Juggling as art, were always present in the history of the development of human civilization in the course of the centuries. This practice, actually has occupied the street spaces, thus various other arts. In this point, the circus arts and juggling specifically, had to reinvent and adapt to the new social realities, using the traffic lights as showcase and workplace. The street, understood as a place of insecurities and risks, emerge for the artists as a perfect stage to allow access to all individuals of the population independent of class, race or gender. In this way street art, especially juggling in the traffic light, has been gaining more and more space within cities. This study sought to get a better understand about the practice of juggling in the traffic light, approached from economic, cultural and social perspectives. This practice increasingly present in urban territory, present few scientific studies and limited knowledge and attention of the academic community. In pursuit of this understanding, was used content analysis, quantitative and qualitative perspective of the bibliographic collection selected. It was possible to observe the academy's perspective on this activity, which mostly opted for a socio-economic approach. The researchers' perception of juggling at traffic lights as art also had significant expression of the collection studied, in which the activity is analyzed from an internal perception, as participating observers.  Finally, the topic ‘backpackers’ with the lowest representativeness in the analyzed bibliographic material, in which is observed the existent relationship between this group and the studied activity.

This chapter provides a brief history of Internet jurisdiction taking account of key court decisions, legislation as well as developments in the academic thinking on the topic. In doing so, it divides the history of Internet jurisdiction into four relatively distinct phases. The discussion in the chapter highlights facts such as that: (1) law has largely been reactive, responding to technological developments; (2) the level of creativity applied in the search for workable solutions was seemingly higher in the earlier stages than in more recent times; and (3) unsurprisingly, the attitudes of courts, legislators, and the academic community have varied considerably over the time period examined.

SINCE the days of John Foxe, ecclesiastical historians of the 1520s have concentrated on the Odysseys and Passions of the earliest English Protestants. Their Catholic opponents, with the notable exceptions of John Fisher and Thomas More, have been largely ignored. The object of this essay is to redress the balance by examining the English commitment to orthodoxy in the 1520s, a commitment made primarily by the secular and ecclesiastical authorities, but seconded enthusiastically by the academic community. It aims not to rewrite the entire ecclesiastical history of the decade, but merely to draw attention to an important though neglected element in the story. Nevertheless, it hopes to be a contribution to the reassessment of the English Reformation that has been carried out in much recent research. The essay is primarily an investigation of polemics, rather than of politics or of popular religion. Beginning with Henry VIII's decision early in 1521 to take up the pen personally against Luther, it draws out the connection of this with the promulgation in England of Exsurge Domine, the Papal condemnation of Luther, and suggests a solution to the vexed question of the ‘real’ authorship of Henry's Assertio Septem Sacramentorum. It investigates the continuation of this polemical assault on Luther by English scholars; and examines its international dimension, gathering evidence of the patronage and cooperation extended to Luther's continental opponents by the English authorities. In conclusion it proposes that the strongly orthodox commitment of the English authorities in the 1520s ebbed away only as the pressing needs of the ‘King's Great Matter’ occasioned competing, and ultimately conflicting, intellectual priorities.

Configuration technology is a new technology for monitoring in the current society; it is the result of the development of computer control technology. To traffic light control system, it is to combine the use of configuration technology and procedures related to PLC, and through software simulation and traffic lights light changes, traffic light control system could achieve the monitoring problem, and if the system is in good condition, its application can save a lot of labor powers and materials.

The number of vehicles on the roads of Almaty, Kazakhstan is growing from year to year. This brings about an increasing intensity and density of traffic flows in the streets which leads to congestion, decreasing speed of the traffic flow, increasing environmental pollution caused by car emissions, and which can potentially lead to the road traffic accidents (RTA), including fatalities. While the number of injuries grows up mainly due to drivers’ non-compliance with the speed limit, the environmental pollution is caused by longer traffic jams. Therefore, to reduce the level of road traffic injuries and emissions into the environment it is necessary to ensure the uniform movement of traffic flows in cities. Currently, one of the effective ways to do it is the use of transport telematics systems, in particular, control systems for road signs, road boards and traffic lights. The paper presents an analysis of existing systems and methods of traffic light regulation. The  analyses of the systems and methods are based on the use of homogeneous data, that is the data on standard parameters of traffic flows. The need in collecting and analyzing additional semi-structured data on the factors that have a significant impact on the traffic flows parameters in cities is shown as well. The work is dedicated to solving the problem of analysis and forecast of traffic flows in the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan. GPS data on the location of individual vehicles is used as the initial data for solving this problem. By projecting the obtained information onto the graph of the city's transport network, as well as using additional filtering, it is possible to obtain an estimate of individual parameters of traffic flows. These parameters are used for short-term forecast of the changes in the city's transport network.

This paper presents fog-based intelligent transportation systems (ITS) architecture for traffic light optimization. Specifically, each intersection consists of traffic lights equipped with a fog node. The roadside unit (RSU) node is deployed to monitor the traffic condition and transmit it to the fog node. The traffic light center (TLC) is used to collect the traffic condition from the fog nodes of all intersections. In this work, two traffic light optimization problems are addressed where each problem will be processed either on fog node or TLC according to their requirements. First, the high latency for the vehicle to decide the dilemma zone is addressed. In the dilemma zone, the vehicle may hesitate whether to accelerate or decelerate that can lead to traffic accidents if the decision is not taken quickly. This first problem is processed on the fog node since it requires a real-time process to accomplish. Second, the proposed architecture aims each intersection aware of its adjacent traffic condition. Thus, the TLC is used to estimate the total incoming number of vehicles based on the gathered information from all fog nodes of each intersection. The results show that the proposed fog-based ITS architecture has better performance in terms of network latency compared to the existing solution in which relies only on TLC.

The History of Nursing and Health Knowledge Study Group linked to the Graduate Nursing Program at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, has been producing knowledge on this subject over the past 15 years. This documentary study presents an assessment of the group's master's theses and doctoral dissertations conducted between 1995 and 2010. A total of 23 master's theses and 12 doctoral dissertations were developed. The group has contributed on many fronts, whether with scientific production that embodies innovative content taught to students, or with the dissemination of its studies' results, which gives greater visibility to its members translates into invitations for them to participate in scientific events and on editorial boards. There is a need to move toward greater integration with other research groups in the field of history and sensitize the academic community to the importance of nursing history.

Abstract Summary: Computational prediction of protein structure from sequence is broadly viewed as a foundational problem of biochemistry and one of the most difficult challenges in bioinformatics. Once every two years the Critical Assessment of protein Structure Prediction (CASP) experiments are held to assess the state of the art in the field in a blind fashion, by presenting predictor groups with protein sequences whose structures have been solved but have not yet been made publicly available. The first CASP was organized in 1994, and the latest, CASP13, took place last December, when for the first time the industrial laboratory DeepMind entered the competition. DeepMind's entry, AlphaFold, placed first in the Free Modeling (FM) category, which assesses methods on their ability to predict novel protein folds (the Zhang group placed first in the Template-Based Modeling (TBM) category, which assess methods on predicting proteins whose folds are related to ones already in the Protein Data Bank.) DeepMind's success generated significant public interest. Their approach builds on two ideas developed in the academic community during the preceding decade: (i) the use of co-evolutionary analysis to map residue co-variation in protein sequence to physical contact in protein structure, and (ii) the application of deep neural networks to robustly identify patterns in protein sequence and co-evolutionary couplings and convert them into contact maps. In this Letter, we contextualize the significance of DeepMind's entry within the broader history of CASP, relate AlphaFold's methodological advances to prior work, and speculate on the future of this important problem.

Intelligent Transport System (ITS) is blooming worldwide. The Traditional Traffic management system is a tedious process and it requires huge man power, to overcome this we have proposed an automatic Traffic monitoring system that has effective fleet management. The current transportation system at intersections and junctions has Traffic Lights with Fixed durations which increase the unnecessary staying time which intern harms the environment. An Adaptive traffic light control is implemented using SUMO simulator, that changes the duration of Green and Red light according to the traffic flow. This is an effective and efficient way to reduce the Traffic congestion. The traffic congestion is determined by taking the object count using deep learning approach (Convolutional Neural Network).

Traffic management of intersections is an important factor that can determine traffic density at the intersection, as well as its surrounding. Long traffic queues we encounter in daily life, were often caused by ineffectiveness of traffic lights management of the cross sections.In this article, an analytic study of traffic light management of a four-leg intersection, based on the kinematic LWR model, was presented. Comparison was based on observing the end of queues over three cycles of red-green lights, under the assumption of a constant traffic flux. On every leg of the intersection, the end of the queues were obtained from characteristic lines of the shock waves.From these observations, the three phase regulation was preferred over the four-phase one. Finally, a case study of Taman Sari - Baltos intersection located in Bandung City, Indonesia, was discussed. Parameter values used in these simulations were obtained from direct observation.

This study was aimed at describing the profile of Fijai, a student of program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality(case study on Fijai who is also a clown). This study used qualitative method. Data collection was done by interview , documentation, and observation. The subjects of this study included Fijai's parents and Fijai's tutor at program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality. Data validity was examined using triangulation of subject, technique and time. Data were analyzed through three steps which were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results, Fijai's profile was as follows. Firstly, how was Fijai's family background? His parents did not have a job except to help him work as a clown. Fijai got Rp 2,500,000/month from his job as a clown. Secondly, how was his study at program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality? He always attended the class once a week. Thirdly,how did he do his job as a clown? He started his job from 10 A.M. until 5 P.M. He moved around while doing his job, sometimes at Suka Merindu traffic light, traffic light near the roundabout, and other traffic lights. Fourthly,how was his parents' response on his education and his job as a clown? His parents agreed with his education at SKB and his job as a clown did not disturb his education. Fively,how was his tutor's response on his education and his job as a clown? According to his tutor he had highly enthusiasm in studying, he always attended the class once a week. Sixly, how was his achievement in package A program? His achievement was increasing per semester. Keywords : The profile of Fijai, student, package A equivalence program
