The Buleleng Regency's Office of Trade and Industry has one of the tasks to develop and empower Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Buleleng. One of the ways undertaken by the agency is to provide assistance to Bimtek entrepreneurship training or Technical Guidance. Bimtek is technical guidance assistance from government programs to improving and developing small and medium industries. However, sometimes this assistance is inconsistent because decisions are often changed. For this reason a decision support system was developed using AHP and SAW methods with 8 criterias including: number of monthly production, average product prices, number of equipment owned, number of employees, length of business establishment, annual sales value, total annual raw material and distance to Buleleng Government Commerce and Industry Office. The system developed can help the Buleleng Government Commerce and Industry to determine bimtek beneficiaries according to predetermined criterias. The development of this decision support system was built using the SDLC Method with a waterfall model. There are 4 tests performed including: blackbox testing, whitebox testing, accuracy testing, and user response testing. This study successfully developed a decision support system after passing the blackbox test and the whitebox test. Accuracy test showed very good results with an accuracy rate of 86.67%. The user response test conducted on 4 users including: admin, staff, IKM support and the general public has a mean percentage of 92.3% which is in a very good range.

Abstract: In the decision making process of the feasibility of corn raw materials so far only see the physical raw materials tend to be subjective so that in the decision making process of the feasibilityof corn raw materials must take a long time , sometimes the decision taken is not appropriate so that this needs to be addressed again for the feasibility of corn raw materials. From the description above need to be made an auxiliary program for decision support system by using fuzzy SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method in determining corn raw material that is acceptable to PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program which will be made more to assist manager or staff in taking decision and not replace it. The results of this study are expected to assist managers or staff in making decisions for the process of assessing the feasibility of corn raw materials in PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia so as to improve the quality of human resources. Keywords: corn raw materials, decision support system, fuzzy saw method Abstrak: Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung selama ini hanya melihat fisik bahan baku yang cenderung subjektif sehingga dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung harus membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, terkadang keputusan yang diambil tidak tepat sehingga hal ini perlu dibenahi lagi untuk proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung. Dari uraian diatas perlu dibuat suatu program bantu untuk sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW (Simple Additeve Weighting) dalam menentukan bahan baku jagung yang layak diterima pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu manager atau staff dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bukan menggantikannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manager atau staff dalam mengambil keputusan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan bahan baku jagung pada PT. Decision Support System (SPK) becomes a system that is always needed for companies in determining a decision, one of which is in determining the annual bonus for employees. PT. Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil in determining employee bonuses every year is still processed manually and assisted by the number and letter processing application, so the results of the calculation of employees who receive bonuses often do not match the criteria and performance of the employee. Bonus calculation results often affect the personal relationship between employees and managers or superiors. Regarding the problems needed a decision support system that can result in proper and transparent decisions in determining employees who receive annual bonuses from the company. The method used in the process of calculating bonus determination is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The system making model uses a waterfall model and the system design model used is UML. The programming language used in making systems is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), and MySQL as a database, and system testing with the Black Box testing method. The results of the study are the SPK system makes it easier for companies in the assessment process and calculation of employee bonus determination in accordance with employee criteria and performance. This SPK system can provide transparent assessments and calculations in determining the bonus received by employees

Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo. This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.

The migrants who have increased every year made bus transportation be one of the most widely used transportation for the Wonogiri’s people to go home to their hometowns. In Wonogiri district, bus transportation is available from various companies, ranging from local companies and non local who have primacy facilities, services, and a diverse bus fleet. The application of a decision support system is to make it easier for prospective passengers to make choices according to the desired criteria can be done using the Simple Additive Weighting, Weighted Product, and Promethee methods. The methods calculates the value of each criteria, weight criteria, criteria type, and is easy to apply to solve problems related to multi-criteria. There are 5 criteria used and 17 different bus companies as alternatives. The existence of this system is expected to make it easier for prospective passengers to decide the bus according to the desired criteria.Keywords:Promethee; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.


Employee Performance Evaluation at CV Artha Mandiri Pringsewu is still done manually, without a computerized system, so that it faces obstacles to obtain actual and accurate information. In order to be successful in business today, CV. Artha Mandiri needs information system that can support decision making and various information. Problems that often occur in the process of employee performance appraisal include the decision-making subjectivity, especially if several existing employees have abilities that are not much different. The use of decision support systems is a solution to reduce subjectivity in decision making designed with Visual Basic 6.0 programming, The calculations were performed on all criteria for all employees, so it is expected that employees with the best abilities are selected. Decision support system is supported by a descriptive method in the development of system software with Waterfall model. The calculation process is carried out to determine employee recommendations in the Promotion System based on 3 aspects namely Intellectual Capacity, Work Attitude and Behavior. The result of this process is employee ranking. This ranking is the basis for decision makers to choose employees who are suitable in the vacant positions that are expected to help evaluating the performance of employees at CV Artha Mandiri

Intisari— Pelayanan Teknis adalah satu produk PT. PLN Persero dalam rangka peningkatan pelayananan kepada Pelanggan. Khususnya pada PT. PLN Rayon Gondang Wetan, Pasuruan, pelayanan teknis untuk gangguan berfungsi optimal apabila setiap pengaduan dan keluhan data pelanggan mampu terselesaikan dengan baik. Untuk itu dikembangkan sistem DSS (Decision Support System) agar data gangguan pelanggan dapat dikelola secara benar dan tepat, serta memberikan gambaran kepada Manager dan Supervisor Teknik guna memudahkan pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini untuk pengelompokan jenis gangguan, gejala gangguan dan variabel lain yang menunjang dalam proses penanganan gangguan digunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dengan metode ini, dengan cepat mengetahui gangguan yang sering terjadi untuk cepat ditindak lanjuti dalam proses laporan kepada Pimpinan PT. PLN APJ Pasuruan.

MNC Group as a television media company, performs performance appraisal for each employee as a job evaluation material, which is carried out by the head of the division, one of which is the head of the technical division of 112 other employees. The process of evaluating employee performance at MNC Group is still done manually, which is using Microsoft Excel applications one by one which makes the length of the process. The employee's assessment and appraisal report does not display the ranking from the top to the bottom of all of the employees. Decision support system in evaluating employee performance in MNC Group using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method with this white box test is made to assist the head of the division to expand employee appraisal capabilities. The employee performance appraisal process is carried out in a computerized, structured and systematic manner based on the assessment criteria previously determined by the MNC Group, namely the quantity of work, accuracy & time management, quality of work and efficiency. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is a weighted addition method by looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. So that it can be obtained from every employee at MNC Group. Testing of system results that have been made is very necessary to know that the system is running well. Tests carried out are white box testing which is based on checking the details of the design, using the control structure of the program design procedurally to divide the test into several test cases. So that the value of the test results is known, namely 2 with the type of procedure is a simple procedure and the risk level is low risk.
