This study aims to develop elearning learning based on supplemental elearning mapping in the curriculum course of SMP and SMA in PPKn III semester study program on MoDELss website (Moodel Elearning for Sriwijaya Student). This research uses development method by Rowntree. There are three phases in this study: the planning stage, the development stage, and the evaluation stage Material validity test, multimedia is done by Sriwijaya University Quality Assurance Unit which the result is declared good with number 84. The development is done by displaying multimedia in the form of best video made by student of semester III of previous academic year and conducted online discussion from multimedia display. The results showed an increase in student learning motivation, shown by students who actively discuss online and actively make learning videos based on the results of group discussions as well as actively viewing or downloading learning videos. Keywords: character education, student coaching, SMA Adabiah high school Padang ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran elearning berdasarkan mapping suplemental elearning dalam mata kuliah Telaah Kurikulum SMP dan SMA Program Studi PPKn semester III pada website MoDELss (Moodel Elearning for Sriwijaya Student). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Rowntree. Ada tiga fase dalam penelitian ini: tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap evaluasi. Uji validitas materi, multimedia dilakukan oleh Unit Penjamin Mutu Universitas Sriwijaya yang hasilnya dinyatakan baik dengan angka 84. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menampilkan multimedia berupa video terbaik yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa semester III tahun ajaran sebelumnya dan dilaksanakan diskusi online dari tampilan multimedia tersebut. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam motivasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan oleh mahasiswa yang aktif berdiskusi online dan aktif membuat video pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil diskusi kelompoknya serta aktif melihat atau mendownload video pembelajaran. In order to build a good and secure society, people should believe in civic engagement and participation. Citizenship education should begin at a very young age and continue into adulthood as a process of lifelong learning. Hence, the present paper aims at examining the extent to which EFL textbooks at secondary level are civically oriented using a descriptive content analysis. It is also meant to identify how the concept of the “good citizen” is implemented through course units of the textbook. The paper will draw important implications for syllabus designers, and teachers. Policy makers are also required to incorporate an effective implementation approach of civic education in Moroccan National textbooks so that future generations will be aware of their rights, responsibilities and their full commitment toward the community at large.

The background of this research by studying PKn low yields, it is characterized by the acquisition value of the average student at 67.2 it is still by far the KKM set that is equal to 75. In addition, only 9, or 37.80% of students who completed study results, Based on this the researchers want to improve learning through action research by applying cooperative learning model type STAD. This study dilakasanakan as much as two cycles each consisting of two meetings and one daily tests. The subjects were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 011 Bukit Gajah. Data collection techniques used observation techniques as well as the activities of teachers and students learn PKn test results. The study states that the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD can drive the Civic Education student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by: (a) the activities of teachers at each cycle has increased. In the first cycle of the first meeting activity for teachers to get a score of 15 or 62.5% in both categories. In the first cycle of meetings II activity learn obtain a score of 19 or 79.2% in both categories, the second cycle of the first meeting of the activity the teacher obtained a score of 22 or 91.7% with very good category. On the activities of teachers given a score of 23 or 95.8% with very good category. Activities of students in each cycle has increased. In the first cycle of the first meeting of student activity obtained a score of 13 or 54.2% to the category enough. In the first cycle of meetings II activities of students obtained a score of 17 or 70.8% in both categories, the second cycle of the first meeting of student activity obtained a score of 20 or 83.3% with very good category. On the activities of students obtained a score of 21 or 87.5% with very good category; and (b) the learning outcomes of students has increased. This is demonstrated by the average student learning outcomes has increased, ie the first cycle increased to 13.1% from 67.2 into 77.3 base score at UH cycle I. In the second cycle increased by 24.7% from a base score of 67, UH 2 to 83.8 in the second cycle. Classical completeness increased, on a base score of 37.8% increase in the first cycle to 71.1% and the second cycle increased to 93.3%.

Abstract.This study aims to describe political education through learning civic education to increase the political awareness of students of Kelam Permai 1 High School, Sintang District. This type of research is descriptive, with a qualitative approach. Research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. The subject of this study consisted of the Principal, Classroom Teacher, PKn Subject Teacher, Tutor OSIS Teacher, OSIS Chairman and member of Pramuka. Data collection in this study was carried out by observation, indepth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, categorization, display / presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that to increase students' political awareness, political education is needed through PKn learning. The form of political education through Civics learning in the classroom is role playing, discussion, learning various sources. The benefits of this research are the increased political awareness of students expressed in attitude, good deeds, critical and responsible in carrying out school activities. Keywords: Political education, Student learning, Student political awareness                                                                                       Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pendidikan politik melalui pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran politik siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kelam Permai, Kabupaten Sintang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Guru Wali Kelas, Guru Mata Pelajaran PKn,Pembina OSIS, Ketua OSIS dan anggota Pramuka. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, kategorisasi, display/penyajian, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran politik siswa, dibutuhkan pendidikan politik melalui pembelajaran PKn. Bentuk pendidikan politik melalui pembelajaran PKn di kelas adalah bermain peran, diskusi, pembelajaran berbagai sumber.Manfaat penelitian ini  adalah meningkatnya kesadaran politik siswa yang terekspresi dalam sikap, perbuatan yang baik, kritis dan bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan kegiatan sekolah.
