with international and EU solutions and makes appropriate proposals.

The article is devoted to the role of higher education in the formation and development of human capital in the conditions of innovative development of economy. In particular, this article reveals the essence of the concept of “human capital” and offers the author's interpretation taking into account the modernization of higher education. The author has shown that the innovative development of the economy largely depends on investment in human capital. Today, the main share of national wealth and the level of development of the country is determined by human capital. The key figure here is an educated, competitive, proactive, creative, and qualified person. Higher education plays the role of an environment where the interests of both society and the individual interact. During the period of active development of innovation, many members of society have to generate new knowledge, and even more people have to use this knowledge. Knowledge is the main environment in which modern society functions and develops. The development of human capital, the improvement of production, and the active introduction of innovations in almost all spheres of human life form the basis for further development of the innovative economy and become the basis for abandoning the country's raw material specialization, which, in turn, contributes to solving problems of health, science and education.

The approach of this research with normative approach, by investigating whether it is according to the norms that apply. The conclusion of this research, that the rules of grant in the Civil Code and KHI actually have similarities and differences. The similarity of the two rules is seen in defining the meaning of the grant, its elements and similarity in judging a qualified person to do the grant. The difference of the rules are both seen in the share of grant distribution. The portion in KHI is a maximum of 1/3. The existence parts and restriction of the treasures in the grant is nothing but to protect from the tendency of the benefactor to ignore their family. Hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidizing agent containing a peroxide functional group that easily decomposes. In this research, a commercial grade of 35 % w/w hydrogen peroxide was evaluated for thermal hazard and reactivity by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was found that the calculated activation energy was 70.03 kJ/mol. The risk assessment of thermal hazard evaluated in terms of the adiabatic decomposition temperature rise at heating rate 2, 4 and 8 °C/min, were 236.5, 159.2 and 217.5 K, respectively. While the time-to-maximum rate were 79.1, 52.6 and 28.3 second, respectively. Therefore, the storage, transportation and usage, proper care must be highly careful by trained and qualified person or the chemist knowledgeable personnel.
