One of the most problematic areas is the formation of responsible consumption, or smart consumption. Responsible consumption is ranked 12 on the list of 17 Global Sustainable Development Goals identified by the United Nations. Responsible consumption forms social consciousness regarding the consumption of environmentally friendly washing products, which is the basis for assessing the ecological brand of an enterprise on the Ukrainian market. The analysis of the current state of the market for environmentally friendly detergents in Ukraine is carried out. The main characteristics of the assessment of quality, safety, environmental assessment, the formation of the competitiveness of detergents in business processes have been determined. In the course of the research, general scientific and special research methods were used. The stages of modeling the process of stimulating environmentally friendly production at the public level have been determined, which, in contrast to the existing ones, provides for the use of financial and economic incentives. These stages include planning the development and introduction into production of new synthetic detergents. And also the development of an ecological strategy for the manufacture of environmentally friendly Synthetic Detergents of the enterprise, which includes marketing research, determination of consumer benefits, positioning of the enterprise brand in the Ukrainian market, justification of expanding the range of Synthetic Detergents, planning the promotion of Synthetic Detergents. To implement them, a SWOT analysis method is proposed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company «DE LA MARK» LLC. Thanks to this method, it is possible to qualitatively control monitoring of the needs and likings of consumers. In comparison with similar known methods, the proposed approaches make it possible to modify the production and management of a given enterprise.

For the past few decades, because of the environmental hazards, green purchase has been subject to wide ranges of studies. Subsequently, understanding the intellectual structure of the green purchase behaviour is increasingly becoming important. As we progress towards globalisation, environmental issue in the form of climate change such as increasing temperature, increasing sea level and decreasing land ice sheets continues to create apprehensions among the global communities. One of the primary reasons contributing to such situation is the purchase of high carbon products and services by the consumers. However, in recent years, global consumers have been placing greater focus on the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which are associated with responsible consumption and production as well as climate action. As such, producers and suppliers are motivated to accentuate on the production of goods and services that are environmentally friendly to cater to the increasing green purchase behaviour. Green purchase behaviour refers to the acquisition of products and services that are environmentally friendly, causing minimal damage to the ecosystem (Ritter et al., 2015). Keywords: Green Purchase Behaviour, Green Marketing, Green Products and Services, Students

In Chile and Ecuador, multiple hazards and dynamic processes in vulnerability pose a high risk. Spatial planning and emergency management can contribute to disaster risk management but they follow different goals. However, global goals, such as from UN-ISDR (United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Risk Reduction) and UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) can potentially support cities and regions in defining concerted action. This paper aims at measuring the performance of Chile and Ecuador in regard to the aforementioned policy goals. Although both countries show considerable progresses in the implementation of the UN strategies, it is doubtful that the existing global monitoring approach is appropriately designed for measuring the real situation on the ground. Our paper is based on a desktop research combined with stakeholder workshops and expert interviews. Overall, both countries made considerable progress in regard to disaster preparedness and monitoring. However, multi-risks are rarely considered and there is still increasing vulnerability due to the expansion of informal settlements. The risk management is characterized by an imbalanced distribution of financial resources and institutional capacities between the metropolitan regions and smaller municipalities, and by low public participation and hardly community-based approaches. The paper underlines the importance for more qualitative, in-depth studies on the root causes of disaster risk which could complement the global monitoring which is very much focused on quantitative data and shows inconsistency between input and output indicators.

Wood-based pellets are produced in the southeastern United States (SE US) and shipped to Europe for the generation of heat and power. Effects of pellet production on selected Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) are evaluated using industry information, available energy consumption data, and published research findings. Challenges associated with identifying relevant SDG goals and targets for this particular bioenergy supply chain and potential deleterious impacts are also discussed. We find that production of woody pellets in the SE US and shipments to displace coal for energy in Europe generate positive effects on affordable and clean energy (SDG 7), decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), industry innovation and infrastructure (SDG 9), responsible consumption and production (SDG 12), and life on land (SDG 15). Primary strengths of the pellet supply chain in the SE US are the provisioning of employment in depressed rural areas and the displacement of fossil fuels. Weaknesses are associated with potential impacts on air, water, and biodiversity that arise if the resource base and harvest activities are improperly managed. The SE US pellet supply chain provides an opportunity for transition to low-carbon industries and innovations while incentivizing better resource management.

The main focus when improving business processes is on the analysis of material flow. Thorough analysis of the information flow and associated information systems is still undervalued. Working with inaccurate and/or obsolete data leads to incorrect outputs that negatively affect the entire control process. Analysis of the state of material has to go hand in hand with the information analysis. A mini audit of the information flow and information system can be carried out, which follows the classic principles of VSM (Value stream mapping), in order to make an initial analysis of the information flow and information system. Information about the current state of the process together with a measure how well it is represented by the model in the information system can be obtained thanks to this mini-audit. This article focuses on this mini-audit and briefly describes the auditing process. The details of how to create VSM maps is discussed with the main focus on an information flow where the key elements are the inputs and the outputs of the job orders for planning and production management. Attention is also focused on the form of delays in discrete-event recording in the production process which appear in the information system.

Every year, the vast majority of countries switch to an online environment. This is especially true for online stores. The subject of this study is the system of consumer protection upon buying goods in online stores and its effectiveness. The purpose is to analyse the state of development of e-commerce in Ukraine and the system of consumer protection upon purchasing goods in online stores. The following general scientific methods were used: classification and theoretical generalisation – to study the theoretical foundations of e-commerce; statistical analysis – to analyse the current state of e-commerce in Ukraine and the consumer protection system. The following results were obtained: based on the analysis of the provisions of current legislation and the experience of foreign countries describing the development of the e-commerce market in Ukraine and the world, the main trends that have developed have been identified, the positive and negative aspects of e-commerce have been identified, as well as the effectiveness of the consumer protection system upon purchasing goods in online stores. It was concluded that the “e-commerce” industry is developing very dynamically. Consumer protection upon purchasing goods through online stores is carried out as with a regular purchase and sale, but it has a number of specific features. To attract potential customers and build their trust, online stores try to post as much information about their products and services as possible on their official websites, including customer reviews. This indicates that the sellers themselves are interested in resolving disputes as soon as possible and preserving their reputation. Taking this into account, it is the improvement of the consumer literacy of citizens, the ability to fully exercise their rights, and to protect their interests in case of certain contradictions that is one of the ways to solve the existing problems
