This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of capital structure, working capital turnover, and firm size on firm value. This research is focused on the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The population in this study were all property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 54 companies. The number of observations in this study was as many as 130 company annual reports with 26 research samples obtained by non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is panel data which is a combination of time series and cross-section data. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that partially the three independent variables, namely capital structure, working capital turnover, and company size have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover, and Company Size have a significant effect on Firm Value. The adjusted R square value is 32.15% of the Firm Value in the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be explained by the Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover, and Company Size, while the remaining 67.85% is influenced by other variables. which were not examined in this study

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value and whether company size can moderate the influence of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine the implications of the variable capital structure, managerial ownership, and dividend policy on firm value in the property and real estate sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2019 period. The sample in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2019 period with a total of 6 companies obtained using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which is supported by classical assumption tests such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, capital structure, managerial ownership, and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of financial ratios on firm value carriedout in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2017. The samplingin this study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria, this study uses multiplelinear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis were obtained by the regression equation Y = α +β1x1 + β2x2 + β3x3 + ε. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the variables of profitabilityand capital structure had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while the variablegrowth of the company was not significant towards firm value.

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing how the influence of times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability both simultaneously and partially in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research approach, the type of research is associative or relationship and the nature of research is a causal relationship. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Withdrawal of the study sample using purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample obtained as many as 90 observation observations. Data analysis method used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability. Partially, times interest earned ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect on profitability while time working capital turnover has no effect on profitability. The test results of the coefficient of determination obtained by the value of R Square of 0.502, which means that the influence of times interest erned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 is 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence value company (PBV) which includes dividend policy (DPR), company size (SIZE), capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and profitability (ROA). The population in this study  is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling, so we obtained a sample of 18 companies. Type quantitative research. Data sources in the form of secondary data. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially dividend policy (DPR), capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) affect on value company (PBV). While the size of the company (SIZE) and liquidity (CR) has no affect on value company (PBV).

Banks are also industrial institutions whose activities always rely on trust, so they must always maintain the bank's health performance system. Bank health maintenance by maintaining capital adequacy, asset quality, management, achieving sufficient profit and liquidity. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of the capital structure, profitability, liquidity and market value of corporate value with dividends as a moderating variable.The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling technique, which was based on certain criteria so the sample size of 5 samples of each banking industry company - helped distribute dividends during the period 2006 - 2014. The data used were secondary data obtained from the Stock Annual Report Effect. Research hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Residual MRA. The results showed that: 1). Capital structure has no significant effect on the value of the Company, 2). Profitability has a significant effect on Company Value, 3). Liquidity does not have a significant effect on firm value, 4). Market value has no significant effect on the value of the Company, 4). A pharmaceutical company is a healthcare company that focuses on researching, developing, and distributing drugs and/or medical devices. Firm value is the stock market value that reflects the wealth of the owner of a company. The purpose of this research is to examine whether capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on company value in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The research population used is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period, totaling 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies based on the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS application system. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, sales growth, and dividend policy have an influence on firm value. Partially the capital structure has a significant negative effect on company value. Sales growth partially has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. This study was to examine the influence of variable capital structure, liquidity, company growth and profitability on firm value.The population in this study were all coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, totaling 23 companies. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, so that the samples obtained in the study are 21 companies that are members of the coal sub-sector in 2015-2019. The data analysis technique is using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16 for Windows application. The results of this study indicate that: Capital Structure, Liquidity, and company growth have a positive and not significant effect on firm value, while Profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value in the mining sub-sector. coal listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019.
