Job satisfaction is an important area to determine the view of the library professionals towards their job in the library. The study has been under taken to measure the level of job satisfaction of female health library professionals in Dhaka city and how do the job facets (MSQ, 1967) affect on job satisfaction of female health library professionals. There is a cross sectional observational study to see the level of job satisfaction among health library professionals. A standard questionnaire (MSQ, 1967) is used to measure the level of job satisfaction of the sample. The result shows that out of twenty job facets eleven facets are highly significant for the job satisfaction and nine facets quite insignificant for job satisfaction. The study shows independence, variety of work, social status of the job, supervision-human relation supervision-technical, moral values, authority, ability utilization, library policies and practices, scope of advancement, relation with co-workers, recognition of job done and achievement has significant effect on job satisfaction. Further more it noticed females are less satisfied at their job. Finally, the significant recommendations have been put forth to improve the level of job satisfaction of female health library professionals in Bangladesh. This paper examined job satisfaction levels among library professionals in Chhattisgarh region based on different affecting factors. This survey study is made up of 69 library Professionals in different 7 districts. The majority of the respondents are female library professionals (53.62%) while the rest are male professionals (46.38%). Among the sample of library professionals, 81.16 % are married and 18.84% are unmarried. A questionnaire was distributed by hand and through the mail for data collection and analyzed using excel. Job satisfaction is a very essential aspect that is often evaluated by organizations. The way of measurement is the use of an evaluation scale where librarians report their opinion to their jobs. Questions are connected with Nature of work Professional status, social status, motivation, Management support, and professional development. As a result of a study by calculation of mean; most of the library professionals are dissatisfied with their nature of work but moderately satisfy with Professional status, motivation and human resources. High social status affects their satisfaction level.

Malaria is one of the health problems in Indonesia, especially West Sumatra. Determination of the description of Malaria disease in an area is needed to determine the spread and severity of the disease. This study aims to determine the frequency distribution according to age, sex and place of residence, description of the types of Plasmodium causes of Malaria and hematological features in Malaria patients at Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018. This type of research is a descriptive observational study with an approach or design cross section (cross sectional). The frequency distribution of Malaria sufferers in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 according to the highest age was in the age group 21-30 years as many as 28 cases (36.8%), the highest sex among men was 46 (60.5%) and the highest number of residences was found in Koto Tangah sub-district there were 31 cases (40.8%). The type of Plasmodium found in Malaria cases in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 was P. vivax (73 cases (96.05%)) and P. falciparum (3 cases (3.95%)). The results of laboratory tests on Hb, hematocrit, platelet and leukocyte levels in Malaria positive patients in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 were in the normal range.
