The purpose of this study was to determine and describe in detail the management of LKP during the pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. Data validity checking used time triangulation, subject triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of the research was that in the process of curriculum adjustment involving Mrs. Rosilah as the head of the LKP, Mr. Erwin as the curriculum organizer and Mrs. Leni Susanti as the tutor, curriculum adjustments were made in the form of dividing study groups into 2x a week, there was no change in instructors in the learning process, changes working hours in accordance with face-to-face changes, and the application of health protocols in the face-to-face learning process and during the implementation of competency exams.

This study aims to systematically obtain information related to community empowerment through kalamansi citrus farmer groups. The method used is the focus group discussion by getting the results that community empowerment through the kalamansi citrus farmer group was established in 2008, has 27 members, the natural lemongrass farmer group gets certificate of appreciation from the Governor of Bengkulu as an Independent Kalamansi Citrus Farm Farmer / Success in the Context of the 50th Anniversary of Bengkulu Province, on 18 November 2018. As time goes by, Kalamansi oranges have produced many fruits, the empowerment of sustainable natural lemongrass farmer groups in Padang lemongrass village is one of a form of community empowerment. The community usually sells it in the form of fresh fruit to market traders in the city of Bengkulu. With the empowerment of this sustainable natural fresh farmer group, the community can use their land as a kalamansi orange plantation where the products they plant will be traded in the market or to Mr. Amti who needing the raw material for kalamansi syrup, the community can increase their family's economic income by planting kalamansi and oranges the community also conserves kalamsi citrus fruit in the city of Bengkulu. The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe in detail the profile of an elderly woman aged 66 years who is a memorizer of the Al-Qur'an by following lessons at the Al-Qur'an At-Tartil House. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data used time triangulation, subject triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research are that Grandma Arjuna, 66 years old, has memorized the Al-Qur'an by taking lessons at the Al-Qur'an At-Tartil House since 2013 and began memorizing in 2015. Achieved 7 juz memorization among 9 students in the Heaven's Angel class who is younger. Having a passion at the age of 66 to continue learning continuously which can illustrate the form of implementing the principle of lifelong education in the non-formal education pathway.

The purpose of this study was to find out and describe in detail the SOP for children under five at the Kasih Sayang Orphanage, Bengkulu City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The research subjects were Merlin Darlia as the orphanage educator, Riko Tampati as the head of the orphanage and Fera Isnata as the supervisor. Checking the validity of the data used time triangulation, subject triangulation and technical triangulation. The results obtained were the implementation of standard operating procedures for intake of children under five, refreshing activities, sleep schedules, learning activities and prayer schedules. This orphanage has 45 foster children consisting of 7 toddlers 3 babies and 35 teenagers.

The purpose of this research is to describe the community participation in empowering the mobile security system. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data used triangulation of sources, triangulation of time and triangulation of techniques. The results obtained from the research are the participation of citizens in participating in the security system at Neighborhood Association 19, Cempaka Permai Village, including the participation of thoughts, energy, assets, skills and skills as well as social participation. On the other hand, there is also internal citizen participation and external participation of residents in participating in the participation system of the Neighborhood Association residents around them supporting and attending even though they do not participate in patrols, from agencies from Babinsa, Bhabinkamtibmas, Head of Rukun Warga, Head of Subdistrict, then from the Mayor's Government give an award, one of them is the Bengkulu City Political and National Unity Body.

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of the package C learning program at PKBM Az-Zahra, Kepahiang Regency. This study refers to several indicators studied, namely the target of activities, the form of planning, the people involved, and the identification of programs carried out by the institution for the package C learning program at PKBM Az-Zahra. This study uses the method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of this study indicate that before the implementation of the batik skills program at PKBM Az-Zahra, a plan was first carried out. In planning the batik skills program for package C participants at PKBM Az-Zahra, the institution held a meeting with the organizational structure to set activity targets and identify the program. The target of activities in planning the batik skills program at PKBM Az-Zahra is to improve the life skills of students in package C through the batik program, train participants in package C so that their work has a selling value. As well as joining business groups that have been provided by institutions (Umeak Kain Diwo and Rumah Kreatif) and creating new entrepreneurs. The people involved in planning the batik skills program at PKBM Az-Zahra are operators, tutors, managers, coaches, and all teaching staff of PKBM Az-Zahra.

The purpose of this study was to describe the readiness of citizens to learn the package C program in participating in online learning at PKBM Songgo Langit Bengkulu City. The subjects of this study were three people. This research is a qualitative case study research. Data collection techniques are interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that first, there was the ability of learning citizens to understand and use online learning applications, the ability was included in the cognitive realm. Second, learning citizens had skills in online learning, skills included in the psychomotor realm. Third, the media used in online learning is privately owned and the media is always checked before starting the lesson. Fourth, learning citizens attend and collect assignments on time, and do not cheat during exams and obey the rules. Fifth, in Talang Pauh Village, Bengkulu Tengah District, the network the internet is adequate but during bad weather the network connection is not stable. In online learning, citizens learn to use their own costs for internet quotas

This study aims to describe the form of community participation in the activities of the Ibu Jaya Posyandu Kasih Ibu Village, Sumber Jaya Village, Kampung Melayu District, Bengkulu City. This study used a qualitative descriptive study with interview, observation, and documentation methods. Checking the validity of the data used triangulation, namely time triangulation, subject triangulation, and technical triangulation. The results showed that there are forms of community participation in the activities of Posyandu Kasih Ibu, Sumber Jaya Village, Kampung Melayu District, Bengkulu City, namely: 1) Money participation. Community voluntary contributions for mutual assistance during maternal and child health activities (KIA), and diarrhea prevention and control activities at the Kasih Ibu Posyandu, 2) Participation of personnel. The community helps cadres in the Kasih Ibu Posyandu, for the purpose of providing maternal and child health services. For example, helping weigh the baby, cleaning up the Posyandu after the activity, etc., and 3) Participation skills. The community is skilled at making ORS, which are given to mothers and children in the prevention and control of diarrhea at the Kasih Ibu Posyandu.

This study aims to obtain information systematically related to community empowerment through the development of UMKM in the Betungan batik village. The method used was the focus group discussion by getting the result that community empowerment through UMKM was carried out once a month, discussing the existing programs in the Betungan batik village UMKM with 50 members. UMKM Batik Betungan Village makes various products made from written batik such as batik scarves, batik bags, batik sandals, batik masks, and hand-written batik hijabs.
