The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of economic growth on the level of development inequality between provinces in Indonesia. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis with OLS (ordinary least squares). The results of the analysis show that the inequality of economic development between provinces in Indonesia in 2005-2019 is relatively high because every year there is a significant increase, this fact is in line with the Neoclassical theory. Economic growth, poverty rate and population have a positive effect on inequality in economic development. The policy implication is that the provincial government in Indonesia should pay attention to sectors that absorb labor as a contribution to the level of economic growth and empower small communities.

Poverty is a serious and very important problem in every country, including Indonesia. Thus poverty alleviation is a policy that must always be implemented by implementing concrete steps in its implementation. Writing this study aims to determine the effect of ZIS, economic growth, unemployment and inflation on the poverty rate in Indonesia for the period 2010-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing. In the results of this study, the T test shows that the ZIS does not have a partial effect on the poverty level but has a negative direction, while economic growth and inflation do not have a significant effect on the poverty level. And unemployment has a significant positive effect on the poverty rate. The F test shows that the independent variables, namely ZIS, economic growth, unemployment and inflation simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely the level of poverty in Indonesia.

The condition of labor absorption shows that the higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty, crime, and socio-economic phenomena in society. Absorption of labor is one of the supporters of economic development carried out by developing countries and has the aim, among others, to create equitable economic development. This study aims: 1) To determine the effect of economic growth, the number of the workforce, and the wage level simultaneously on the absorption of district/city workers in the Province of Bali; 2) To determine the effect of economic growth, the number of labor force, and the partial wage level on the absorption of labor in districts/cities in Bali Province. The data used is secondary data from 2010 – 2019 with quantitative and qualitative data types, then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Economic growth, the number of labor force, and the level of wages simultaneously affect the absorption of labor; 2) Partially, economic growth has no effect on employment. The number of labor force and the wage level partially have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption.

Poverty in a country must be dealt with in order for the country to develop better. One of the indicator to say a country is well-developed is when the poverty level in that country is low. So a solution is needed to overcome the poverty. One of the objective of this research is to find out the influence of the distribution of Zakah, Infaq, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) of the National Amil Zakat Council, Inflation and Economic Growth on Poverty Rate in Indonesia for the period 2006-2018. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. Endogenous variables are poverty levels, while exogenous variables are the distribution of ZIS funds, inflation, and economic growth. The data used are secondary data from BAZNAS and BPS. ZIS partially has a significant influence on poverty levels based on the T-Test. The F-test shows that all variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the poverty in Indonesia in the period of 2006-2018.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of human capital on economic growth in Bandung Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data from BPS for the period 2010-2019. Human capital is represented by education by measuring the average length of schooling and health by measuring life expectancy, while economic growth uses per capita GRDP. The results of the analysis with a significance level of 5% indicate that education and health have a positive and significant influence on economic growth in Bandung Regency. It shows the valuable role of human capital as one of the central sources to encourage regional economic development. Economic growth, that main focus is on human development, is following Islamic economic growth principles. So that economic development must be oriented to improving human dignity as a whole.
