The sample is determined by the nonprobability sampling technique, quota sampling type. This study uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This study shows that financial literacy, financial planning, and income have a positive and significant effect on the financial welfare of female teachers in Denpasar City. The implications of the theoretical research results add to the reference to empirical research on the concept of financial literacy and welfare theory. This shows that financial literacy which includes the knowledge, skills, and beliefs of individuals in managing their finances will influence financial decisions that will be made to achieve the expected financial well-being.
The purpose of the study was to test empirically the direct and indirect influence of university social responsibility, university image and hight education performance. Data used primary data, using questionnaire instrument with total respondents 138 people consisting of leaders of private universities (11 universities and 48 faculties), sample determination used purposive sampling technique, after validity and reliability test, the number of statements processed as many as 38 items. Furthermore, data processing was using Structural Equation Model with partial least square approach (PLS). The findings result showed that university social responsibility had positive and significant impact to the image of university, while university social responsibility influenced positively and insignificant to the height education performance, university image also had a positive and significant impact on the hight education performance. The limitations of this study did not consider the variable number of students, the total assets owned by the university and the ownership status of the university. The research results had implications in the preparation of university work program and budgeting process, as well as the university promotion tool.

The exposure to a plethora of choices and relatively complex financial products has intensified the need for financial knowledge adequacy in order to acquire the skills needed to make sound financial decisions. The studyaimed to examine the effects of financial literacy and financial behaviour on respondents’ financial well-being and to assess the role of financial stress in mediating these relationships. Using a web-based online survey approach, a total of 213 employees in the government and private sectors in the Federal Territory of Labuan responded to the self-administered questionnaire via convenience sampling technique. All data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. This study found significant relationships between financial literacy, financial stress, and financial well-being. However, there was no significant correlation between financial behaviour and financial wellbeing. Subsequently, financial stress proved to have no mediating effecton predicting employee’s financial well-being in FT Labuan.

Impulse buying has several factors that effect, among others, store image and hedonic motives. This research aims to determine the effect of store image on impulse buying fruit consumers and know the effect of hedonic motives on impulse buying fruit consumers. Location determination using purposive sampling method. The type and source of data used are primary data. Data collection methods in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 65 respondents. Variable measurement using a likert scale. Data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS), using SmartPLS software. The results showed that there was a significant effect of store image on impulse buying fruit products. Consumer interest in a good store image makes consumers feel happy shopping and makes consumers have a good impression on a store, thus making consumers make impulse buying. showed that there was a significant influence of hedonic motives on impulse buying fruit products. The existence of internal factors that exist in consumers, especially the nature of hedonic motives can shape the perception of consumers doing impulse buying. The recommendation of this research is to develop the influence of impulse buying consumers from other factors.

This research intends to analyze the effect of migratory culture toward entrepreneurship through information acquisition. The research population are migrant Madurese entrepreneurs in East Java, Indonesia, with a sampling technique using a proportional random sampling. To accomplish the purpose, the primary data using online survey was collected from a sample of 170 migrant Madura entrepreneurs. Further, the primary data was analyzed by structural equation model with the Partial Least Square data processing program. The research finding demonstrates that migratory culture significantly effect entrepreneurship and information acquisition mediates the effect of migratory culture toward entrepreneurship. It means, both migratory culture and information acquisition support entrepreneurship of migrants Madurese

The massive transformation of consumer behaviour on the online transportation network platform in Indonesia has still not yet answered comprehensively. We have identified and evaluated several latent constructs based on prior research review. Hence, we investigate the effect of electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty of online transportation costumer. We applied a causality approach method to measure the primary data, and then we selected respondents with purposive sampling technique which have met the predetermined criterion. In total, there was 142 customer have participated in this online survey. To examine the primary data, we used the variance-based analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) analytical instruments. The results have a significant managerial and theoretical contribution to the stakeholder to make a customer keep loyal in ever-changing e-commerce business in Indonesia.
