O. Bilinska, V. Kulka, N. Samets, R. Golod. The influence of application of the preparation Albit on formation of seed productivity of supplemental potatoe material The article presents the results of research on the influence of methods of application of the complex drug Albit on the formation of potato productivity in the process of reproduction of pre-seed seeds in the south-western part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. In the course of research, it was established that in order to achieve a high level of realization of biological potential of culture and product quality in cultivation of additional seed material of potatoes, it is advisible to conduct the procedure of processing of tubers at planting Albite 100 ml / t and spraying twice in the phase of germination and budding of vegetative plants with the preparation at a dose of 50 ml / ha. Keywords: potato, crop, seed productivity, plant growth regulators, tuber fraction.

The influence of biological preparations Emistym S and Epin on the formation of symbiotic systems at plant roots against the background of spontaneous inoculation by local populations of Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus), seed productivity and grain quality of white lupine variety Makarivskyi in soil and climatic conditions of the Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. It was established that the local races of lupine tuberculosis bacteria in the soil and climatic conditions of the Ternopil region were virulent, which accordingly contributed to the growth of pink popatoes, mainly, on the main root of the plants. The biological preparation of Ukrainian production Emistym S had a more active influence on the formation of the symbiotic apparatus on the roots of white lupine compared with the brasinosteroid of the Belarusian production Epin. Plant growth regulators (PGR) have slowed the aging and lysis of potatoes. The biological yield of seeds of white lupine variety Makarivskyi in soil and climatic conditions of the Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine (Ternopil region) in the control variant made 27,4 h / ha. For seed treatment with plant growth regulators Emistym S and Epin – 29,5 and 28,3 h / ha. Pre-sowing seed treatment with Emistym S significantly increased seed productivity of white lupine by 2,1 h / ha (7,7%) compared to the control. Due to the effects of Emistym S, the number of seeds per plant increased by 25,5%, Epin – 10,4% before control. A significant difference was found in the index of seed weight per plant, with exogenous treatment of seeds with the drug Emistym S, the above indicator increased by 39,5% compared to the control and PGR Epin – 17,2%. Biological preparations also influenced the mass index of 1000 seeds. Studies have shown a significant increase in the above figure by 11,7% with the use of Emistym S. PGR Emistym S and Epin significantly affected the qualitative composition of white lupine seed substances. The use of Emistym S and Epin revealed statistically significant increases in organic matter, including protein (7.9, 2.9%), proteins (8.1 and 1.9%), oils (5.9 and 2.2%), and fiber (7.9 and 4.0%). These PGR did not significantly affect the accumulation of mineral compounds of phosphorus, potassium and ash content of white lupine seeds for cultivation in the soil and climatic conditions of the Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine Improving the intensity of symbiotic systems formation at the roots of plants, during the pre-sowing treatment of the seeds of PGR Emistym S and Epin, contributed to the formation of higher productivity and better quality indicators of white lupine variety Makarivskyi.

Background: The hormonal up-regulation and down-regulation in recalcitrant seeds, on the other hand, has received little research. We tested fou plant growth regulators from distinct families of phytohormones at the same time to better understand their differential input from maternal tissues to growing Syzygium cumini seeds. Methods: During April-June 2020, seeds were collected in their native habitats in the Western Ghats. Seeds were chosen at random from each treatment. The embryonic tissues of seeds were chopped up and frozen for LC-MS/MS hormonal profiling. Result: Except for ABA, the dynamics of key plant hormones in this recalcitrant seed were identical to that of desiccation-tolerant orthodox seeds. When compared to other conventional seeds, SA was shown to accumulate at an unusually high level in mature embryonic tissues, demonstrating the highly hydrated seed’s defense mechanism against fungal attack following seed shedding.

Kinetin-like substances in developing oak seeds have been investigated. The methods of extraction, fractionation, paper and column chromatography and bioassays, demonstrated that an active cell division factor appears in various phases of seeds development. A high level of this substance has been found mainly in developing acorns. In the course of thier ripening this level decreases considerably.

ABSTRACT The results of two-year observations of the growth and development of four sunflower varieties: Master, Flagman, Lakomka, Rodnik against the background of the use of three plant growth regulators: Zircon, Epin and Regoplant on the soil in the forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Ingushetia are presented. Studies have shown that the effect of growth regulators begins to manifest itself even during the period of seed germination. The length of seedlings and roots was most influenced by Zircon, less by Regoplant and Epin. Sunflower seeds treated with these growth regulators had roots 2.0-2.5 cm longer than the roots of untreated seeds (control), and the length of seedlings exceeded the control by 2.7-3.5 cm, while the Flagman variety had a small length of seedlings and roots. advantage. During the study period, the Flagman cultivar was distinguished by the highest yield, the Lakomka cultivar was somewhat less productive, and the Rodnik and Master cultivars were the least productive. On average, over two years of research, the varieties Flagman and Lakomka against the background of the use of Regoplant provided 2.5 t / ha of oilseeds, which is significantly more than other options.
