The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, transformational leadership style, and person-organizational fit on organizational commitment to Permanent Teachers of the Kebumen Vocational School SMK Ma'arif 9 Data collection through questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 32 permanent teachers of the foundation. This research uses descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination using the SPSS for windows program. The results of this study indicate that non-physical work environment variables have no significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style variables have a significant effect on organizational commitment, the person-organizational fit variable has a significant effect on organizational commitment, and jointly non-physical work environment, style transformational leadership, and person-organizational fit has a significant effect on organizational commitment to Permanent Teachers of Kebumen SMK Ma'arif 9 Foundation.

This study aims to identify and explain the Influence Influence Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan.This research was conducted at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan in the academic year 2014, with a population of 255 employees and a sample totaling 72 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, and questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha test, and validity tested questionnaire with product moment correlation test. In this study, whole grains valid questionnaires. After the data were analyzed with SPSS 16, the obtained path analysis Y = 0.354 +0.600 x_1 x_2 +0.125. to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the coefficient of determination with simultaneous use 87.5% with significant results using the F test. These results indicate that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment The Job Satisfaction of employees simultaneously at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan of 87.5%. Effect of Transformational Leadership Style partially on employee job satisfaction was 12.5% significantly by using T test. Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment partially on employee job satisfaction significantly by 36.0% by using the test T. Thus the hypothesis of this study is accepted that there Pengeruh between Transformational Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment Against Employee Satisfaction At PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Branch Belawan. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Non-Physical Work Environment,                     Job Satisfaction.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of motivation, transformational leadership, and physical work environment on the morale of employees of Bappeda Litbang Bali Province. This research was conducted at Bappeda Litbang Bali Province. The number of samples taken was 83 employees, with a saturated sample method. Data collection is obtained from the results of questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on morale. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees of the Bappeda Litbang Bali Province. The results in this study certainly can make a guideline for the leadership of Bali Provincial R & D Bappeda and can provide a more specific increase in morale. Motivate employees to improve performance, listen to complaints from employees must be more routine and improve the comfort of the work environment so that employees are comfortable while working to achieve the goals of the organization. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and employee motivation toward organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Ganesha Emas Dwipa Denpasar Branch. The number of target population of this study as much as 33 respondents Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study uses instrument test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and employee motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style partially positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, while employee motivation partially have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Commitment can be achieved if individuals in the organization are aware of their rights and obligations in the organization regardless of position and position of each individual, because the achievement of organizational goals is the result of the work of all members of the organization that are collective.

Business competition in the field of tourism accommodation causes corporate leaders and employees, especially lodging places, are required to always act professionally. The purpose of this study are (1) to determine the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline, (2) to know the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment partially have a significant effect on employee work discipline , (3) to find out the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment dominantly have a significant influence on employee work discipline. This research was conducted in Alam Kulkul Boutique Resort Kuta-Bali which is engaged in tourism accommodation using census method (total sampling) in determining a sample of 65 respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis prove that leadership, work relationships and physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership, work relations and physical work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The importance of work morale can be seen as a fundamental part of management activities so that something can be directed towards directing the potential and human power by generating, animating, fostering high levels of desire and togetherness in carrying out individual and organizational tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Leadership Style on work morale of Savings and Loan Unit at the Koperasi Srinadi Klungkung. multiple linear regression analysis was used with 35 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Work morale  is strongly influenced by the Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Leadership Style.   The purpose of this study was to study comparative financial research, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment to morale. This research was conducted at KSP. Tat Twam Asi Denpasar, the number of samples taken was 30 employees, with the method of saturated samples / census. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. At the initial observation found in KSP. Tat Twam Asi Denpasar has a problem related to the employee morale. This can be seen from the high employee absentee level. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially positive commitment to employee morale. This shows that the higher compensation and organizational commitment, the higher employee morale will be. KSP. Tat Twam, the approved company considers the average value indicators that are approved by the average value variable. The purpose of this study is to see compensation compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment to employee morale. The research was conducted at PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta. The number of samples taken was 70 employees, with the saturation / census sample method. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Initial observations found that PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta had problems related to employee morale. This condition can be seen from the high level of employee absenteeism. Based on the analysis, it is known that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee morale. This shows that the higher the compensation and organizational commitment, the higher the employee morale. In an effort to increase the morale of employees of PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta, the company must pay attention to indicators whose average value is below the average value.

Leadership style is characteristic or behavior type described by a leader from leading his downline to achive some purpose and also factor that hardly separated from a leader. With the support of conducive work environment will create optimum working performance. This reaserch aims to analyze and describe the influence of leadership style and work enviroment partially toward working performance of production sector employee in PT. Essentra Indonesia, Sidoarjo and also analyze and describe the influence of leadership style and work enviroment simultaneously toward working performance of production sector employee in PT Essentra Indonesia, Sidoarjo. From 105 sample of production section employee the results shows that there was a significant influence partially and simultaneously between variables of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style, and physical work environment toward variables of working performance with the score of Adj. R square at 0,695 or gave influence toward variable of working performance at 69,5% where the rest of its 30,5% influenced by another variables that didn’t included in this reaserch.

This study aims to determine how the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on job performance at PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak. Population in this research is employees at PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak Service Department as many as 120 employees and sampling research as many as 51 respondents or 43% of the population. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The questionnaires used for transformational leadership style variables are Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), for organizational commitment variables using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), and job performance variables using job performance questionnaires. The analytical technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the simultant transformational leadership style and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the job performance and partially, both the transformational leadership style and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the job performance of PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak.

Human Resources plays an important role in the development of an institution or organization in the future. Organizational commitment associated with the desire to give all of his employees, a form of devotion, and feel themselves part of an organization that is indicated by the desire to work as well as possible and have a high loyalty help achieve organizational goals. If the employee already has a commitment to the institution then these employees will continue to fight for the institution's goals. One form that can be carried out by the institution or organization in helping achieve their organizational commitment through their training, intrinsic compensation, as well as non-physical work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training, compensation intrinsic and non-physical work environment on the organizational commitment to employees LPMP North Sumatra Province. This research was a quantitative and descriptive nature of this research was the explanation (explanatory research). The population in this study were 121 employees and a sample of this research was all the population will be observed (census study). Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed first that the partial training posed positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; second that partial compensation intrinsically gave positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; third that the partial work environment non-physical influence positively and significantly related to organizational commitment; and fourth that simultaneously training, compensation intrinsic and non-physical work environment provided positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees LPMP North Sumatra Province.
