Social Networking is used by a lot people in this world so they still can connected with their families, friend and customer. Some people used to tell their families or friend what’s their dailies do by putting a picture selfie. The most important part where there’s a people use Social Networking as business purpose like make adversiting for their business without use any capital.The purpose of the study was investigated how far the effect of electric Word Of Mouth (eWOM) inside social networking sites (facebook) on consumer purchase intention through mobile phone.This study produced existing literature of electric Word of Mouth, Value co-creation, and customer behavior in social networking sites and with our search will help marketers to develop a new ways to share their product information on networking sites.

This study aims to examine the effect of Tamara savings productsmand promotions on customer decisions to save at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA.The variables used in this study are the dependent variable namely customer decisions (Y) and the independent variable consisting of the product (X1), promotions(X2). The type of data used in this study is quantitative  data. The accumulated data used in this study are  primary data from quenstionnaires and use purposive sampling techinique, data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, R test using the SPSS 16 program, The population in this study are customers at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA, the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents, the results showed that the product had a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save, the promotion of Tamara savings had a significant positive effect on kep the customer delegate saves, products and promotion of Tamara savings collectively have a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save.

The growing internet today encourages companies to determine the right marketing strategy to survive and win the competition from its competitors. Like using the Shopee application as an e-commerce or online trade used in marketing products and services. The population in this study were students of the Department of Pharmacy, Universitas Perintis Indonesia TA. 2017-2020 as many as 659 students. The research sample was 87 students with sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique or sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires while data processing used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t tests using SPSS version 20. The results of this test prove that service quality, price, product design and celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence. to purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and consumer behavior on repeat purchases. This type of research uses quantitative research. The data collected in this study used questionnaires or submitted written questions to collect data from respondents with a total of 79 respondents. Respondents were taken from the customers of the Mitra Swalayan Jombang store. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 computer program. This study showed positive and significant results from the influence of brand equity variables (X1) and consumer behavior (X2) on the repurchase variable (Y). Brand equity against repurchase is a component that must exist. Because brand equity will make the product attractive to consumers and people are looking for to consume again. Consumer behavior towards repurchase is something that must be known by a marketer in order to understand how consumers make decisions or choose the goods to be purchased. Based on the results of this study, several conclusions can be drawn, that brand equity and consumer behavior variables affect repeat purchases at Mitra Swalayan Jombang.

This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and communication on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. This study uses quantitative study methods. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling (Census) in which all population members were sampled. So the sample in this study was 32 respondents. Data collection techniques using study instruments namely questionnaire. The instrument testing techniques are validity test and reliability test, data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 2) Communication has no significant effect on employee performance on CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 3) Simultaneous work and communication facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang.

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas ataupun kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang ketika mengerjakan pekerjaan yang dibebankan untuknya sesuai terhadap standar atau kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Kinerja menyatakan tingkat keberhasilan pegawai dalam melakukan tugas serta  tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi serta beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPKAD Kota Padang. Merujuk pada teknik total sampling, jumlah responden yang dipakai untuk sampel penelitian yakni sebanyak 63 orang. Pengujian hipotesis memakai metode kuantitatif dengan memakai program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian membuktikan jika budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This research aims to test the effect of benefits, trust, and ease of use on customer interests using mobile banking services at PT. West Sumatra Regional Development Bank Koto Baru Branch, Dharmasraya. The variables used in this study are bound variables i.e. customer interest (Y), and free variables consist of benefits (X1), trust (X2), and ease of use (X3). The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The accumulation of data used in this study was primary data from questionnaires and using teknik slovin. Technical data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test. The population in this study was a customer of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Koto Baru Dharmasraya Branch, the sample in this study amounted to 148 respondents.The research data was collected from respondents' results and analyzed with liniear regression and hypothesis test. The results showed that the variable benefits did not have a positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (1,138<1.665) dan untuk variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar (25.426>1,655), furthermore for ease of use positive and significant effect on customer interest with a t-count value of (2,810>1,655).

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of the West Sumatra Provincial Government. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), and the independent variable consisting of work environment (X1) and organizational culture (X2). The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. Accumulated data used in this study were primary data from questionnaires and used a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The population in this study were all employees of the regional financial agency of the province of West Sumatra, the sample in this study was 72 employees or respondents. The research data were collected from the respondents' results and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,342 > 2,000) and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of (3,336 > 2,000).

The importance of organizational culture for employees to create a conducive work environment, so it needs to be considered by every manager in a company. In creating this environment, the role of a leader is needed to provide justice for every employee in the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of procedural justice, compensation distributive justice and interactional justice on organizational culture. This research was conducted at Islamic financial institutions in Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research using the Likert scale. The sample in this study amounted to 219 employees who work at Islamic financial institutions in Yogyakarta using saturated sample techniques. In this study, researchers used samples at Bank Muamalat, BPRS Madina, Takaful Keluarga Syariah Insurance, BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri, BMT Tamzis and Sharia Pegadaian. Data analysis used in this research is IBM SPSS version 21 with data analysis method using multiple linear regression. The results showed that procedural justice, compensation distributive justice and interactional justice had a positive effect on organizational culture. For this reason, creating a good organizational culture requires justice for all employees.

To compete with Pepsodent, several toothpaste manufacturers have adopted different strategies. One way is to use attractive packaging, low price, and quality. This study aims to investigate brand trust, brand equity, and price on consumer loyalty. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling where the number of samples used was 138 people. Research respondents prove that brand trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Price has a positive and significant effect on loyalty.
