The Educational Assessment Center is a Government Agency under the Ministry of Education and Culture's Research and Development Agency. To carry out office activities, it is necessary to be supported by the availability of supplies to support these activities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management of state owned goods. Where the data processing is still done manually, that is, the demand for goods is done by filling out the paper form, so that the process of processing requires more time. Based on these problems an information system is needed. This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

The need for fast and accurate data processing is needed by every government agency. The Education Office is an administrative administrator in the field of education that requires a fast system for processing data. The attendance system at the Tangerang Regency education office is already using a fingerprint. However, there are still many obstacles that arise due to lack of tools, and damage to the tool so that it often uses manual attendance. The research method used is the method of data collection, and the analytical method used is a form of Unified Modeling Language. The results and objectives of this study are the creation of a system that can facilitate employee and attendance managers to be more effective and efficient.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

The Church

Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

Proses pengolahan data penduduk serta pembuatan surat yang berjalan saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala yang terindentifikasi yakni kesulitan dalam mencari data karna masih tersimpan pada buku kependudukan penduduk dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mengajukan surat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu merancang serta membangun suatu Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Penduduk secara online. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah sistem dapat memudahkan proses pelayanan antar penduduk dan pengurus dalam pendataan penduduk serta permohonan dan pembuatan surat. Dalam membangun suatu sistem menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC dengan model Waterfall, untuk pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) serta perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini memakai bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) serta XAMPP sebagai koneksi kedalam database yaitu MySQL. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jika penggunaan sistem informasi pelayanan penduduk secara online dapat membantu mempermudah pendataan penduduk dalam pengolahan data penduduk dan dalam pembuatan surat serta mengesahkan surat. The process of processing population data and making letters that are currently running, there are several identified obstacles, namely the difficulty in finding data because it is still stored in the population population book and requires a long time to submit a letter. The research objective is to design and build an online Citizen Service Information System. The benefit obtained from this research is that the system can facilitate the process of service between residents and administrators in population data collection and application and writing of letters. In building a system using the SDLC system development method with the Waterfall model, for system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the software used in building this system using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and XAMPP as a connection to the database, namely MySQL. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and literature methods. The results of this study indicate that the use of an online population service information system can help facilitate population data collection in population data processing and in making letters and validating letters.

The article considers the task of modeling advanced information systems. The work is based on research on the development of a methodological apparatus for substantiating requirements for military-grade information systems. Currently the requirements for advanced information systems are formed in a natural language, the expressive properties of which are not enough for a concise and unambiguous description of them. The developed methodological approach is based on the construction of a complex of models of system with the integrated use of methodologies of functional and object-oriented modeling of the information system and related management processes, as well as the developed notation of user interface modeling. The use of a unified modeling language provides unambiguous interpretation of models by all participants in the process of developing an information system – from the customer to the developer.

Perkembangan dunia teknologi berjalan sangat cepat. Selaras dengan hal itu, kebutuhan manusia hususnya dibidang bisnis juga semakin berkembang. salah satunya adalah R.M. Lesehan Berkah Ilaahi. Rumah makan ini merupakan rumah makan yang memiliki banyak pelanggan. Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah pelanggan, maka [penumpukan antrian banyak terjadi. Di samping itu rumah makan ini memiliki potensi untuk dapat terus mengembangkan bisnisnya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu memfasilitasi proses pemesanan melalui online serta mampu membantu pemilik bisnis dalam melakukan promosi dan penawaran, terlebih kepada pelanggan yang daya belinya tinggi. Jurnal ini memaparkan proses pembangunan sistem pemesanan berbasis web dengan menekankan pada tahap analisa, desain, dan implementasi. Analisis kondisi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, studi literatur sistem lama, wawancara dan kuesioner pelanggan. Hasil analisa akan digambarkan menggunakan notasi UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk selanjutnya diimplementasikan dalam sebuah aplikasi e-CRM menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta basis data PostgreSQL. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Object oriented dengan memanfaatkan Yii Framework yang merupakan framework PHP berbasis Model View Controller (MVC). Selain itu digunakan pula bootstrap framework dari sisi desain aplikasi untuk memberikan fleksibilitas aplikasi ketika diakses dengan device yang resolusinya lebih kecil seperti telephon genggam. Due to the complex timing sequence of NAND flash, a unified design process is urgently required to guarantee the reliability of storage system of nano-satellite. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a widely used high level modeling language for object-oriented design. This paper adopts the UML as the design and modelling tool in the low level storage system design to elaborate the UML application in each phase of design in detail. The result shows taking UML as the modelling tool results in a clear and unambiguity design, which promotes the reliability and quality of software. At last, the feasibility of object-oriented implementation in C is presented.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. Kemudian membuat desain antarmuka untuk proses implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Dengan pembuatan sistem informasi inventaris,
