Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pembiayaan Natural Certainty Contract (NCC) dan Pembiayaan Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC) Terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 dengan kriteria 6 Bank umum syariah yang sama, selama 4 tahun penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, Analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji t (uji parsial).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari jenis Pembiayaan Natural Certainty Contract (NCC) yaitu variabel pembiayaan Murabahah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), Pembiayaan Ijarah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), Pembiayaan Istishna berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) dan jenis Pembiayaan Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC) yaitu Pembiayaan Mudharabah tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas (ROA), Murabahah, Ijarah, Istishna, Mudharabah, dan Musyarakah.  Abstract This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of Financing of Natural Certainty Contracts (NCC) and Financing of Natural Uncertainty Contracts (NUC) on Profitability (ROA). The sample used in this study amounted to 24 with criteria 6 of the same sharia commercial bank, for 4 years of research. Sampling method using Purposive Sampling. The data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test (partial test).The results of this study show that from the type of Natural Certainty Contract (NCC) financing, namely Murabahah financing variable, it has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA), Ijarah Financing has no significant positive effect on profitability (ROA), Istishna Financing has no significant positive effect on profitability ( ROA) and type of Financing Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC), namely Mudharabah Financing does not have a positive and not significant effect on profitability (ROA), while Musyarakah financing has a positive and not significant effect on profitability (ROA). Keywords: Profitability (ROA), Murabahah, Ijarah, Istishna, Mudharabah, and Musyarakah.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are impacts of tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax holdings (X3), on formal compliance of taxpayers (Y). The population in this study is the taxpayers registered with KPP Cibitung who live in RW 030 Tambun South. The samples consist of 100 taxpayers using an explanatory sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have a significant positive effect on taxpayers’ formal compliance (Y). Meanwhile simultaneously tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2) and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have significant positive effects on taxpayers’ formal compliance of (Y), with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.444 or 44.4%.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 > 1,6772) and significant (0,000 <0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) < (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 > 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the deviations in the implementation of crediting procedures and the implementation of government policies affect the bad debts. The population in this research is credit customers of PT. BPR Prima Mulia Anugrah Padang Branch with Samples of 63 people using Slovin formula. Required data is obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that the irregularities in the implementation of crediting procedures has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the implementation of government policy has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the irregularities in the implementation of lending procedures and the implementation of government policies have a significant positive effect simultaneously on bad debts.

This study aims to examine the effect of Tamara savings productsmand promotions on customer decisions to save at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA.The variables used in this study are the dependent variable namely customer decisions (Y) and the independent variable consisting of the product (X1), promotions(X2). The type of data used in this study is quantitative  data. The accumulated data used in this study are  primary data from quenstionnaires and use purposive sampling techinique, data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, R test using the SPSS 16 program, The population in this study are customers at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA, the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents, the results showed that the product had a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save, the promotion of Tamara savings had a significant positive effect on kep the customer delegate saves, products and promotion of Tamara savings collectively have a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of discount, bonus pack, in-store display, and store atmosphere towards customer’s impulsive buying decision. The amount of sample in this research is 120. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 19. The result showed that discount has a significant and positive effect towards impulsive buying decision; bonus pack has a significant and positive effect towards impulsive buying decision; in-store display has a significant and positive effect towards impulsive buying decision; and store atmosphere has a significant positive effect towards impulsive buying decision.
