This study aims at determing the effect transformational leadership style and  job satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior of  employees Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kolaka.This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Looking at a relatively small population of 96 people, the researchers used population studies. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results of the study concluded that the transformational leadership style and  job satisfaction variables affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees at the Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kolaka

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by employee job satisfaction. The object of the research is employees of PT. Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri with a sample of 95 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaire data collection and library research. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The result of this study show that (1) transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); (3) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (4) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (5) job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); (6) job satisfaction in mediating transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive but not significant effect, and (7) job satisfaction in mediating work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect.

Background: This study aims to explore the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior and see whether job satisfaction functions as a good mediator Methods: By using a quantitative approach, the data collection tool uses a psychological scale, the research respondents (N = 232) are employees and leaders of one company. Results: The results of the study show that job satisfaction functions as a mediator of the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: By applying transformational leadership style accompanied by building a good organizational culture the organization has strong capital to foster employee organizational citizenship behaviour. This study also provides empirical evidence of the influence of these two variables on organizational citizenship behaviour through job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of job satisfaction transformational leadership style towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted at the Office of the Ubung Kaja Village as many as 45 employees using the saturated sample method, collected through a questionnaire using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, path analysis, single test and VAF test. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effect of transformational leadership styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to find out Transformational Leadership Style, Transactional Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction have influence, either simultaneously or partially, to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employee PT.Konstrindo Putera Perkasa. The sample in this study using all the population with the method used is saturated or census sampling. Data collection was done by using questionnaires, interviews, and through observation (observation). This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method with the help of computer program SPSS For Windows Release 17.0.The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on results obtained by Sig.F 0.000 <0,05, which can be interpreted that the variables of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable. (2) based on the regression test results, the variables of transformational leadership style have significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0,05), transactional leadership style variable has significance level t sig. (0.019) <α (0,05) and job satisfaction variable have significance level t sig. (0,05) <α (0,05), so that variable of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and satisfaction of work partially influence to organizational citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable (3) based on result of regression test obtained variable which influenced most dominant is transformational leadership style has the highest Beta value is 0.708. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional ,Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial, terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  Karyawan PT.Konstrindo Putera Perkasa, Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan melalui pengamatan (observasi). Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS For Windows Release 17.0. Hasil analisis Uji F disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepuasan kerja secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sedangkan Uji T disimpulkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadapvariabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between transformational leadership style, affective commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior in the athletic director–coach relationship. This study particularly focused on the mediating effect of affective commitment on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Athletic head coaches in NCAA Division II programs ( N = 244) completed the questionnaires measuring perceptions of the transformational leadership style of their athletic directors, their affective commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. The results revealed that perceived transformational leadership was positively associated with affective commitment, which, in turn, was positively associated with organizational citizenship behaviors. Further, the result of this study supported full mediation among the proposed variables in that affective commitment served as the underlying psychological mechanism in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors. Implications for athletic departments in fostering head coaches’ affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship of transformational leadership on employee performance of cooperatives in Tabanan. The study population were employees of cooperatives in the district of Tabanan with a sample size is 114 respondents in 25 cooperatives. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire and analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS 2.0. The results showed (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (4) OCB mediate partially and positive and significant relationship between leadership transformasional and employee performance. The implication of this study indicated that transformational leadership was found as a major factor in improving employee performance.. Suggestions for the results are expand the orientation research in wider scope industry and organization to reach more obtain results.

This research was conducted to identify the antecedents dimension of organizational commitment that consist of affective, continuance, and normative commitment to mediate transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the salespeople’s banking sector in Malang, East Java. The population of this research was the employees in the banking sector that provides insurance and investment services in Malang city. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument. 118 responses were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square software (Smart-PLS). The study result revealed that organizational commitment does not significantly affect OCB. The affective commitment was the best predictor in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on OCB. In contrast, continuance and normative commitment have an insignificant effect both directly and indirectly on OCB. This study was expected to be a reference for further research in the area of organizational outcome focused on organizational commitment and provide more information for decision making about the importance of leadership styles such as transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and the role of organizational commitment in mediating influence between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on OCB of teachers of Islamic boarding high school in Tulungagung. This study used a census method by distributing questionnaire to the entire population of 150 teachers. Data was analyzed using a partial least square approach. The results showed that the perceived organizational support does not significantly affect OCB, job satisfaction affects OCB,  perceived organizational support affects organizational commitmet, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, organizational commitment affects OCB,  perceived organizational support affects OCB through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affects OCB through organizational commitment.

The existence of factors that improve employee job satisfaction will support the achievement of good governance. Therefore, study is needed on the analysis of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transformational leadership style, work ethic, job satisfaction, and good governance with the aim of knowing the effect of OCB, transformational leadership style, and work ethic partially on job satisfaction and good governance; the influence of job satisfaction on good governance. This study uses 200 respondents of sub-district office staff in DKI Jakarta who were selected using multistage sampling techniques. Data processing used SEM, Lisrel Program. The results showed that transformational leadership style had an effect on job satisfaction, but OCB and work ethic had no effect on job satisfaction; OCB, work ethic, and job satisfaction affect good governance, but transformational leadership style does not affect good governance.

This study aims to examine the relationship of perceptions of organizational support (POS), job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the government sector. The survey approach was carried out to obtain data through questionnaires. A total of 60 employees were used as research samples. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is used to test hypotheses. The results showed that: there was a positive relationship between POS and job satisfaction and OCB, job satisfaction was significantly correlated with OCB. In addition, job satisfaction has proven to play a role as a mediator for POS relations with OCB. This research contributes to efforts to increase OCB in the government sector,
