Abstract Treatment Eternal.Lab is a business engaged in the services of washing shoes, bags, hats and helmets. There are several things that must be improved by eternal.lab treatment in order to survive and compete in the future. Decision making in determining the right location will have an impact on the development of the business in the future, then, there needs to be a strategy in determining the location of the business.  Taking into account the segments and costs in determining the location will be able to deny profits to thebusiness. Analytical hierarchy process becomes the preferred method to see the location of the business where itis prioritized based on the criteria that influence in determining the location of the business on the treatment services Eternal.Lab. The author uses the expert choice tool to find out the value of each criterion and sub-criteria against alternative locations that have previously been selected. Obtained 4 (four) criteria that become determinants in determining the location of the business, namely facilities, rental costs, market environment, and physical condition of the location. Based on the results of the tests conducted, obtained alternative locations that are prioritized is the Queen's labuhan with an assessment weight (0.406). Terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dibenahi oleh treatment Eternal.Lab agar dapat bertahan dan bersaing kedepannya. Pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan lokasi yang tepat akan berdampak pada perkembangan usaha tersebut kedepannya maka, perlu adanya strategi dalam menentukan lokasi usaha. Dengan mempertimbangkan segmen dan biaya dalam menentukan lokasi akan dapat meningkarkan keuntungan pada usaha. Analytical hierarchy process menjadi metode yang dipilih untuk melihat lokasi usaha dimana yang lebih di prioritaskan berdasarkan kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan lokasi usaha pada jasa treatment Eternal.Lab. Penulis menggunakan alat expert choice untuk mengetahui nilai setiap kriteria dan sub-kriteria terhadap alternatif lokasi yang sebelumnya sudah dipilih. Diperoleh 4 (empat) kriteria yang menjadi penentu dalam menentukan lokasi usaha yaitu fasilitas, biaya sewa, lingkungan pasar, dan kondisi fisik lokasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan maka diperoleh alternatif lokasi yang lebih di prioritaskan adalah labuhan Ratu dengan bobot penilaian (0,406). Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for companies, because the selection of suppliers is very influential on the quality of a product. One way to choose the right supplier for the company can be done using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the Analytical Hierrarchy Process method is a decision-making method developed to give priority to several alternatives when several criteria must be considered. Some things to consider in choosing suppliers such as: shipping, quality, service, past performance, payment. This research was conducted at one of Muhammadiyah's charitable businesses, namely at the Muhammadiyah Hospital or Clinic. This study aims to find out the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. With the use of samples from this study is the decision making in the purchase of drugs and medical devices Clinic or Muhammadiyah Hospital. The results of the data analysis concluded that the indicators of quality, acceleration of service, credibility of suppliers are bets in determining the best suppliers for the procurement of drugs and medical devices clinics or hospitals Muhammadiyah. Whereas from the overall simulation results Supplier Q is considered as the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital, because overall of all criteria Supplier Q has the highest value compared to other suppliers.

Rice is one of the staple foods of society in general, the need for rice supply is increasing every year. The increasing population in the Jababeka area is a threat to staple food supplies. To determine the selection of Rice Brands, it takes rice criteria in order to determine the best quality of rice, and increase sales. So that it can meet consumer needs for rice. In the selection of rice brands at CV Beras Alami  uses a voting system, this is clearly less valid in its election because it is subjective. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used as a method for decision making, as a solution in selecting rice brands in CV Beras Alami. The Expert Choice application is used as a support system to facilitate the selection of rice brands that are in demand by consumers. The results can be known during the 2018 period that rice is widely consumed is Garuda Utama.

In the selection of Honda Honda motorcycles, of course consumers want to get the best and right choice. On CV. Darmin Motor Tangerang City has a factor in the assessment. This assessment is based on criteria and alternatives such as price, design, product quality and other brands of Honda Motorcycle. Almost every consumer wants a matic motorcycle that is affordable, fuel efficient and comfortable to use. This decision support system uses the method (AHP) as a process in determining the best matic motorbikes. This can be useful to facilitate a decision-making related to a problem of selecting Honda Motorcycle so that there will be many criteria and alternatives for consumers. In this study, data acquisition was obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is processed using Microsoft Excel so ftware and expert choice software. The results of the study using the Expert Choice Software application showed that the first rank was Beat Sport CBS with a value of 0.514 or 51.4% next Vario 125 CBS with a value of 0.300 or 30.0% and ranked last 0.187 or 18.7%.

Ayam Serama merupakan jenis unggas hias baru yang berukuran sangat kecil dan ringan dan merupakan hasil persilangan ayam katai, ayam serama ini merupakan jenis unggas hias yang sedang popular saat ini di Indonesia. Sehingga menjadi pertimbangan bagi para pecinta ayam serama untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang ras ayam serama, informasi yang dapatkan nantinya dapat menjadi pedoman bagi para pecinta ayam serama dalam menentukan ras ayam serama dengan akurat, dimana saat ini masih perlu dilakukan pembahasan untuk penilaian ras ayam serama. Dalam hal ini diperlukan analisa yang tepat untuk mempercepat proses identifikasi dalam menentukan rasa ayam serama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah model yang dapatmenggambarkan seluruh sistem komputerisasi yang mendukung dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process ini melakukan penilaian pada setiap ayam dengan ragam kriteria, dan perubahan nilai bobot. Hal ini berguna untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan identifikasi ras ayam serama, sehingga akan didapatkan ayam yang paling layak dinyatakan sebagai ras ayam serama.Chicken serama is a new ornamental poultry sized very small and light is the result of a cross chicken dwarf , chicken serama it is the type of ornamental poultry being popular current in indonesia. So that it becomes consideration for the lovers chicken serama to get information about race chicken serama , information get will have become guidelines for the lovers chicken serama in determining race chicken serama accurately , where the current is still needs to be discussed to the assessment of chicken serama race. In this is the right to expedite the identification in determining chicken serama . Hence needed a model could describe the whole system computerized that supports in the decision-making process. The support system decision by using the method analytical hierarchy process conducts judgment on every chicken with its diversity of criteria, and fluctuations in the weight. It is useful to ease decision-making associated with identification race chicken serama, so that it will obtained chicken most worthy expressed as race chicken serama.

Yogyakarta and many more. the milk café owner has plans to open a new café branch. The milk café owner does not yet have the right method for determining location selection recommendations. Currently, café owners only conduct surveys and then choose locations that they think are appropriate based on several criteria so that café owners are often hesitant in determining the right location. Choosing an improper business location can cause bankruptcy or failure to run a business. This study aims to find out how the AHP method is able to provide problem solving solutions in the selection of locations in the expansion of the café business. And how to build a decision support system application AHP method. The data used are location data to conduct a feasibility survey based on criteria data to locations that have been determined by the team leader, where the criteria for determining new cafes are strategic locations, market share, competitors, rental prices and area size ... results from AHP calculations for expansion of the café is that it can be concluded that the alternative location of Jl. Sultan Syahrir Surakarta was stated as the most suitable location to be chosen as the location of the new branch of The Milk Café with the highest weighting value of 0.235. While the least recommended alternative locations are Jl. Adi Soemarmo with the least total weight is 0.153.

The voting service process conducted today is still done manually so that it becomes a decision to utilize the electronic voting. The electronic voting greatly reduces human control and human direct influence on this voting process. Problems faced by end users in the selection are there are so many choices of electronic voting software. Decision making, essentially a form of election of the various alternatives of action or multi-criteria decision making that can be selected. Decision support system in this research is used to select the type of electronic voting software. The method used in this research is the multi criteria decision making and analytical hierarchy process using expert choice software. And aims to make decisions that can make certain parties to take the best decision in choosing the type of electronic voting software. From the data processing is concluded that the first sequence is online voting 58.3%, express vote 17.2%, simply voting 17% and ballot online 7.5%. Processing of data obtained from the respondent expert inconsistencies value ratio is less than 0.1, thus the combined geometric calculation result data is fairly consistent.

Maize is one of the important sources of feed ingredients, an appropriate postharvest facilities can reduce a quantitative losses in maize postharvest handling. The objective of this study was formulating the criteria and sub criteria in having a decision making about the priorities of postharvest facility that can reduce quantitative losses.This study utilized the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and obtained data was analyzed using software Expert Choice, as a decision making program. Experts’ and potential respondents’ judgments have the inconsistency less than 10%. The most important actor under the goal is government. Furthermore, the most important criteria is the quality and the subcriteria is SNI. Dryer followed by corn sheller are the prioritized alternatives in order to reduce postharvest quantitative losses of maize.

The development of a nation is inseparable from the factors / roles of industry both in services and manufacturing. This is because of manufacturing and service industries are very profitable fields by various parties. The problem at PT ABC related to the procurement sector is that there are no methods for making decisions when there are many criteria and many decision makers. This affects when PT. ABC wants to buy a Rubber Dumper XP500-R as a safety unit, based on this problem the most appropriate method is Analytical Hierarchy Process. AHP method applied by the Expert Choice (EC) software can help choose the right supplier. AHP is used because it can calculate priority assesments for many criteria and many decision makers. The results of this priority assesments are CV Rafindo Raya (0.36570) as the first rank followed by CV Rekatama Tehnik (0.23320) as second, PT Dharma Geliat Sejahtera as rthird (0.22170), and the last is PT Emka Jaya Mandiri (0 , 18002).

Decision-making is already a part of life, sometimes we are confronted on two or more options, oreasy choices to the hardest. At decision making involving a system (simple or complex), it ispossible that decision making is done after a certain process. One of the decision-making tools thatcan be used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using the Expert Choice V. 11application to solve complex problems by targeting a hierarchy of criteria, assessed subjectively byinterested parties, and then attracting various considerations to develop weights or priorities(conclusions). Therefore, there needs to be training for students in the accounting department ofFEB-Uncen who are on the level of drafting their research plan to understand one of the analysistools that will be expected to be applied by the students in his research.
