The aim of this research is to describe and examine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. While examining the influence of indirect leadership style, organizational commitment, organization culture on employee performance through job satisfaction in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer. The population used is the entire marketing employees as much as 136 people, total sampling or the census technique conducted. The questionnaire with five dimensions likert scale data, with SPSS assistance and Structural Equation Modeling AMOS analyzing method. The validity and reliability of the data tested by covergent validity and construct reliability next to the Goodness of Fit evaluation criteria. The results of the data analysis concluded that leadership style, organizational commitment, organizational culture do have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, while job satisfaction do have positive and significant impact on the employees performance. Job satisfaction does not mediating between leadership styles, organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance in PT Suzuki, Madiun and Ngawi branches motor dealer.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of transformational leadership style and corporate culture on job satisfaction as a variable intervening to enhance employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using questionnaires. The study was conducted at PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya the sample size is about 139 employees, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: transformasional leadership style, organization culture, job satisfaction, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya, dan responden yang digunakan sebanyak 139 karyawan, menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation are useful in contributing to improving Employee Performance. This study aims to determine the Influence of Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at  Marta Teknik Tunggal Cop. This research was conducted in October 2017 until February 2018 with the number of respondents 125 people. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher uses quantitative  method with collecting data from library and field research, through observation, interview and questionnaire, while SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis method using PLS software version 2.0 (Patrial Least Square). Result obtained (1) There is Influence of Transactional Leadership to Work Motivation (2) There is Influence of Organization Culture to Work Motivation (3) There is no influence of Transactional Leadership Style to Employee Performance (4) There is Influence of Transactional Leadership Style to Employee Performance (5) There is Influence Transactional Leadership Style on Employee Performance.

Employee contributions will be important if done with effective actions and behave correctly. Not only the amount of effort but also the direction of the business. The nature, effort or willingness to work as well as the various things that constitute organizational support is very important for the success of employee performance. In this study analyze the problems faced by employees of Matahari Department Store Duta Plaza, some of them feel there is dissatisfaction in work so that this affects the poor performance. Empirical test conducted on 120 employees to obtain data about leadership style and organizational culture that had been considered has not been able to provide hope for employees. Analyzer used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of SEM analysis has fulfilled the criteria of the model of Goodness of Fit Index Criteria: chi square = 294,276, probability = 0,000, RMSEA = 0.116, GFI = 0.776, AGFI = 0.697, CFI = 0.829. All meet the criteria, except RMSEA and AGFI are marginal. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture is not significant influence on job satisfaction is not significant to performance, organizational culture is not significant effect on performance, leadership style is not significant effect on performance either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. On the basis of these results, the managerial implications that can be suggested are the improvement of job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by creating and maintaining a culture of involvement in corporate culture, applying participative leadership style in line with providing satisfactory salary levels for employees.

Leadership is a process of influencing, directing or giving an example of employees in order to achieve the objectives of the organization and is a key element in the effectiveness of the organization. In addition to the style of leadership, the success of an organization or company in achieving its objectives can also be influenced by the commitment of the organization. Where organizational commitment is a commitment created by each individual for the betterment of the organization. The purpose of this research is to obtain a model of leadership style and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, and determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance using SEM with Bayesian approach. This research was conducted at Statistics FNI employees in Malang, with 15 people. The result of this study showed that the measurement model, all significant indicators measure each latent variable. Meanwhile in the structural model, it was concluded there are a significant difference between the variables of Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment toward Job Satisfaction directly as well as a significant difference between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. As for the influence of Leadership Style and variable Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance directly declared insignificant.

This research is aimed to examine the influence of Leadership styles and Organizational culture to Job  Satisfaction. It is also to study the effect of Job Satisfaction to Organizational Commitment and to test the Cultural Organization, Leadership Styles, and Job Satisfaction toward Employee's Performance using Organizational Commitment as intervening variable. The use of these variables are based on the previous research by Koesmono (2005), Kirk L. Rogga (2001), Yuwalliatin (2006), Masrukhin & Waridin (2006), Morrison (1997), Samad (2005), Shea, M. (1999) dan Lok, Peter (2004) which found the direct effect and indirect effect of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style toward Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction toward Organizational Commitment, and Organization Culture, Leadership Style and job satisfaction toward Employee's performance using Organizational Commitment to be variabel interverning. Theses variables enable us to solve problems in PT. Garda Jakarta. The sample of this research was 100 employees of PT. Garda Jakarta. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was run by AMOS software to analyze data. The result showedthat Leadership Styles and Cultural Organization gives positive significant influence to JobSatisfaction, Job Satisfaction gives significant influence to Organizational Commitment, Organization Culture gives significant influence to Employee's performance, leadership style gives influence to Employee's Performance, Organization Culture, Leadership Style, and Job Satisfaction contributes an significant influence to Employee's Performance using Organizational Commitment to be variabel interverning. This empirical result indicates that Leadership Styles and Organizational Commitment become one of many causes that trigger low Employee's Performance Job Satisfaction, and Cultural Organization. The company needs to consider Leadership Styles, Organizational Commitment in order to increase Employee's Performance because those factors proved depend on them. Theoritical implications and suggestions for future research have been elaborated at the end of this study.

The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance by mediating organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Philanthropic Organizations in Malang Raya. This research is a quantitative study with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The population in this study is 154 employees from 10 philanthropic organizations in Malang Raya. The sample was selected This study uses probability sampling with a saturated sampling type. From 115 returned questionnaires. the collected data was then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS. The results showed that the organization culture variables had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Besides, the results of this study also show that two mediating variables have different effects. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment does not affect employee performance. Based on the results of mediation testing, it shows that OCB provides a partial mediation on the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. This study also shows that organizational commitment can not mediate organizational culture on employee performance. The implications of the research findings are expected to be fed into the Malang Raya Philanthropic Organization to maximize potential.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

Objective: This study aims to analyze how the effect of leadership variables on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening in the provincial government of Gorontalo-Indonesia. Methods: The approach used is explanatory research, pattern of research that seeks to explain the relationship of variables referred so that the relationship of these variables can be tested with a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing used is the method of Structural Equation Modeling, with analytical tools of Loading Factor and Critical Ratio which is preceded by a validity test and reliability test.  The sample was drawn randomly according to representative samples at the level of the position group as many as 5% employee population of the Provincial it. Results ;The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and leadership style has an effect on employees' performance, but job satisfaction has negative and non-significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion; Expected that this research could also be developed in other fields or a wider scope and not only because each region has different characteristics. So it is recommended that policy makers as bureaucratic managers to pay more attention to job satisfaction factors in order to further improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of team work, leadership style and organizational culture on nurse performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research unit is nurses at Type B hospitals in Jakarta. The population is 1362 nurses. Methods of collecting data using surveys. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 523 respondents. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that teamwork has a positive effect on nurse performance. Teamwork does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style does not affect nurse performance. Leadership style does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of teamwork on nurse performance. Organizational commitment can play a role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of leadership style on nurse performance.
