Results of research conducted at PT. Kewalram Indonesia Unit-2, in its data processing, still using manual system that is in data of waste inventory using register book, so very susceptible to keruskan and data loss, not optimal in making report because herus recapture from receipt book, and waste expenditure, difficulty in search stock waste.Metode used in this research is System Development Methods are methods, procedures, work concepts, rules and postulates (postulates) that will be used to develop an information system. As for system design manggunakan Development Life Cycle System (SDLC) with Waterfall method is a method used to help and facilitate the development of the system. Waste Inventory Information System Design is built using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 and foxpro database. Thus the system of the author of the design is expected to improve data security from the possibility of data loss and data damage, facilitate the making of Reports, as well as simplify the search for waste inventory waste.

Ma'soem University is a university located in the Al Ma'soem Foundation Bandung (YAB). At present Ma'soem University has four Faculties, namely the Faculties: Computers, Faperta, Islamic Business Economics, Teacher Training and Education. With the increasing number of new students every year around 350 people per class, the Ma'soem University finance department must have an information system design that can help and facilitate financial acceptance and report preparation so that it can be produced quickly. The finance department of Ma'soem University is currently using its manual financial management system, where every student who makes a payment is recorded on a proof of payment invoice which is then recapitulated for financial statements. Based on these considerations, it is deemed necessary to design a financial information system that is expected to help facilitate the process of payment of education costs at Ma’soem University.In this Education Fee Payment Information System Design, the writer uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system development life cycle method, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, code, testing and implementation.The design of this information system is expected to handle the payment of tuition fees with various facilities, namely: can facilitate the search for data of students who have not paid tuition fees, can avoid duplication of data and calculation errors in education costs and is expected to present reports of tuition payment payments quickly and automatically.Ma'soem University is a university located in the Al Ma'soem Foundation Bandung (YAB). In this modern era today, information technology had become a thing where the society have to be cultivated. The development of information technology was currently running very fast and played an important role in various ways. Computers were one of the important parts in improving information technology. This research aimed to design a tool to be able to assist students in obtaining information in an accurate and effective manner. The design of this information system used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was a common methodology in system development and design. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) had six phases, are namely: identification, initiation and project design, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. The design carried out were the design and normalization of the database, Entity Relations Diagram (ERD), and system design. An approach to an ontology-based information system design theory for spatial information system development is presented. This approach addresses the dynamic nature of information system development at the beginning of the 21st century and addresses the question of how to establish relationships between the various design components of a spatial information system. It should also help to automate and guide the design process while at the same time improve the quality of the process along with its outputs. An example of this approach is presented, along with examples of the various ontologies utilized in the design of this particular spatial information system. Finally, a method to mitigate the issues regarding the organization and management of a growing library of ontologies is discussed.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Namun sistem informasi yang di terapkan dalam perusahaan masih cenderung memiliki banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dengan menggunakan buku besar, oleh karena itu perusahaan perlunya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Lapangan Bulu Tangkis Berbasis Web Pada GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara dengan tujuan membantu dalam meningkatkan strategi  marketing brand usaha dan memakasimalkan pelayanan dengan tujuan mempermudah kinerja dalam mengolah data, mengubah data, melihat informasi jadwal lapanagan, serta data tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox Testing..   Kata kunci: Berbasis Web, Booking, Penyewaan, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall.

<p class="Abstrak">Kabupaten Majalengka merupakan wilayah yang mengalami perkembangan pesat yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang beraneka ragam yang dapat diolah menjadi bentuk berbagai produk. Dengan berkembangnya Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Majalengka dapat menggerakan perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya di sektor bawah, yaitu untuk usaha mikro kecil menengah. Pada saat ini, di Kabupaten Majalengka belum memiliki sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi yang ditampilkan secara spasial mengenai persebaran lokasi UMKM, dimana nantinya sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan yang tepat dalam menentukan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Majalengka, seperti pengadaan pelatihan usaha, pemberian modal usaha dan lain sebagainya. Maka dari itu untuk membantu mengawasi pertumbuhan UMKM tersebut, diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem yang berbasis geografis yang dapat memberikan informasi lokasi  pertumbuhan UMKM secara spasial bagi Dinas terkait, yang direpresentasikan dengan sistem koordinat ditunjukan melalui penyimpanan titik <em>longitude</em> <em>(long)</em> dan <em>latitude</em> <em>(lat) </em> dalam <em>database </em>pada setiap lokasinya sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam menentukan kebijakan Pemerintah di Kabupaten Majalengka. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem ini menggunakan <em>System Development Life Cycle (SDLC</em>)<em>, </em>sistem ini akan dirancang dengan berbasis Web Geographic Information System (<em>WebGIS</em>) yang  menggunakan fasilitas dari Google Maps dan sistem ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode <em>blackbox. </em>Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini, maka informasi mengenai titik lokasi serta data UMKM yang sesuai dengan kegiatan usahanya dapat ditampilkan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi geografis, dimana sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM di Kabupaten Majalengka mengenai informasi lokasi penyebaran UMKM secara spasial yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan dan pengawasan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha berdasarkan lokasi dan jenis UMKM tersebut<em>.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Majalengka Regency is a region that is experiencing rapid development that has diverse natural resources that can be processed into various forms of products. With the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Majalengka Regency, it can move the community's economy, especially in the lower sector, namely for micro small and medium businesses. At present, Majalengka Regency does not yet have a system capable of providing information that is displayed spatially about the distribution of MSME locations, where later this system aims to provide information that can be used as appropriate consideration in determining policies relating to the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs) in Majalengka Regency, such as procurement of business training, provision of venture capital and so on. Therefore to help oversee the growth of MSMEs, a geographic based system is needed that can provide spatial information on MSME growth locations for the relevant Dinas, represented by a coordinate system shown through storing longitude and latitude points at each location as a basis for consideration in determining Government policy in Majalengka Regency. In this study, the method used in the construction of this system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), this system will be designed with a Web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) that uses facilities from Google Maps and the system is tested using the blackbox method. With the construction of this system, information about the location points as well as MSME data in accordance with their business activities can be displayed. The results of this study are in the form of a geographic information system, in which this system can provide information to the Cooperative and MSME Service Offices in Majalengka Regency regarding spatial information on MSME distribution locations that can assist in the management and supervision of business growth based on the location and type of MSME.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

In managing laboratory equipment at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungputri, they still use manual methods and the toolman or head of the workshop does not collect data continuously, causing data and goods in the field to be incompatible, then there is no inventory number that causes lost items cannot be identified, therefore needed an Information System Inventory of Welding Engineering Workshop. This system uses the System Development Life Cycle method with Object Oriented Design modeling, with an Information System Inventory Workshop Welding Techniques can make it easier to identify every item in the field, reduce errors in terms of storage of goods, search for data and can facilitate the search for goods, especially in the Engineering workshop Welding.

The progress of time continually accompanied by the development of technology. It leads to the competition among industries that require them to have superiority to attract more consumers. X Fashion is one of the fashion industries which sells various apparel products for people in the sale of large or small scale. The business processes of X Fashion is procuring products, managing inventory, sales, and managing finance. A lot of variations and number of products in the store are not in balance with a good management because all forms of recording are done manually. It causes potential error so that the information disseminated is inaccurate. Based on this consideration, a research is conducted as inventory and sales information system design on X Fashion clothing store to identify business process also to design an inventory and sales information system on X Fashion clothing store. The method used is Systems Development Life Cycle which consists of systematic steps for developing, designing, and maintaining the system to meet the needs of users, including supervision, recording, and reporting. Information system is designed to provide stock data, expense, and income reports automatically. Testing of the system includes system testing, function testing, learnability, logic testing, memorability, and measurement of satisfaction. Based on the test results, the information system was stated feasible and can be used to support business processes on X Fashion clothing store. Suggestions for further research on information system design are development of system design in order to be compatible on smartphone, also an addition of brief information on every control or using user guide in order to describe system function
