Decision Support System (SPK) becomes a system that is always needed for companies in determining a decision, one of which is in determining the annual bonus for employees. PT. Delima Makmur Aceh Singkil in determining employee bonuses every year is still processed manually and assisted by the number and letter processing application, so the results of the calculation of employees who receive bonuses often do not match the criteria and performance of the employee. Bonus calculation results often affect the personal relationship between employees and managers or superiors. Regarding the problems needed a decision support system that can result in proper and transparent decisions in determining employees who receive annual bonuses from the company. The method used in the process of calculating bonus determination is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The system making model uses a waterfall model and the system design model used is UML. The programming language used in making systems is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), and MySQL as a database, and system testing with the Black Box testing method. The results of the study are the SPK system makes it easier for companies in the assessment process and calculation of employee bonus determination in accordance with employee criteria and performance. This SPK system can provide transparent assessments and calculations in determining the bonus received by employees

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

In the development of the world of work, a reward is an important factor to improve the quality of human resources as well as an appreciation for those with enhancement. Therefore, a company should be careful in performing its assessment. Thus, a decision support system application is required to assist a company in performing the assessment process. Accordingly, the decision-making process uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Results of the system functionality can run 100% well and as needed, and the result of the system accuracy test are 100%. <p><em>Labuhan Batu District Police Station is a Resort Police office whose job is to serve the community. One of the services is the making of a driver's license. The process of making a driver's license is still done manually, such as filling out the application form and assessing the value of the driving license. The system used in the operational activities of making driving licenses is not optimal, because it is still done manually, therefore a decision support system is needed in determining the passing of the driving license exam so that the assessment process will be more objective and efficient. In that system the applicant must register first, then the applicant can take a theory and practice exam. And testers will judge based on existing criteria. The results of the assessment will be obtained by the applicant as evidence of the results of the exam. For this reason, the author applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the Decision Support System for Graduation of Driving License Tests at the LabuhanBatu District Police Station.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Manual, System, Objective, Efficient</em></p>

Zakat has a very strategic position in giving the impact of welfare and improving the community's economy if the collection and distribution are managed in trustworthy, transparent and professional. An institution on zakat management is National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), which an institution manages the zakat management nationally, and non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to President through the Minister of Religion. BAZNAS is located in capital city and assisted by zakat collection unit (UPZ). Along this time, they conduct manually in determining the person who will receive the assistance, but it often occur errors in its implementation. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist UPZ in determining the person who will receive the assistance. The decision support system was designed using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, then the administrators obtain an alternative data in the form of lists of students who receive the UPZ assistance. The SAW algorithm is an algorithms for decision making. The SAW algorithm is also known as an algorithm with additive weighting method. The method requires normalization process of decision matrix (x) into a scale and can be compared to the entire available alternative ratings. The study showed that SAW can be applied to determine the acceptance of UPZ assistance by the calculation results of 16. The result of calculation and recommendation of decision support system for person who receive the UPZ acceptance, have the same data on output, namely Astin Dwi Wulan.

Abstract                                                                                                       Selection of the best performance education staff employees in tertiary institutions whose results are beneficial for advancing academic and institutional quality improvement. The selection of employees performing the best performance at Mercu Buana University is conducted every academic year. In the assessment process still uses the Excel application so it is less effective and accurate. Based on this in this study built a decision support system that is used for the selection process for selecting the best employee performance. Processing these values requires a Decission Support System (DSS) application to help process these values and make ranking and weighting so that leaders are faster and easier in making the best employee performance selection decisions. Decision support system that is used by the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Kano method. absolute optimal requirements for orientation of the process of developing academic and institutional quality activities. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dengan  metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Kano., Metode SAW ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses bobot dan perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dan metode Kano untuk menentukan nilai secara individu untuk kepuasan karyawan dan menciptakan syarat mutlak yang optimal untuk orientasi proses  aktivitas pengembangan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan. The Buleleng Regency's Office of Trade and Industry has one of the tasks to develop and empower Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Buleleng. One of the ways undertaken by the agency is to provide assistance to Bimtek entrepreneurship training or Technical Guidance. Bimtek is technical guidance assistance from government programs to improving and developing small and medium industries. However, sometimes this assistance is inconsistent because decisions are often changed. For this reason a decision support system was developed using AHP and SAW methods with 8 criterias including: number of monthly production, average product prices, number of equipment owned, number of employees, length of business establishment, annual sales value, total annual raw material and distance to Buleleng Government Commerce and Industry Office. The system developed can help the Buleleng Government Commerce and Industry to determine bimtek beneficiaries according to predetermined criterias. The development of this decision support system was built using the SDLC Method with a waterfall model. There are 4 tests performed including: blackbox testing, whitebox testing, accuracy testing, and user response testing. This study successfully developed a decision support system after passing the blackbox test and the whitebox test. Accuracy test showed very good results with an accuracy rate of 86.67%. The user response test conducted on 4 users including: admin, staff, IKM support and the general public has a mean percentage of 92.3% which is in a very good range.

Pahandut Seberang Village has an average middle to the lower level of economy in the community, so most of the people still need assistance from the government. In Pahandut Seberang Village, the selection of recipients of the Smbako program assistance is still the old way by using from paper. The assessment process is still not transparent in nature and the selection process is very slow and receipt of Sembako programs assistance are not being on target. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a Decision Support System (SPK) is created to help the Pahandut Seberang Village in selecting the recipients prospective of Sembako program assistance In designing and building the system are using 2 development methods, namely the Waterfall method as a software development method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support system method in its calculations. Where the saw method has 4 stages, namely determining the criteria, determining the suitability, making a decision matrix based on the criteria and normalizing the. The final result is obtained from the ranking, namely the sum of the normalized matrix multiplication R with the weight vector so that the largest value sas a solution. This system testing uses a Black-box testing system. The test results show that the system created has been running according to the expectations of the researcher. This research produces a decision support system for selection of the recipients prospective that can provide recommendations for the recipients prospective the Pahandut Seberang village.

[Id]Pemilihan pegawai terbaik merupakan salah satu aspek yang cukup penting di perusahaan karena dengan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan memiliki kompetensi tinggi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja suatu perusahaan serta menghasilkan pemimpin-pemimpin hebat di masa depan. Beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi pada pemilihan pegawai terbaik di PT BPD Jawa Barat & Banten, Tbk (Call Name : bank bjb) antara lain yaitu pengolahan data kandidat pegawai terbaik yang akan diseleksi masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena belum memiliki standar dan masih memakai sistem manual sehingga proses penilaian masih belum transparan, akurat dan terpercaya. Penentuan pegawai terbaik di bank bjb sangat memerlukan sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai rekomendasi kepada Direksi. Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan pegawai terbaik yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dan Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat merekomendasikan pegawai terbaik pada bank bjb berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan yaitu nilai kinerja individu, nilai kinerja unit kerja, kehadiran, perilaku, pencapaian target kerja, masa kerja, pendidikan, penilaian makalah, presentasi, dan hasil wawancara.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pegawai Terbaik, SAW, AHP, TOPSIS[En]Best employees selection is one aspect which is quite important in the company because of the superior human resources and high competence can improve the productivity and performance of a company and produce great leaders in the future. Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo. North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan.
