The author's classification of management decision-making methods, including twenty-five classes of methods, is presented for the first time. As part of the general classification of management decision-making methods, the role and place of a group of methods for making managerial decisions based on the optimization of performance indicators was demonstrated. In the group of methods for making managerial decisions based on the optimization of performance indicators, a subgroup of programming methods (linear, nonlinear and dynamic) is considered in detail. The features of use and application are shown when making managerial decisions of a subgroup of programming methods.

Educational activity of students as a key element of the educational process in a higher educational institution

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the organization of educational activity in a higher educational institution. It is prepared on the basis of monitoring results of students of higher educational institutions in Penza. More than 410 students from 6 regional universities took part in the monitoring. Elements of educational activity of students, such as participation in the educational process, building relationships in the university, independent work of students are considered. The main problems of students in the organization of the educational process, the features of the activity of students in training classes, during the passing of tests and examinations are revealed. The psychological atmosphere in higher education institutions in which students are trained, the level of building relationships in the student environment is analyzed. The answers to many questions on the educational activities of students are answered. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed to improve the effectiveness of student learning activities.

Administration of foreign trade advantages and restrictions as the basis of the strategy of the new EU member States

This article analyzes the current aspects of the management of regional economic integration processes in the context of the entry of new member States into the largest integration grouping in the modern world economy – the European Union (EU). Some components of these processes are considered on the example of a number of European countries that joined the bloc at the stage of 2004-2013. The significant trends in the foreign trade policy of the European Union are identified.

Creating a working project of a web-application for training in programming at the initial stage of professional training

The article gives the analysis of the main provisions of the training manual "Software for computer networking and web-servers" of the authors G.A. Lisiev, P.Yu. Romanov, Yu.I.
