Large number of franchises that will be selected as well as indicators of many criteria, it is necessary to build a decision support system that will help decide which franchise to choose. The model used in the decision support system is a Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) and to perform calculations on the case MADM method in finding the best alternative based on the criteria specified use traditional methods TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) to perform the calculations. TOPSIS method is chosen as the method is based on the concept that the best alternative was chosen not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution.

Abstract— Outsourcing is a part of production process of manufacturing industry which contribute for suitainability of a manufacture process. Choosing appropriate subcontractor which match spesification is not easy. In order to help company in determining credible subcontractors is needed a decision support system.Selection of decision support system for the production of subcontracting gloves uses Entropy and TOPSIS methods. Entropy method is used to give weight to the criteria. TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is used to select the best subcontractors, where subcontracting was elected not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but it also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. Designing of systems use ERD and DFD for identifying the needs of users and systems, and as for guiding the software implementation. The results of this research are the establishment of an application used to select subcontractors based on established criteria. Test results on the application can provide decision input/suggestion, although the criteria used in making decision is different. Subcontract selection decision support system can be an alternative to choose subcontractors for the production of gloves in PT. Tugas utama guru adalah mendidik; mengajar; membimbing; mengarahkan; melatih; menilai; dan mengevaluasi peserta didiknya. Guru berprestasi adalah guru yang memiliki kemampuan melaksanakan tugas; keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan tugas; memiliki kepribadian yang sesuai dengan profesi guru dan memiliki wawasan kependidikan. Sistem pendukung keputusan atau Decision Support System (DSS) merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pada sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dengan menerapkan metode yang sesuai dengan bidang keputusan yang diambil; Pengambilan keputusan secara manual tanpa bantuan SPK akan menghasilkan penilaian yang tidak objektif dan tidak tepat. Metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria dengan menerapkan bobot nilai pada setiap kriterianya. Pemilihan metode TOPSIS ini dibandingkan dengan metode SPK yang lain yaitu metode ini menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Sistem yang dibuat memungkinkan pihak sekolah untuk menentukan aspek penilaian berdasarkan kriteria sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari sekolah tersebut sehingga lebih fleksibel. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan guru terbaik.

The Right

Choosing the right college is a crucial step for students in preparing for their careers and future. With education at the college, the student increases their chances of getting better jobs. But because of the limited capacity of public college, students and parents must select a private college that agrees with desires and abilities. Errors in choosing a college result in students experiencing failure in carrying out education in the college. Therefore, students and parents need to consider several factors such as accreditation status, costs, the number of students, lecturers, facilities, study programs, and others to select a private college. Nevertheless, students and parents experience confusion in choosing a private college. This is due to many private colleges and the lack of information about these private colleges. Therefore, the aim of this study is to build a decision support system to select a private college that matches the desires and abilities of students and parents. This study uses Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) logic with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to rank each alternative private college. The test results showed that the system performance meets functional requirements and the perform system achieved an accuracy of 83,33%. This decision support system helps students and parents make decisions to select a private college that according to their desires and abilities accurately.

Setiap manusia mempunyai lebih dari satu kecerdasan ganda, seperti logika-matematika, visual-spasial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, linguistik, musikal, naturalis, dan kinestestis (Howard Gardner dari Harvard University). Banyak cara, untuk melihat kecerdasan seseorang diantaranya melalui angka, musik, gambar, kata-kata, kegiatan fisik atau sosial-emosional. Banyak hasil riset mengenai kecerdasan siswa, mengharap kepada orang tua dan wali murid agar selalu memberikan banyak pengaraha, stimulasi dan pengalaman kepada siswa.Pendidikan menjadi point penting untuk orang tua dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan anaknya, dimana dalam lembaga pendidikan anak sebagai peserta didik atau siswa dapat diarahkan kepada bakat, minat dan potensi yang dimilikinya. Jika anak tidak tersentuh oleh dunia pendidikan maka potensi kecerdasan yang dimiliki seorang anak tidak akan berkembang dengan maksimal.Pemilihan jurusan sejak awal bisa mempermudah siswa dalam memilih bidang ilmu atau jurusan yang akan ditekuninya di akademik, sekolah tinggi atau di Universitas kelak yang tentunya akan mengarah kepada masa depan dan karirnya. Sejak diberlakukannya kurikulum 2013 dimana sistem peminatan sudah dimulai dan dilakukan dari kelas Sepuluh atau kelas satu. Hal ini tentunya membutuhkan peran guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) untuk mengarahkan anak ke bakat, minat dan potensi akademiknya. Pilihan tersebut terdiri dari Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA), Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) , dan BAHASA (KEMEDIKBUD 2012).Technique for Order Preference by Similiarty to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) adalah diantara salah satu metode yang didalam MADM (Multiple-Attribute Decesion Making) dan merupakan salah satu pemodelan decision support system (SPK) digunakan untuk pengambilan sebuah keputusan dalam menetapkan kriteria yang terbaik dari beberapa alternatif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Every company has management providing wages or rewards to employees. This is because employees are one of the resources that are used as a driving force in advancing a company. Besides, many companies provide rewards to their employees with the aim of motivating employees to help more. There is management problem in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital for determining the number of rewards obtained by employees because many variables are determined. Therefore, the need of management information system can facilitate the Management of the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital in determining decision making for providing rewards. One method that is often used in implementing decision support systems is Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM), focusing TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference with Similarities to Ideal Solutions). By the implementation of the decision support system, PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital can carry out the selection process more efficiently.The test results by matching the employee data results at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital obtained 95.83% accuracy so that this system can help the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in determining employee rewards.

The choice of business location will affect the risks and benefits of the company as a whole. This condition occurs because the location greatly affects the fixed costs and variable costs, both in the medium term and long term. The location of the business should be taken into account at the time of planning, so that the business to be run can be organized implementation in the future. Online Bicycle Indonesia is a startup engaged in goods and food delivery services by using online-based bike, will open branches in several cities and districts in Tangerang Raya area so that the result of choosing the right branch location, required a dynamic decision support system that can later be used as consideration of managers in the process of selecting branch locations. Problems in selecting branch of this company can be used Decision Support System using AHP-TOPSIS method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method has advantages based on pair comparison matrix and perform consistency analysis, while Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can solve practical decision making, because the concept is simple and easy to understand, and have the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives. The results of the study show Kota Tangerang Selatan is superior to the weight of 0.824, the two Kota Tangerang with a weight of 0.732 and three Kabupaten Tangerang with a weight of 0.0, The decision taken can be accounted for by the calculation of AHP-TOPSIS as a model in the decision support system

Bantuan rumah tidak layak huni adalah salah satu program pemerintah untuk menekan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia, namun permasalahan yang ada bahwa proses yang selama ini dilakukan oleh pihak Kelurahan masih dilakukan secara subyektif dengan hanya mempertimbangkan hasil survey. Oleh karena itu, bagi pihak kelurahan diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan agar seleksi dapat dilakukan secara efisien secara sistemik.  Adanya metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. Dari beberapa metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting dipilih untuk diterapkan kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat menggunakan metode air terjun. Tujuan penelitian ini agar pihak kelurahan dapat menyalurkan bantuannya kepada yang berhak menerimanya, sehingga dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web untuk memilih penerima bantuan perumahan sesuai dan objektif.  Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat dimana proses penyaluran yang tepat sasaran dengan data yang diperoleh dari pihak kelurahan. Sistem yang dibuat cukup memnatu pihak kelurahan dengan nilai sekitar 73.6% yang diuji oleh 10 orang responden.   Kata Kunci: Rumah Tidak Layak Huni, Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.     Abstract The help of the home is not habitable is one of the government programs to suppress the poverty rate in Indonesia, but the problem exists that the process that was done by the village is still in subjectively Consider the survey results. Therefore, the town needs a decision support system so that the selection can be made by systemic efficiency. There is a method of Multiple Attribute Decision Making, answering all the problems. Of the multiple Attribute Decision-Making methods, Simple Addictive Weighting is chosen to be applied to the decision support system. The decision support system was made using a waterfall method. The purpose of this research is so that the village can distribute its help to the right to receive it, so it is expected by the Web-based decision support system to select the recipient of appropriate and objective housing assistance. This research provides entirely accurate results were the right distribution process targets with data obtained from the village. The system was made enough to inform the town with a value of about 73.6% tested by ten respondents.   Keywords: Unqualified Houses, Multiple Attribute Decision Making, MADM, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support Systems.

Analysis and design of a decision support system aims to deal with problems in selecting the best supplier which is a problem at PT. Independent male star. PT. Bintang Putra Mandiri is a company engaged in the subsidized housing contractor and developer. With the existing problems, we need a system that can help companies to help determine the best supplier. Then produced a system that can help companies by using the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using the Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution.
