In Ukraine, taking into account the constant changes in the economy and policy, the enterprises need to improve management decision-making systems for efficient and well-established production process. Thus it is especially important for the state economy to establish a system of management of the machine-building industry in the field of agricultural production as they: provide the main share of revenues to GDP in Ukraine; are the main source for ensuring the food and agricultural products development. The objective of the paper is to investigate more thoroughly the theoretical foundations of the management decision-making system formation, to develop the direction for optimization under the conditions of uncertainty and risk on the example of agricultural machinery industry enterprise. The theoretical foundations of management decisions at the enterprise as a process for developing and selecting the most effective solution to achieve the best results in the enterprise are outlined in this paper. The factors influencing management decisions such as: degree of risk; information; time; personal qualities of the leader are considered. Methods for application contributing to the most optimal decisions such as: traditional, systematic, economic-analytical, systemic and targeted are identified. Analysis of the current state of agricultural machinery industry development in Ukraine, which shows the dynamics in the direction of deteriorating their condition is carried out. Therefore, there is the need to make management decisions concerning the establishment of their system in management. For example, the agricultural machinery company JSC «Elvorti» is considered. The problem of effective management which requires optimization of directions in the process of making managerial decisions in order to improve its activities is determined. The following factors of the influence on crisis phenomena in the given industry: external factors (political, economic) and internal factors (lack of working capital) significantly affecting the activities results are considered. On the basis of JSC «Elvorti» activity analysis, it is proved that it is necessary to take optimization measures and certain directions in the management decision-making process in order to ensure effective operation. The directions for control, simplification of decision-making process due to automation of document circulation on the basis of 1C, motivation of the personnel which will be able to improve organizational structure of the enterprise and production process are proposed.

The author's classification of management decision-making methods, including twenty-five classes of methods, is presented for the first time. As part of the general classification of management decision-making methods, the role and place of a group of methods for making managerial decisions based on the optimization of performance indicators was demonstrated. In the group of methods for making managerial decisions based on the optimization of performance indicators, a subgroup of programming methods (linear, nonlinear and dynamic) is considered in detail. The features of use and application are shown when making managerial decisions of a subgroup of programming methods.

On the basis of analysis of existing approaches to the process of decision making, in this article the procedure of taking optimal operational decisions is proposed, which describes in detail all of its aspects and features related to the specifics of the operational activities of transport enterprises. In this procedure the basic steps are those directly related to the modeling: formulation of the problem (formalization of the original problem), construction of the model, its solution, credibility and adequacy check, restoration (or adjustment) of the model. The object of the research is decision-making process in the operational management of transport enterprises. The purpose of the research is to develop a procedure for the process of making optimal operational decisions based on existing approaches to the decision-making process, using modeling as a scientific tool to substantiate them. The research method is methods of system analysis and modeling. It has been discovered that the need to reduce the subjectivity of the process of making important decisions in the operational activities of transport enterprises and increase its scientific validity is especially relevant today, in the face of threats and uncertainty about the external environment of the organization. All methods of rational decision-making are based on models, which, in turn, are scientific tools. Modeling creates a serious informational and methodological basis for structural analysis of decisions needed to improve the management process for operational managers and hence - to increase the level of management in general, because it makes them more systematic, and the tools used during this help them be more rational. The results of the article can be implemented during making complex and important management decisions in the operational activities of both transport enterprises and other business entities of various activities, regardless of the organizational and legal form and ownership. KEY WORDS: MODELING METHOD, MODELING, MODEL, TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE, OPERATIONAL ACTIVITY, OPERATIONS MANAGER, MANAGEMENT DECISION.

In software development projects, managers still have to face a variety of organisational and technical limitations despite the development of technology and approaches to improve the project management process. Projects, Human Resources and Costs are planned for a specific period of time. However, in the progression of project execution, there is a need to make various decisions and to dynamically adjust the work plan during the project in order to conform to its evolution. Thus, there is a need for a method that employs the latest technology to support the project management decision-making process. The aim and the expected result of the article are to identify and collect available information in the scientific literature to answer the following questions: (1) Which challenges of project management have been addressed using genetic algorithms? (2) What are the opportunities and limitations of genetic algorithms in the project management decision-making process? (3) What are the potential solutions to the identified genetic algorithm problems?

Objective - The registration and disclosure of the company's accounting information, attributed to the accounting professional, is of utmost importance for the decision making process for the company-manager. This theoretical essay presents and discusses the main contributions of the theory on management decision making between the company and the accounting process.Methodology - In methodological terms, this study is defined as a theoretical essay, in the sense that it seeks, through the existing literature, an understanding of the issue of Corporate Governance in Non-Governmental Organizations. This study can be classified as a theoretical-conceptual bibliographic research. The study will search the existing literature of the theme, with the purpose of elaborating a theoretical reference on Agency Theory, Accounting and Corporate Governance. Results - As a contribution to the discussion, this work was developed from extensive bibliographic research in Brazilian and international journals and events, contemplating foundations related to the reality of Accounting and organizations. Although few researches address the association of these theories with accounting practice, especially regarding the production of accounting information for external users, the research findings expose the close relationship between the two fields of knowledge. Contributions - Among the main contributions of decision theories to accounting science, knowledge about human behavior that can be used in behavioral accounting, the need for subsidies for accountants to make more rational decisions and, especially, the possibility of improving accounting systems, aiming at better treatment of information for the decision-making process, stand out.

The aim of the paper is to introduce method which allows to calculate the estimation of the total consumer spending for 2019 in different regions of the Czech Republic. Presented method is based on combination of publicly available consumer spending data sets and geomarketing information. It can be applied to estimate consumer spending in total or for example only in one specific consumption expenditure group. Thus obtained findings, that can be visualized on a map with the use of GIS software, can be considered as a basis for more effective SMEs‘ marketing and management decision-making process concerning Czech Republic local consumer goods markets‘ size and characteristics as well as for forecasting future growth rate.
