The method of analysis used qualitative methods That is explained and analyzed by descriptive data. Quantitative methods to study whether the Short-term investment is profitable or not, can be determined either by the method Accounting Rate Of Return (ARR) That method that measures the level of profit from investments used to gain tersebut.dan the return on investment assets at PT. Taspen. To test the hypothesis then performed calculations using multiple linear regression analysis. Furthermore pengelohan data and hypothesis testing will be assisted by a computer program Softwere SPSS (Statistical Service and Solution product).Research shows that variable Short Term Asset Investments concluded that simultaneous effect relationship is negative and insignificant. But in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings. Assets Investments variable and not significant positive effect on earnings, but in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings.

Objective. To clarify the prevalence, risk factors, outcome, and outcome-related factors of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) in patients with dermatomyositis (DM), polymyositis (PM), or clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis (CADM).Methods.Data of patients with DM, PM, or CADM who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University from February 2011 to February 2019 were retrospectively collected. Patients diagnosed with HLH constituted the case group. A 1:4 case-control study was performed to identify risk factors for HLH in patients with DM, PM, or CADM through comparison, univariate, and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Intragroup comparison was made among patients with HLH to identify factors influencing unfavorable short-term outcome.Results.HLH was a rare (4.2%) but fatal (77.8%) complication in patients with DM, PM, or CADM. The retrospective case-control study revealed that higher on-admission disease activity (p = 0.008), acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease (AE-ILD, p = 0.002), and infection (p = 0.002) were risk factors for complication of HLH in patients with DM, PM, or CADM. The following intragroup comparison showed that higher on-admission disease activity (p = 0.035) and diagnosis of CADM (p = 0.039) might influence the short-term outcome of patients with HLH. However, no risk factor was identified after false discovery rate correction.Conclusion.In this study, secondary HLH was a fatal complication, with higher on-admission disease activity, AE-ILD, and infection working as risk factors. The underlying role of infection and autoimmune abnormality in HLH in connective tissue disease was subsequently noted. Clinical factors influencing the short-term outcome of patients with secondary HLH require further study.

Economic growth and public welfare are the reason of regional autonomy regulation policy (UU No 22 year 1999). The policy allows regional economic resources managed by regional government to achieve its goal. One of the regional government strategies is investment strategy, which in this case investing in banking industry. The purposes of the study are 1) to identify the investment regulation on regional government 2) to identify the Bank BJB business and investment environment 3) to identify the comparison of investment feasibility on Bank BJB versus other banks 4) to identify the position of Stock Share A series owned by XYZ at Bank BJB. The data collection methods are using structured interview, in depth interview, field survey and literature study. The analysis tools are using institutional analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. Institutional analysis showed XYZ regional government investment management is limited to regulation as follow 1) long term capital (stock share) investment limited only at BUMD (e.g. Bank BJB) 2) short term investment e.g. saving and deposit is limited only at healthy and feasible bank, and government bond which has small risk exposure. The financial analysis also showed the increasing performance of BJB Earning per Share (EPS) and Return on Equity (ROE) from 2006 until 2010. The SWOT analysis support other analysis that BJB Bank position in financial industry is suitable for long term and short term investment for XYZ regional government. Base on explanation above, the conclusions are the autonomy regulation limited XYZ regional government to invest as shareholders in A series (stock share) or B series (stock share) at BJB Bank only, and for short term investment is limited only at healthy and feasible bank, and government bond which has small risk exposure.
