Astra Autopart, Tbk. companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling technique in this study using a purposive sampling. With the technique of purposive  sampling, all the members of the research samples by criteria. Samples that meet the criteria are used research data. Then followed the classic assumption test and test hypotheses by linear regression. The results of this study demonstrate the regression results in regression equation that Y = 2605,424 + 1561,550 X1 + 2,338 X2 + 38,994X3. T test results showed that the leverage anda GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is positive and significant effect on stock prices, while inflation is not positive and significant effect on stock prices. F test results showed that jointly leverage variables, inflation and GDP variables affecting the stock price significantly. The purpose of this study is to determine the movement of stock prices, namely fundamental analysis where profitability ratios are often used in fundamental analysis, namely NPM, ROA and ROE This research was conducted on companies incorporated in the 2014-2018 LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is 68 companies. Samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples obtained was 26 companies and the number of observations over 5 years was 130 observations. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this analysis show that NPM and ROA have no effect on stock prices so that they are unable to increase share prices in companies incorporated in the LQ45 index, while ROE affects stock prices so the higher the ROE level the higher the stock prices at companies incorporated in the LQ45 index. Keywords: NPM; ROA; ROE; Stock Price.

The share price is the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company issuing the shares, which change or fluctuation is largely determined by the forces of supply and demand occurred in the stock exchange (secondary market). The influence of these factors on stock prices is tested with regression analysis. Study sample is 40 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange are selected by purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the partial net profit margin of only variable that significantly influence the stock price, while the variable current ratio, leverage ratio, total assets turnover and earnings per shareno significant effect on stock prices. While simultaneously variable Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)significantly influence the stock price. These results indicate that investors in making investment decisions take into consideration the level of stock prices, returns that would be obtained and also consider the ability of illiquid instruments (funds from third parties, received a loan of more than three months, and core capital) against liabilities (current debt ) company. This study aims to analyze the source of a company's profitability by choosing two main factors namely, Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) as the strength and resilience of companies engaged in food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses time series data from 2015 to 2018. The dependent variable is the stock price. Meanwhile the independent variables are Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS). The determination of the sample uses positive sampling, the sampling technique uses two special criteria from researchers. The first criterion, only food and beverage companies that publish financial statements in full during the period 2015 to 2018, and the second criterion, food and beverage companies that have financial statement data in accordance with the studied variables, namely Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS). Samples that meet the criteria are 11 registered food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2018. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The findings show that Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant impact on stock prices, while Earning per Share (EPS) has an impact negative and significant to stock prices. This finding confirms that strength the profitability of a company through Return on Equity (ROE) affects the stock prices of food and beverage companies in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important to maintain the company's profitability through Return on Equity (ROE) from the investor's perspective, not from the company's view. Meanwhile, interesting findings from a company's profitability through Earning per Share (EPS) do not affect the stock prices of food and beverage companies in Indonesia. Because earnings per share or earning per share (EPS) is obtained from the perspective of the company's financial statements where there are differences in the size and size of the company's expenses other than earning per share (EPS) can turn out to be high if the number of shares outstanding is reduced. Keywords: Profitability, Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS), Stock Prices, Indonesia stock exchange (IDX)

This study aims to test the relationship between dividend policy decisions on the share price Volatility of Modaraba Companies quoted in the Pakistan stock exchange. The data for empirical analysis was collected from the Pakistan stock exchange, Recorder archive, and Ksestocks.com. By using the sampling technique, a sample of 19 Modaraba Companies was taken from 2010 to 2018. The empirical analysis was conducted using multiple regression techniques by employing a fixed effect model on panel data. This study also incorporated four control variables (size, growth, operating earning & level of debt) in empirical analysis to avoid multicollinearity problems between dividend policy measures and spurious regression. The results of the study validate the theory of relevance of dividend policy decisions on share price Volatility. Dividend policy has a negative and significant bearing on Stock price volatility. Higher leverage (debt level) leads to higher instability in stock prices. Firm earning volatility is positively associated with share price volatility. Firm size and firm's growth in terms of assets also has a negative but insignificant impact on share price Volatility
