Abstract: Relevance. Local vibration is a significant factor in the production environment of metallurgical production, which affects health and efficiency. The aim of the study is to identify the exposure, gender and age features of the formation of general somatic morbidity associated with the impact of local vibration in the production of titanium alloys. Scope and methods. The prevalence of general somatic pathology was compared in 2596 workers who have contact with local vibration, with varying degrees of harmfulness of working conditions, and non-exposed persons according to the results of periodic medical examination using the methodology of occupational risk analysis of the Research Institute of Occupational Medicine. academician N. F. Izmerov. Results. At comparison of prevalence of a somatic pathology at workers in contact to local vibration to not exhibited persons according to medical inspection, and at different degree of harm of working conditions, are revealed the raised risks of formation of diseases nervous, kostno-muscular, endocrine systems, respiratory organs, digestion, an ear, a skin, an arterial hypertensia, the mental frustration, the raised weight of a body, gynecologic diseases with a tendency of growth of the majority of them at the big levels of vibration, more often at small, less often - average degree of communication with working conditions. The frequency of pathology in exposed workers was higher in all age groups. Average degree of communication with working conditions of a gynecologic pathology at the age of 18-25 years was marked. At men frequency of a pathology of respiratory organs, digestion is revealed authentically big, than at women; an ear; skin at the big relative risks 1,2-1,3, of the raised arterial pressure and hyperglycemia. Conclusion. A higher frequency of visceral pathology of a number of body systems under the influence of local vibration of high levels may justify the need to develop differentiated preventive programs to minimize its negative impact, taking into account the identified features in sex and age groups.

A survey of 110 adolescents aged 10–14 years, including 67 representatives of indigenous people, was conducted; the results of the medical and social survey and the parameters of the psychological and physical components of health were studied. The obtained data indicate the presence of age and gender features of mental health of the younger generation of indigenous peoples, including the formation of social and psychophysiological functioning, under conditions of deprivation against the background of influence of intense age-related psychosomatic adjustment of the body and active socialization of the personality of adolescents.

The article presents the results of the study of the content of the image of the mother, the gender and age features of reflection, described the "socially oriented" and "family-oriented" model of representation of the image of the mother in the Russian mentality. The book will be useful to researchers and practitioners interested in the problems of family psychology, motherhood and childhood, teachers, graduate students, students of psychological and pedagogical specialties.

The article describes the gender and age features of the response to affective visual stimuli (a total of 101 photos) associated with corruption. All photos, images are thematically related to such semantic categories as the form of bribe, the process of bribe transfer, the punishment for bribe, social corruption situations occurred in state bodies, internal affairs bodies, the court, educational and medical organizations. Three key parameters of the picture evaluation process are: valence, arousal, and dominance, - similar to the constructive content of parameters of the international database of affective images (International Affective Picture System – IAPS). The sample of 103 participants was stratified by gender and age. As a result of processing the research data, specific features of emotional response in the parameters of valence, arousal, and dominance for representatives of different genders and ages were defined. The large levels of valence, arousal strength, and dominance in men are distinguished from general trends. Although men evaluate corruption situations more favorably, they also perceive them as situations that can be controlled, potentially benefiting from them. In terms of arousal, both men and women show similar trends in a young and mature age. In an old age, men increase their activation of corruption-related situations, while women no longer show interest in them. In terms of valence and arousal, middle-aged men and women are similar in their emotional assessments of situations involving corruption.

Aim. The research addresses gender-age features of cardiac electrophysiological changes in patients with arterial hypertension based on a standard electrocardiogram, high-frequency electrocardiogram and cardiointervalography data. Materials and methods. 171 patients with arterial hypertension (97 men and 74 women) aged between 30 -73 years were included. Standard 12- lead electrocardiogram, high-frequency electrocardiogram with the analysis of late potentials of atria (LPA) and ventricles (LPV), and cardiointervalography with an estimation of heart rate variability were performed in all patients. Results. It is stated, that in patients with arterial hypertension, processes of cardiac electrophysiological changes are gender-and-age dependent. In our study women showed a longer QT interval as compared to men, but QT interval prolongation did not depend on the stage of the disease. No essential sexual distinctions were found in QT interval dispersion. LPA were registered more often in male patients, while there was no significant difference in LPV registration. It is worth noting that discussed changes are observed in patients with arterial hypertension, while no significant difference was found in patients without cardiac pathology. Therefore, men show a higher sympathetic activity influencing heart rate in comparison with women. Increased QT interval duration and dispersion was found in older patients with arterial hypertension, while no distinctions in LPA and LPV registration were observed.
