Tugas utama guru adalah mendidik; mengajar; membimbing; mengarahkan; melatih; menilai; dan mengevaluasi peserta didiknya. Guru berprestasi adalah guru yang memiliki kemampuan melaksanakan tugas; keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan tugas; memiliki kepribadian yang sesuai dengan profesi guru dan memiliki wawasan kependidikan. Sistem pendukung keputusan atau Decision Support System (DSS) merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pada sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dengan menerapkan metode yang sesuai dengan bidang keputusan yang diambil; Pengambilan keputusan secara manual tanpa bantuan SPK akan menghasilkan penilaian yang tidak objektif dan tidak tepat. Metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria dengan menerapkan bobot nilai pada setiap kriterianya. Pemilihan metode TOPSIS ini dibandingkan dengan metode SPK yang lain yaitu metode ini menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Sistem yang dibuat memungkinkan pihak sekolah untuk menentukan aspek penilaian berdasarkan kriteria sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari sekolah tersebut sehingga lebih fleksibel. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan guru terbaik.

Large number of franchises that will be selected as well as indicators of many criteria, it is necessary to build a decision support system that will help decide which franchise to choose. The model used in the decision support system is a Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) and to perform calculations on the case MADM method in finding the best alternative based on the criteria specified use traditional methods TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) to perform the calculations. TOPSIS method is chosen as the method is based on the concept that the best alternative was chosen not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution.

Abstract— Outsourcing is a part of production process of manufacturing industry which contribute for suitainability of a manufacture process. Choosing appropriate subcontractor which match spesification is not easy. In order to help company in determining credible subcontractors is needed a decision support system.Selection of decision support system for the production of subcontracting gloves uses Entropy and TOPSIS methods. Entropy method is used to give weight to the criteria. TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is used to select the best subcontractors, where subcontracting was elected not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but it also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. Designing of systems use ERD and DFD for identifying the needs of users and systems, and as for guiding the software implementation. The results of this research are the establishment of an application used to select subcontractors based on established criteria. Test results on the application can provide decision input/suggestion, although the criteria used in making decision is different. Subcontract selection decision support system can be an alternative to choose subcontractors for the production of gloves in PT. Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

The choice of business location will affect the risks and benefits of the company as a whole. This condition occurs because the location greatly affects the fixed costs and variable costs, both in the medium term and long term. The location of the business should be taken into account at the time of planning, so that the business to be run can be organized implementation in the future. Online Bicycle Indonesia is a startup engaged in goods and food delivery services by using online-based bike, will open branches in several cities and districts in Tangerang Raya area so that the result of choosing the right branch location, required a dynamic decision support system that can later be used as consideration of managers in the process of selecting branch locations. Problems in selecting branch of this company can be used Decision Support System using AHP-TOPSIS method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method has advantages based on pair comparison matrix and perform consistency analysis, while Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can solve practical decision making, because the concept is simple and easy to understand, and have the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives. The results of the study show Kota Tangerang Selatan is superior to the weight of 0.824, the two Kota Tangerang with a weight of 0.732 and three Kabupaten Tangerang with a weight of 0.0, The decision taken can be accounted for by the calculation of AHP-TOPSIS as a model in the decision support system

Along with the rapid development of technology, many types of laptops and smartphones have sprung up. The many types on the market can make consumers confused in choosing products. The decision support system for choosing this personal device uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative for all attributes. In the results of manual and system calculations, the SAW and TOPSIS methods produce the same ranking. In the SAW method, the highest-ranking of laptops is obtained by Acer Swift 3 (SF314-56G) with a value of 0.977 and on smartphones, the highest score is obtained by the Samsung Galaxy M51 with a value of 1. In the TOPSIS method, the highest-ranking is obtained by a laptop with a value of 0.9507 and a smartphone with a value of 1.Keywords:Notebook; SAW; Decision Support System; Smartphone; TOPSIS.

Evaluasi dokumen penawaran teknis dilakukan dengan cara memberikan nilai angka tertentu pada setiap kriteria yang dinilai dan di berikan bobot, kemudian membandingkan jumlah perolehan nilai dari peserta dan hasil evaluasi teknis harus melewati ambang batas nilai teknis (passing grade) juga perhitungan yang dilakukan masih secara manual. Agar dapat mengatasi masalah diatas maka Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang  ini  memerlukan  suatu  sistem  pendukung  keputusan  (Decision  Support  System)  atau  SPK  (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan). Sedangkan penulis memilih salah satu metode dalam pembuatan SPK yaitu Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) yang memiliki Kelebihan antara lain TOPSIS digunakan untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah dengan beragam kriteria dengan menerapkan bobot nilai pada setiap kriterianya. Karena kemampuannya untuk menghitung banyak kriteria sehingga sesuai untuk menyelesaikan masalah  yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis pada  pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sistem ini telah di implementasikan dengan baik, maupun secara validasi sistem dan akurasi yang mencapai 100%.

PT. Mahadana Wikasita is a company engaged in the sale of machine goods and pos cashier tools. In order to face business competition there are some problems that often arise regarding the sale of goods. PT. Mahadana Wikasita is lacking in monitoring the goods sold, what items consumers need and the storage of data is less effective, so the company can not determine exactly which goods to buy. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help solve this problem. In this research, the decision support system used is by Techinique for Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which consists of seven stages using several criteria such as price, type, quality and customer interest. In the test results calculated using the Method For Order Preference bySimiliarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) it can be concluded that the highest value is kios Pakmo mobile cashier application package with a value of 0.920, can be interpreted as the best selling item for one year.

Marketplace is an online media that functions as a place where sellers and buyers conduct business activities or transactions. The presence of a marketplace is very much needed by the community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The appeal for social distancing makes most people choose to shop online which of course has a big impact on the presence of the marketplace. Because consumer needs continue to increase, the best marketplace Platform that can meet daily needs is needed, through a decision support system using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and WP (Weighted product). give the best decision in choosing a marketplace site. In the results of manual and application calculations, it is found that the results are both compatible. In the SAW method, TOPSIS and WP produced the same ranking, namely the Shopee marketplace got the highest ranking with a value of 0.9724 on the SAW method 0.706 on the TOPSIS method and 0.2112 on the WP followed by Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, and Blibli.Keywords:Marketplace selection; decision support system; Simple Additive Weighting; Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution; weight product.

Abstract:All students in the world of education in the learning process are not separated from the various rules and regulations that apply or are implemented by the school and it is mandatory to be obeyed by every student. With this, it is intended that every student knows about discipline. At SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas presence, tidiness, personality and order are aspects of discipline which are used as references to measure the level of student discipline. The mechanism for measuring the level of discipline of each student is measured manually, namely by accumulating points of violations committed by students, then determining the sanctions that will be given. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a decision support system to determine the level of discipline and sanctions for student violations using the TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method and implement the system to assist counseling teachers in monitoring student discipline levels, and can be effective and efficiently find the number of points of violation committed by students. The system is designed using the MySQL database, PHP programming language, and Macromedia Dreamweaver application software. Keywords: Discipline, TOPSIS, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Hypertext PrePocessor, Decision Support Systems.  Abstrak: Semua siswa di dalam dunia pendidikan  dalam proses belajar tidak ada yang  terlepas dari berbagai tata tertib dan peraturan yang berlaku atau di jalankan oleh sekolah dan memang wajib harus di taati oleh setiap siswa. Dengan adanya hal tersebut bertujuan supaya setiap siswa mengetahui tentang kedisiplinan.  Di SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas kehadiran, kerapian, kepribadian dan ketertiban  merupakan aspek kedisiplinan yang dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk mengukur tingkat kedisiplinan siswa. Mekanisme pengukuran tingkat  disiplin dari masing-masing siswa diukur dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mengakumulasi point pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa, kemudian ditentukan sanksi yang akan diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan tingkat kedisiplinan dan sanksi pelanggaran siswa menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique Order Preferenceby Similarity ToIdeal Solution) dan mengimplementasikan sistem tersebut untuk membantu guru BK dalam memantau tingkat kedisiplinan siswa, dan dapat dengan efektif dan efesien mencari jumlah point pelanggaran yang di lakukan oleh siswa.Sistemdi rancang menggunakan database MySQL,bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan software aplikasi macromedia dreamweaver. Kata Kunci :Kedisiplinan, TOPSIS, Macromedia Dreamweaver, PHP, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.
