The Rorschach test is one of the psychological tests widely used in various assessment settings, including in studies related to sexual offenses. However, such research is scarce, although the level of sexual violence in Indonesia increases yearly. Sexual violence is often associated with the sexual drives that humans have in themselves. In this case, Rorschach can provide an overview of the individual's drives, ideas, and social relationships. The current study aims to find the personality profiles of sex offenders. Therefore, this study collected Rorschach data from 46 male sex offenders over 11 years in Depok City, Indonesia. Based on content analysis, this study found several prominent characteristics of sex offenders, such as exhibited difficulties in adaptation due to low intellectual capacity, poor emotional regulation, and empathy that other causes difficulty to build strong relationships with others. They also suppress sexual urges, but they were more likely to express it impulsively with low intellectual capacity and emotional regulation. These various personality characteristics possessed by sex offenders will undoubtedly impact the intervention process they go through to gain insight from their experience. The results are expected to be an input for developing interventions for sex offenders not to repeat their actions in the future.

Nowadays tourism industry is one of the areas that facilitate the economic and cultural growth of the country. Tourism does not only open borders, acquaint with the cultural heritage, and expand “intellectual capacity”, it is a sphere where various suggestive means – subconsciously and consciously – are widely used. A tourist destination is popularized through advertising, so advertising texts in tourism advertising discourse – an institutional type of discourse focused on specifying within numerous tourism destinations and on reciprocal communication with recipients – are one of the key means of promoting tourism products. The end goal of our paper is to pinpoint the basic structure of the modern English tourism advertisement and determine the correlation of its verbal and nonverbal components, the subject of the research is verbal and nonverbal means of reproducing tourism advertisement content. The goal can be achieved through the tasks aimed at analyzing the correlation of verbal and nonverbal and at the presentation of the basic framework of the modern English advertisement in tourism advertising discourse. The results of the research proved that the peculiarity of advertising texts in modern English tourism advertising discourse is in the combination of informational, linguistic, socio-cultural, gender, and psychological components that altogether create a positively-marked tourism destination image in the recipient’s consciousness. The information in the advertisements is fragmented to avoid overwhelming recipients with “known” facts. The tourism destination advertisements have a basic structure of a visual component (arch-fragment) as a means of attracting the recipient’s attention and a verbal component: title (middle fragment), as a means of interest, and text (terminal-fragment), as the main means of suggestion. The wider application of the benefits of project management in the organization of innovation is seen as an effective tool for revitalizing the innovation activities of modern enterprises. Innovative project is a modern form of organization of innovation processes, which allows to generate intellectual added value to increase innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. The expediency of improving the management of innovative projects on the basis of increasing their intelligence to increase the innovation and competitiveness of enterprises is substantiated.Purpose is to substantiate the directions of improving the management of innovative projects to revive the innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises.Methods. In the process of research a set of general scientific and special methods was used. In particular, historical and logical methods were to study theoretical foundations of project management approaches in the organization of innovation; analysis and synthesis - to compare the main approaches to the interpretation of concepts and methods of calculating the rate of intelligence of an innovative project; correlation-regression analysis - to build predictive models of changes in innovation activity of industrial enterprises and sales of innovative products; graphic method - for visual presentation of the results of analytical research; abstract-logical - for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions.Results. Research proves that innovative projects are a modern form of organizing innovative activities in the context of increasing crisis, rapid digitalization and globalization of economic processes, which can provide a constant increase in innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. The implementation of an innovative model of doing business requires the search for progressive ways to improve the management of innovative projects of enterprises. The concept of “management of innovative projects as an impact on groups of people in order to organize and coordinate their activities aimed at strengthening the intellectual capacity of the project, which provides intellectual added value, increasing innovation and competitiveness of the enterprise” has been clarified. The forecast models of changes of innovatively-active industrial enterprises of Ukraine and dynamics of realization of innovative production of the enterprises for an estimation of efficiency of the organization of innovative activity at micro level are constructed. The necessity of reviving the processes of development and implementation of innovative projects as an important factor in increasing the innovative activity of enterprises is proved. The factors that have a negative impact on the interest of enterprises in the implementation of innovative projects, which exacerbates the decline in innovation activity in the Ukrainian business sector, have been systematized. The directions for improvement of innovative projects management aimed at strengthening the intellectual capacity of the project, generating intellectual added value, which allows to intellectualize production and commercial processes, revive innovation activity and increase the innovation of the enterprise are substantiated.Discussion. Transformation of economic systems, increasing the number and scale of today’s challenges will require further strengthening of enterprise innovation, due to the need to form competitive advantages, increase the environmental and social component of business as a result of innovative projects. Research is conducted by looking for weight values for each attribute, such as examples are aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of work attitudes, and behavioral aspects, then carried out a perankingan process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the promotion of employee positions.
