The purpose of this study is to analyze stock investment decisions in investors in Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The Analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using primary data. It involved 95 respondents who invested in stocks for more than a year as research objects. The results of the analysis show investors with a good understanding of financial literacy will make the right investment decisions and investors with a high level of financial literacy will be better aware and able to minimize the risks that will be faced but when investors want a high rate of return then investors can tolerate risk in order to get a profit in the future. The absence of a direct relationship between overconfidence to investment decisions can be incarnate in the world of stocks, the most respondents are respondents whose investment experience is 1 year to 3 years, it can be said as a beginner player in stock investing. beginners players are not reliable in making decisions. The most respondents were respondents aged 30-39 years. This age includes a mature age. Respondents with a mature age will be more careful, they do not make an unsecured excess confidence as a reference in acting in investment activities, although an attitude of excessive confidence can help respondents to be able to tolerate risks arising from activities.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect perceptions about financial literacy factors against the investment decisions on life insurance in Palembang. The population in this study is the owner of life insurance in Palembang, the sampling in this study is using the Purposive Sampling method with 50 respondents as samples. The type of research used is quantitative research with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this research are descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with smartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 software. The results showed that the perception of age and gender has no significant effect against the investment decisions on life insurance in Palembang, meanwhile the perception of education level and income have a significant effect against the investment decisions on life insurance in Palembang. This study aims to prove the effect of salience and disposition on investors' investment decisions in Surabaya. In addition, this study also seeks to see the effect of salience and disposition effect on investment decisions with the type of investor as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods and primary data sources. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then processed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that the salience and disposition effect had a significant influence on investment decisions. In addition, the types of investors weaken the relationship between the salience and disposition effect on investment decisions.

This study aims to prove that conflict of interest and rent seeking have a positive effect on indications of fraud based on the auditor’s perception. Indications of fraud in this study using the theory of fraud pentagon which consists of pressure, rationalization, opportunity, capability, and arrogance. Furthermore, conflicts of interest are seen from personal, relational, cultural, and structural indicators. While the indicators of rent seeking are seen from working capital, debt, corporate immunity, creative accounting, and corporate governance. This research is quantitative research using primary data. The population in this study are auditors who work in public accounting firms. The research sample consisted of 100 samples and was obtained using non-probability sampling and incidental sampling methods. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square method which consisted of descriptive and verification analysis. The results of the study show that conflicts of interest and rent seeking have a positive and significant effect on indications of fraud. The results of this study support the fraud pentagon theory that conflict-of-interest activities and rent seeking have an influence on indications of fraud.How to Cite: Silooy, N. P., & Novita. This study aims to test The Influence of Leadership and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Variable Intervening is carried out at the Dtw Tanah Lot Tabanan Office. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population of this study were employees at the DTW Tanah Lot Tabanan management office Based on the data obtained at the Tanah Lot DTW management office in Tabanan Regency the number of employees is 40 people which is less than 100, then taken entirely, so the research is population research. (Sample saturated). Data analysis techniques used in this study are Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The effect of mediation on job satisfaction variables on the indirect influence of leadership on employee performance is partial (partial mediation), meaning thatvariable job satisfaction is not a key determinant of the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tabanan Tourist Destination (DTW) office.   Influence of mediation on job satisfaction variables on indirect effects Organizational commitment to employee performance is partial (partial mediation), meaning that variable job satisfaction is not a key determinant of the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Tanah Lot Tabanan Tourist Destination (DTW) office.

This study aims to analyze Theory of Planned Behavior influencing students' intention to be accountants, where subjective norms, attitudes, and behavioral perceptions can be useful for understanding various behaviors that can influence their decisions. Besides, a state defense behavior also supports the behavior of accountants. This type of research is quantitative research with an approach from Theory of Planned Behavior that is related to the intention of students to become accountants. The type of data used is primary data, which collected by distributing questionnaires to the Postgraduate students of UPN "Veteran" East Java. The analysis technique used in this study is to use the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach. The results showed that the Theory of Planned Behavior proved to influence the intention of students to become accountants, thus it can be said that the UPN "Veteran" East Java graduate students have high confidence in being accountants and tend to have high intentions to become accountants.

This study aims to examine the effect of Empathetic Leadership on Job Performance with Job Innovation as an Intervening variable. This research is a type of quantitative research, data is collected using primary data and questionnaires to obtain information from respondents, namely middle managers who work in manufacturing companies in the provinces of DKI Jakarta, Banten and Answerarat. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modeling with the SmartPLS 2.0 analysis tool. The result of this research is that Empathetic leadership has an effect on Job Innovation and Job Performance. Empathetic leadership affects Job Performance through Job Innovation.

Financial literacy is financial knowledge and capability that affects efforts to improve financial well-being. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that financial literacy, financial planning, and income have an effect on financial well-being. The data used in the research is primary data which was collected by conducting a survey in the form of distributing questionnaires and interviews with female teachers in Denpasar City. The sample is determined by the nonprobability sampling technique, quota sampling type. This study uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This study shows that financial literacy, financial planning, and income have a positive and significant effect on the financial welfare of female teachers in Denpasar City. The implications of the theoretical research results add to the reference to empirical research on the concept of financial literacy and welfare theory. This shows that financial literacy which includes the knowledge, skills, and beliefs of individuals in managing their finances will influence financial decisions that will be made to achieve the expected financial well-being. The low level of financial literacy amongst Indonesian people may concern to face ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). This study will analyze the sosio-economic factor(working period and income level), demographic factor (sex and marital status), and GPA factor of student of Master Management Program of Udayana University. The primary data is obtained using questionnaires, filled directly by the students concerned either directly or online. Analytical technique used in this study is partial least square analysis. The results shows that socioeconomic variable and GPA variable, are positively and significantly influence the financial literacy, measured by financial attitude, financial behavior and financial knowledge indicator. This findins are expected to contribute in the form of empirical and development of Financial Management Science refrence on socioeconomic, demographic and GPA influence the financial literacy, as well as to facilitate financial institutions when offering their products and services to Master of Management students at Unud.

This study aims to determine the influence of demographic characteristics and financial literacy on behavioral biases and investment decisions of stock investors, as well as to determine the influence of behavioral biases on investment decisions and the role of behavioral biases in mediating demographic characteristics and financial literacy on investment decisions of stock investors. The research design used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study uses a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire and obtained a sample of 103 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is Partial Least Square, using SmartPLS software. The results showed that demographic characteristics, financial literacy and behavioral biases can influence investment decisions in stock investors. Behavioral biases cannot be influenced by demographic characteristics, whereas financial literacy can influence behavioral biases in investors. Besides, behavioral biases cannot mediate the influence of demographic characteristics on investment decisions indirectly, but behavioral biases can partially mediate the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik demografis dan literasi keuangan terhadap behavioral biases dan keputusan investasi pada investor saham, serta mengetahui pengaruh behavioral biases terhadap keputusan investasi dan peran behavioral biases dalam memediasi karakteristik demografis dan literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi investor saham. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diperoleh sampel berjumlah 103 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square, dengan sotfware SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik demografis, literasi keuangan dan behavioral biases dapat mempengaruhi keputusan investasi pada investor saham. Behavioral biases tidak dapat dipengaruhi oleh karakterstik demografis, sedangkan literasi keuangan dapat mempengaruhi behavioral biases pada investor. Selain itu, behavioral biases tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh karakteristik demografis terhadap keputusan investasi secara tidak langsung, sedangkan behavioral biases dapat memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi secara sebagian (partial mediation).
