The research topic is aimed at solving the problem of achieving the stable development of society, so it is relevant. The problem is that, according to the existing axiom of the economy, the material needs of a man are limitless. Thus, this axiom justifies and stimulates the pursuit of enrichment, which is achieved even by breaking laws. An insatiable effort to be financially successful has led to inequalities between people and countries. In spite of all the efforts, inequality is increasing rapidly. The question is, what pleasure does a person enjoy in achieving material goals? The study of human satisfaction with material benefits has been widely reported in the literature, however, a mathematical model of human satisfaction with material goods and a unit of satisfaction has not been developed. The absence of a mathematical model makes it impossible to find out the regularities of this phenomenon - human satisfaction in the process of obtaining material goods. The paper hypothesizes that the law of human satisfaction with material goods is expressed by a logarithmic function, which is shifted along the abscissa axis so that at zero abscissa the function equals zero. A unit of satisfaction, called comfort, has been introduced. The feeling of satisfaction is expressed as the first derivative of the logarithmic function. It is known that this function approaches zero as the argument grows. The introduction of the human satisfaction law from material goods in the form of a mathematical model gives grounds to make fundamental conclusions. Since the increase in satisfaction with the increase in material goods is slowing down, and the feeling of satisfaction in general approaches zero, it is not necessary to follow the basic axiom of the economy of a capitalist society and spend exertion to satisfy material needs, especially since the feelings of it will become zero. Scientific research proves that a person is able to absorb new ideas, able to learn and apply the acquired knowledge in everyday life. This gives confidence that due to the qualitative motivational implementation of the proposed law, people will realize it as a personal life strategy, and the development of society will become more stable.

The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) became law on November 16, 1990. The law addresses the rights of lineal descendants and members of American Indian tribes and Native Hawaiian groups with respect to human remains and cultural items with which they are affiliated. NAGPRA is concerned with the human remains of Native American ancestors, material goods still associated with these bodies, material goods once associated with these bodies but now separated, objects of importance to ongoing religious practice, and objects of cultural patrimony. NAGPRA sets into motion a process of identification, consultation, and recommendation about these ancestors or ancestral materials.

In the context of the changes occurred in the international legislation, under thecircumstances of the necessity of amortize the penal legislation with the provisions of theEuropean legislation concerning the corruption, Romania made efforts in adopting the Lawno. 70/2000, regarding the prevention, identification and retribution of corruption deeds1with the aim of counteracting the illicit activity of some category of persons who, using thepositions and attributions which they should carry on, broke the law with the aim of gaining, for them or for other persons, money, goods, and other material benefits. In this context itbecomes necessary to analyze the opportunity of incriminating the corruption deedscommitted by the legal person as an active topic of these categories of infractions.

The increasingly usage of Intensive shelves, greatly increase the utilization of storage space, but also is more demanding on order picking time . Based on the storage layout of intensive mobile shelves, this paper combines the time cost of shelf movement with the moving distance under the guidance of seeking global optimum. Transform the single order picking process into TSP problem, while considering the picking process. The waiting cost of the order, and the minimum of the picking cost and the waiting cost of the whole batch of orders requiring shelf movement, to establish a two-stage mathematical model of the order picking order. Then, the algorithm for solving the model is designed, and the simulation is carried out by numerical examples to illustrate the law and characteristics of the problem more vividly, in order to provide reference and reference for the order picking activities of intensive mobile shelves.

We present algorithmic procedures for generating systematically ideas and solutions to problems which are perceived as creative. Our method consists of identifying and characterizing the most creative ideas among a vast pool. We show that they fall within a few large classes (archetypes) which share the same conceptual structure (Macros). We prescribe well defined abstract algorithms which can act deterministically on arbitrary given objects. Each algorithm generates ideas with the same conceptual structure characteristic to one of the Macros. The resulting new ideas turn out to be perceived as highly creative. We support our claims by experiments in which senior advertising professionals graded advertisement ideas produced by our method according to their creativity. The marks (grade 4.6±0.2 on a 1–7 scale) obtained by laymen applying our algorithms (after being instructed for only two hours) were significantly better than the marks obtained by advertising professionals using standard methods (grade 3.6±0.2)). The method, which is currently taught in USA, Europe, and Israel and used by advertising agencies in Britain and Israel has received formal international recognition.

Due to its advantages including high quality of the forging parts and low production costs, hot closed-die forging (HCDF) play an essential role in the machine building industry. However, in recent decades, the pace of its development is gradually slowing down. In the hope of drawing up some new ideas about future development of the HCDF, this paper presents a brief overview of it. This study roughly prospects several potential research issues of the HCDF. Some new research fields such as precision forging, combined forging and numerical simulation have been shown. Challenges and possible response to them have been discussed.

The remarkable developments in Galileo's theory of motion revealed by his letter to Guidobaldo del Monte in 1602 have never been easy to account for in view of the almost complete lack of direct evidence. By examining the nature of the empirical evidence for the new ideas he advanced in 1602 and his earliest writings on motion in De motu, it is argued that the source of this transformation was his Copernican beliefs. There exists evidence that those beliefs led him to start work on his theory of the tides by 1595, and by 1597 to state to Kepler that Copernicanism had allowed him to account for many otherwise inexplicable phenomena. These comments very probably related to his new study of rotary and linear motion, linked to his theory of circular fall, which it is argued was devised at this point, and to an investigation of the pendulum. Such an investigation would account for his new interest in isochronism and his discovery of the link between linear and circular motion and to the two laws of isochronism announced to Guidobaldo in 1602: that of the pendulum and the law of chords.

The Munku-Sardyk mountain range (3,491 m) represents the territory of the modern glaciation of The East Sayan. Different forms of transformation of nival-glacial geosystems have been preserved in this range. The processes of transformation and self-organization of geosystems are considered on the example of the Radde glacier and the unique stone glacier. Due to climate change, the glacier has shrunk considerably. Its area has decreased over 100 years from 0.3 to 0.19 km2, and over the last 20 years from 0.19 to 0.09 km2. However, the glacier has processes of self-preservation, slowing down the process of melting the glacier. This transformation of the glacier is manifested as the reservation of surface moraines. The peculiarities of the formation of surface moraines are considered. In the past century, the formation rate of moraines was 0.001 km2/year. Recently, the rate of formation of moraines has increased to 0.02 km2/year. In the second case, the unique stone stream (stone glacier) is an example of the transformation of the classical glacier into a new structure, which at this stage does not depend significantly on the observed warming, and can exist as an independent object for quite some time. The material is supplied by the rock of mountain range, and the transport by the ice bed is formed in winter from groundwater at the level of indigenous rocks, like subsurface ice. The structure of this stone stream is presented as an independent geosystem. It is assumed that the nival-glacial geosystems behave like lag systems. From the analysis of freezing and thawing of soils it follows that the increase and degradation of glaciers should be subject to the law of hystiresis.

Abstract This study aimed to detect the most important factor that affects dates production. About 108 questionary forms collecttted palm orchard farmers in Karbala to estimate the dates production function in Karbala governorate for the agricultural season 2021 (the district of Al-jadual Al-Gharby). The study distributed those formmmsss for about 10% of the total palm orchards in Al-jadual Al-Gharby district of the holy governorate of Karbala. The study used the method of ordinary Least squares (OLS) to estimate the mathematical model of the function. The results showed that the double Logarithmic function in terms of its estimation of the estimated Coefficients by one unit leads to a corresponding change in the produced quality of dates and the same direction by 0.188 0.808) % respectively, and that the capital variable is more in fluently in production than the work variable. As for the total production elasticity (the sum of the partial elasticities of the resources used), which represents returns to scale, it amounted to about (0.996), which indicates a decrease in the return to scale.
