Selection of grantee candidates in SMA Negeri 20 Bagan Deli is still done manually. Prospective scholarship recipients are selected based on the criteria determined by SMA Negeri 20 Bagan Deli. One of the best methods used for this problem is the ELECTRE method and is also one of the most effective methods for making multiple decision choices with clear features that are not clear. This method uses conditions where inappropriate alternatives are eliminated to obtain the expected results. Therefore, this method is widely used for cases that have many options but few criteria are involved. All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

The aim of the study is to recommend the selection of a moisturizing cream using a decision support system ranking technique seen from consumer ratings. This research was conducted in the city of Pematangsiantar. Data obtained by observation to several stores to ensure the availability of moisturizing cream, interviews and observations to 250 consumers who were randomly conducted when they made a transaction to purchase a moisturizing cream. In this case, this research needs to be done considering that moisturizer is a drug used to make facial skin feel moist because with skin that feels moist will make women avoid various problems such as blackheads and acne. Keeping facial skin moist and oil free is not an easy thing for users to do. In addition, the number of moisturizing cream products that are currently making many women confused in choosing a moisturizing cream. Therefore researchers used a Decision Support System (SPK) with the ELECTRE algorithm in recommending the selection of a moisturizing cream based on consumer ratings. In this case the researchers used several assessment criteria including: product price (C1), side effects of usage (C2), product quality (C3), customer commitment (C4), customer trust (C5) and usage reaction (C6). While the alternatives used include: Citra Hazeline (A1), Fair & Lovely (A2), Garnier (A3), Olay (A4), Sariayu (A5) and Wardah (A6). The results of the assessment using the ELECTRE method are Fair & Lovely (A2) and Wardah (A6) as the best moisturizing cream recommendations based on consumer choice

Scholarships are a form of appreciation given to individuals in order to continue their education to a higher level. The scholarship program held to ease the burden on students in pursuing a period of study. Especially in matters of cost. MA Al-Falahiyah Al-Asytari organizes a scholarship program for students based on criteria determined by the school. The need for a scholarship naming decision system is one of the core needs so that the selection of scholarship acceptance is more objective and practical. Development of a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Weighted Product model chosen because it was able to select the best alternatives from several alternatives and their advantages in weighting techniques. In designing the system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and making applications using PHP and MySQL as a database. From the research the authors have described, it  concluded that the weight product method could use as one method in developing a decision support system for scholarship recipients at the MA Al-Falahiyah Al-Asytari, by inputting data from students who submit scholarships to calculating grades based on criteria which specified.

This study aims to apply the vikor method in the selection of scholarship receipts at Bengkulu Dehasen University. Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance. Based on the results obtained it can be proven that the condition of Acceptable stability in decision making is fulfilled (Namely a smaller value than 1) and Intan P Can be proposed to be a compromise solution which is the best ranking of scholarship recipients ranking by this VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method.

Abstract - The scholarships are the provision of assistance to individuals for the sustainability of education pursued. In the selection of scholarship recipients made from the school that makes the selection of scholarship recipients selected subjects and not appropriate criteria. With the above problems then applied decision support system TOPSIS method in the assessment of scholarship recipients who have 4 criteria of welfare status, education of the head of the household, occupation status and residence statue. In this student assessment there are 5 alternatives that are A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5. Of the five alternatives are eligible to receive a scholarship that is A1 with a preference value 0.8460 Keywords: Decision Support System, Scholarship, TOPSIS Abstrak – Beasiswa merupakan pemberian bantuan kepada perorangan untuk keberlangsungan pendidikan yang ditempuh. Dalam melakukan pemilihan siswa penerima beasiswa yang dilakukan dari pihak sekolah yang membuat pemilihan siswa penerima beasiswa dipilih secara subjektid dan tidak sesuai kriteria. Dengan adanya permasalahan di atas maka diterapkan sistem pendukung keputusan metode TOPSIS dalam penilaian siswa penerima beasiswa yang memiliki 4 kriteria yaitu status kesejahteraan, pendidikan kepala rumah tangga, status kedudukan dalam pekerjaan dan statu pengguasaan tempat tinggal. Dalam penilaian siswa ini terdapat 5 alternatif yaitu A1, A2, A3, A4 dan A5. Dari kelima alternatif tersebut yang berhak menerima beasiswa yaitu A1 dengan nilai prefensi 0.8460 Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Beasiswa, TOPSIS

During this time the health department selected the facilitators by being selected directly by the Head of Human Resources, namely giving questions to the selected facilitators about health. The problem faced by the health department in conducting selection is that it is difficult to consider the facilitator's criteria due to different criteria. This is less effective because the evaluation of these criteria influences the expected selection results. In dealing with the problem of facilitator selection conducted by the Head of Human Resources, a decision support system can be built in dealing with the problem of selection of facilitators by using the ELECTRE method. Criteria that will be used as a facilitator's assessment such as ability, experience, education, creative, and discipline. The research aims to make the Decision Support System the best means of choosing masks with various types of facial skin especially Indonesian women, then recommending which masks are best to use. This problem can be ranked in the study. The method used in this research is the Electre method on the Decision Support System. Sources of research data obtained by interview and observation by giving a set of questions or statements to the customer used as respondents to be answered. The selection of face masks is used with several criteria including: (K1) oily skin, (K2) acne prone skin, (K3) dull skin, (K4) normal skin. And has sub criteria: color (c1), Texture (c2), Aroma (c3), Price (c4). The results of the research using the Electre method are expected to make it easier to determine the ranking of data winners from each alternative by the assessment process and facilitate system implementation.

The Civil Servant Investigator is one of the law enforcement officers that has the function to carry out an investigation process that is given special authority to carry out an investigation process for a violation of the Regional Government Legal Product (PERDA) which contains elements of criminal acts. Usually the crime is not a general crime that can be handled by police investigators. In making the decision on the selection of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) at the Medan Sumatera River Region II Medan the writer uses the Electre method, where Electre is one of the methods for determining the order or priority in MCDM (Multi-Criterion Decision Making). In the use of decision support systems with the Electre method will provide a matching rating value for each alternative. In it all data are combined into one with the weight of the assessment that has been obtained through test assessment. The author tries to design and build a decision support system for the selection of Civil Servant Investigators using the Electre method, providing information needed by the committee in making decisions and applying the Electre Method in determining the Civil Servant Investigator Balai Sumatera River Region II Medan Medan Decision support system is not a making tool decision, but rather a system that helps decision makers by equipping them with information from data that has been processed with relevance and is needed to make decisions about an issue more quickly and accurately

- This study aims to build a decision support system that can help facilitate the selection of the right used car for potential buyers. To be able to buy a used car that suits the needs and funds owned by consumers, buyers must consider the many criteria and factors of each used car which consists of various brands that exist today. This study uses the ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Translation Reality) method. The criteria in the comparison used in this decision support system are documents, cylinder volume, year of production and car price. The ELECTRE method is used in conditions where alternatives that do not meet the criteria are eliminated, and suitable alternatives can be generated. Of the 8 samples of used cars studied, the best recommendation was Ayla (A4) with a total aggregate of 4 and an alternative that was not recommended was Agya (A3) with a total aggregate of 0.
