The process of selecting the best swimming athletes is carried out in several test stages, the first is the ability in the four basic swimming styles which often contested in international competitions and the second test is the basic physical abilities possessed by a number of swimming athletes. The tests related to the swimming style consist of breaststroke swimming, butterfly swimming, backstroke swimming and crawlstroke swimming, while the plyometrics test consists of banded knee jump, squat jump, jump to side, and dept jump, Due to the large number of selections, a test is required for every athlete. The purpose of this selection is to find the best swimming athletes who will be competed in the international swimming class event. The nine athletes of millenium aquatic swimming club that were selected previously, they are the forerunners of the selected swimming athletes and will be evaluated on a representative basis, which is the best among the nine athletes. The method used in the evaluation and selection process uses two continuous methods, namely the AHP and VIKOR methods. From the results selection assessment, it was found that the best three of the nine nominations selected, the first position selected was AT2 with an index 0.00, the second position was AT8 with an index 0.25 and the third position was AT7 with an index 0.61. Thus it can be concluded that the AHP and VIKOR methods can be used as decision support to determine optimally in the optimal selection process for swimming athletes.

Abstrak: Banyaknya pilihan rumah seringkali membuat calon pembeli merasa ragu atau kesulitan saat harus menentukan langsung rumah yang mana yang akan dibeli, karena pada pemilihan perumahan yang akan dibeli belum ada sistem yang akan membantu dalam memilih perumahan yang dibeli, sehingga pada proses pemilihan masih menggunakan pikiran saja dan belum ada perhitungan pada saat pemilihan perumahan yang akan di beli. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perumahan. Kriteria yang diajukan dalam proses pemilihan perumahan yaitu: Harga perumahan, Jarak dari pusat kota, Jarak dengan pasar terdekat, [1], tipe perumahan, jarak dengan jalan umum, jarak dengan lahar. Dari hasil pemilihan perumahan menggunakan sistem yang telah dibuat. dengan 10 alternatif, dengan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria yang digunakan yaitu: harga = 5, tipe rumah = 5, jarak dengan pusat kota = 2, jarak dengan pasar terdekat = 2, jarak dengan jalan umum = 4, jarak perumahan dengan lahar = 5, telah diperoleh alternatif yang akan direkomendasikan yaitu perumahan safira residen 70 dengan dengan nilai tertinggi 0,65.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan, Perumahan, Multi Attribute Utility TheoryAbstract: A large number of choices of houses often makes prospective buyers feel doubtful or difficult when they have to determine directly which house to buy because, in the selection of housing to be purchased, no system will assist in choosing the housing to be purchased so that in the selection process, you still use your mind. There is no calculation at the time of the selection of housing to be purchased. The purpose of this research is to produce a housing selection decision support system. The criteria proposed in the housing selection process are housing prices, distance from the city, distance to the nearest market, [1], type of housing, distance to public roads, distance to lava. From the results of the election using the system that has been created. With ten alternatives, with their respective interests. We model a selection process arising in certain storage problems. A sequence (X1, · ··, Xn) of non-negative, independent and identically distributed random variables is given. F(x) denotes the common distribution of the Xi′s. With F(x) given we seek a decision rule for selecting a maximum number of the Xi′s subject to the following constraints: (1) the sum of the elements selected must not exceed a given constant c > 0, and (2) the Xi′s must be inspected in strict sequence with the decision to accept or reject an element being final at the time it is inspected.We prove first that there exists such a rule of threshold type, i.e. the ith element inspected is accepted if and only if it is no larger than a threshold which depends only on i and the sum of the elements already accepted. Next, we prove that if F(x) ~ Axα as x → 0 for some A, α> 0, then for fixed c the expected number, En(c), selected by an optimal threshold is characterized by Asymptotics as c → ∞and n → ∞with c/n held fixed are derived, and connections with several closely related, well-known problems are brought out and discussed.

Untuk  menentukan penyerang ideal dalam sepak bola agar sesuai karakter dan kriteria yang diharapkan,  diperlukan  pelatih  yang  mempunyai naluri  tajam  dan  juga  sistem  yang  bisa membantu pelatih dalam memberikan pilihan. Biasanya dalam proses penentuan pemain masih dilakukan  secara  manual dengan melihat dari karakter dan kriteria dari pemain tersebut. Tetapi terkadang hanya dengan melihat dari karakter dan kriteria dari pemain tersebut saja masih kurang cukup sehingga jauh dari apa yang diharapkan. Untuk  mempermudah dalam pemilihan penyerang ideal, maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu pelatih untuk  memilih penyerang yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tim yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik K-Means Clustering dalam metode data mining sebagai proses dalam menyeleksi pemain untuk bergabung  dalam  suatu  tim  dan  juga  didukung  dengan  metode  Sistem  Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support Systems) The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) sebagai proses dalam menentukan penyerang yang akan bermain sebagai pemain utama dalam tim yang menggunakan beberapa kriteria untuk  memilih pemain yang tepat. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pelatih dalam proses seleksi pemain dan dapat mengubah cara penilaian terhadap sifat subjektif agar lebih obyektif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kata Kunci :Data Mining, K-Means Clustering, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan To  determine  the  ideal  attacker  in football to match the expected character and criteria, a  coach who has a sharp instinct and a system that can assist the coach in providing choices. Usually  in  the  process  of  determining  the  player  is  still  done  manually  by  look ing  at  the characters  and  criteria  of  the  player.  But  sometimes just by look ing at the characters and criteria of the player is still not enough so far from what is expected. To facilitate the selection of ideal attackers, a system that can help the trainer to select the attacker needed according to the needs of the team is by using K-Means Clustering technique in the method of data mining as a process in selecting players to join a team and also supported by Decision Support Systems method The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is the process of determining which attack er will play as a major player in the team using multiple criteria to select the right player. With the results of this study, it is expected to assist trainers in the selection process of players and can change the way the assessment of the subjective nature to be more objective in decision making. The selection of athletes with the best conditions is very required to follow various sports agenda that will be followed, to do the selection can be used decision support system by applying fuzzy logic as a tool of decision maker by doing the selection of variables used. Expected results with the use of this fuzzy logic obtained optimal selection with sufficient variables complete and the best athlete is a recommendation given and not made the final decision.

In this paper, the problem of planning smooth trajectories of mechatronic objects on the basis of Bezier splines of the third order with a minimal curvature is solved. Using such trajectories provides the maximal speed of movement for mechatronic objects. The neuron net, which approximates the function of the optimal selection of spline parameters is proposed to solve this problem. The advantage of the proposed approach is its lack of computational complexity, which allows its use in most on-board computers in real time.

AbstractThe selection of elderly visa-kitas receiver to asses the cantidate who qualify at PT Mulia Prima Permai Jakarta is not an easy process. The difficulty of the procedure require in Embassy makes PT Mulia Prima Permai needs to choose the most effective way to do the selection of elderly visa applicants before sending it to the Embassy. One of the options is by using the decision making of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dictition Making (MADM) method. The Fuzzy Multi Attribute Diction Making Method is expected can help to solve the problem of elderly visa acceptance selection effectively. In this research, it is necessary to compile some criteria and alternatives. To support the selection process of acceptance for the elderly visa kitas a Decision Support System of selection was created by using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM) method. The Decision Support System is useful to process the required data (input) of elderly visa kitas application and outcome the request status output in the form that 100% match the results of the calculation with PT. Salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan masalah seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut adalah dengan pengambilan keputusan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan solusi pengambilan keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, perlu disusun beberapa kriteria dan alternatif. Untuk membantu proses seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, maka dibuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berguna untuk mengolah data-data syarat (input) permohonan visa kitas lansia dan mengahsilkan output status permohonan berupa kesamaan hasil 98% cocok terhadap hasil perhitungan PT. An objective process is needed in the selection of Bidikmisi Scholarship in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, so the selected recipients are not misdirected and meet the established criteria. At present, the process is still manual so it requires a long time and triggers some errors. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ongoing selection process. The method used is Profile Matching. The method matches the profile of the new registrant with the ideal profile of the scholarship recipient. The matching results will provide recommendations for applicants who are eligible to award Bidikmisi Scholarships. There are 4 aspects used for calculations:  parents, students, house and the interview. From these aspects, it will be divided into 28 criteria with a range of criteria according to the predetermined criteria. System testing is done by Alpha and Beta testing, the results show that the system can function properly as expected. The system provides results as recommendations for candidates through ranking from the final results of system calculations.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.
