The article analyzes the information content of the websites of amalgamated hromadas (AHs). On the example of AHs of Lviv region, a content analysis of the information on websites was carried out. Of the 41 formed during 2015-2019 amalgamated hromadas of Lviv region, 38 hromadas have created their official website. Mostly, the AHs’ websites cover: information about the activities of the management apparatus; information about the governance apparatus and the deputy composition of the AH council; budget and use of budget funds; participation of citizens in governance; regulatory activity/policy; strategic documents; passport of AH; detailed description of infrastructure, labor, agricultural, natural, tourism resources, enterprises operating on the territory of AH; there is a tab with information about ASC; investment passport and the land plots, which are intended for the implementation of investment projects, as well as information about the activities of various departments and communal utilities. It is noted that during the coverage of information on official websites, executive authorities should be guided by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On the procedure for publishing information on the activities of executive authorities on the Internet», as well as Art. 15 of the Law of Ukraine «On Access to Public Information». It is determined that the most common is information about the composition and activities of the AH governance apparatus, information about the deputy composition, budget and use of budget funds, regulatory activities. The index of the amount of information covered is proposed and computed. It is concluded that AHs with general fund income (without transfers) per capita of more than 3000 UAH have more informatively filled websites. However, the type of hromada (urban or rural) does not influence the amount of information covered on the website. In general, the carried out analysis showed the lack of asymmetry in the disclosure and dissemination of information through the official websites of AHs of the Lviv region.

The article discusses the analysis of the main approaches to the route choices in the networks of the Internet of Things and suggests a method of choosing routes taking into account the probability of collisions, which allows to create a logical network structure. The proposed method is based on the seeking algorithm of the quickest route on the graph. This method was implemented by means of simulation modeling, with the help of which was estimated the effectiveness for networks with high density of units comparing with the methods, which are based on the evaluation of the length of the route.

Albania is a rich country with a lot of nature and cultural tourism resources situated in the in the Balkans region where there are much opportunities for developing different types of tourism. After a long period of transition, since the fall of the communist regime in 1990, the tourism industry began to be considered as one of the economic sectors with potential for development in the future. But, tourism enterprises had to be faced with a high competition from other countries in the region and a lack of experience in the field of tourism services. This study aims to identify the attitudes of senior management of tourism enterprises (Accommodation units, Travel Agencies and Restaurants) on the adoption of new services on the Internet, the use of ICT to sell the services offered and how much they were aware of the benefits that online marketing brought using their websites etc. To realize the aim, are raised the research questions and hypotheses. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The sample consisted of N = 208 participants, representatives of tourism enterprises at five districts of Albania, respectively: Tirana, Durres, Shkodra, Vlore and Saranda .The results show that the entrepreneurs/managers make a very good job for the creation of new services via the Internet, also they support significantly the use of ICT-s to sell their services, they were aware of the benefits that brought a website to the marketing of tourism services and there was a great interest to learn more about the internet.

Given a mesh of wireless nodes for WiFi customers covering a city district, we describe a genetic algorithm-based approach to the problem of selecting a small fixed number of nodes as gateways to the internet, and linking the remaining nodes to the gateways either directly or by 'hopping', to create an efficient mesh network structure. The algorithm uses a modification of k-means clustering to allocate nodes to gateways.

AbstractThis paper analyzes the determinants of network structure, as measured by hierarchy and monopolization, by examining various black market networks. We examine structures of networks on the Internet Dark Net (Virtual) and compare it to network structures of traditional black markets (Ground), using agent-based modeling. The purpose of modeling these two different types of illicit markets is to understand the network structure that emerges from the interactions of the agents in each environment. Traditional black markets are relatively hierarchical, with high degree and high betweenness. We compare the density and average length of the shortest path of the simulated Ground black market networks with our simulated Virtual network. We find that hierarchy and monopolization tendencies in networks are products of different transaction costs and information asymmetries. The Internet is an effective way to lower multiple aspects of network structure. We observe that the network structure surrounding the interactions in the Virtual black market is less hierarchical and slightly more monopolistic than the network structure of the Ground market.
