Abstrak: Banyaknya pilihan rumah seringkali membuat calon pembeli merasa ragu atau kesulitan saat harus menentukan langsung rumah yang mana yang akan dibeli, karena pada pemilihan perumahan yang akan dibeli belum ada sistem yang akan membantu dalam memilih perumahan yang dibeli, sehingga pada proses pemilihan masih menggunakan pikiran saja dan belum ada perhitungan pada saat pemilihan perumahan yang akan di beli. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perumahan. Kriteria yang diajukan dalam proses pemilihan perumahan yaitu: Harga perumahan, Jarak dari pusat kota, Jarak dengan pasar terdekat, [1], tipe perumahan, jarak dengan jalan umum, jarak dengan lahar. Dari hasil pemilihan perumahan menggunakan sistem yang telah dibuat. dengan 10 alternatif, dengan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria yang digunakan yaitu: harga = 5, tipe rumah = 5, jarak dengan pusat kota = 2, jarak dengan pasar terdekat = 2, jarak dengan jalan umum = 4, jarak perumahan dengan lahar = 5, telah diperoleh alternatif yang akan direkomendasikan yaitu perumahan safira residen 70 dengan dengan nilai tertinggi 0,65.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan, Perumahan, Multi Attribute Utility TheoryAbstract: A large number of choices of houses often makes prospective buyers feel doubtful or difficult when they have to determine directly which house to buy because, in the selection of housing to be purchased, no system will assist in choosing the housing to be purchased so that in the selection process, you still use your mind. There is no calculation at the time of the selection of housing to be purchased. The purpose of this research is to produce a housing selection decision support system. The criteria proposed in the housing selection process are housing prices, distance from the city, distance to the nearest market, [1], type of housing, distance to public roads, distance to lava. From the results of the election using the system that has been created. With ten alternatives, with their respective interests. The development of information technology is currently developing rapidly. The use of information technology is very broad in various fields of life. The choice of boarding house is one of the things that is not easy to do. The problem often faced when choosing a boarding house is that boarders find it difficult to get information about boarding houses. Decision support system is a method that helps in making decisions on a particular problem, where no one can make a definite decision. Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) is a method of decision making. MAUT is a method where looking for weighted sums of the same values in each utility in each attribute. By applying the MAUT method in the selection of boarding houses, it can give good suggestions or recommendations on boarding houses.

Pesantren requires some new qualified students through selection process for deciding academic and behavioural fairness. In this context, it is reasonable to utilize an application of a Decision Support System (DSS) to accelerate the student admission mechanisms since the existing process is unable to serve as reliable and objective procedures. The aim of this study is to design a specific computerized application that can be used to capture data of some potential students and recording relevant data for pesantren. Using a structured approach for the system design method, selection-based value is analysed by a Multi Attribute Utility Theory. The study is resulting a capable DSS application to identify students who have proper criteria and build a measurable data documentation.

The rehabilitation program is one of the programs given to people who have homes that are not habitable. They are usually from poor families with low economic income. In this program, the family will receive funds to rehabilitate their home. However, as long as the program is running, various problems have been encountered, including those who received fund sometimes received back the fund for rehabilitation funds. This is of course not in accordance with regulations that only allow applicants to receive the fund once. Based on this problem, a decision support system was made to select potential recipients of rehabilitation funds for uninhabitable house. By using the SAW method which is based on the value of criteria and preference weights, an appropriate assessment and ranking can be obtained after going through the selection process of assessing the weight of each attribute. The support for the selection decision for receiving uninhabitable rehabilitation fund was generated in this study. Decision making to determine beneficiaries was facilitated by the existence of a decision support system that was submitted, so that the fund provided was targeted at those entitled to receive uninhabitable rehabilitation fund.

Technology development is very rapid, computers are utilized not only limited to data processing but also as solutions to problem solving in various fields of science, one of which is a decision support system. Decision support systems have added value in helping decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems. In this case the decision support system is used to determine business capital borrowing using the Multi Attibute Utility Theory method. From the research carried out, many people have proposed business capital loans so that the capital provider is difficult to determine the prospective acceptance of appropriate business capital. Multi Attribute Utility Theory is used to find weighted sums of performance ratings for each alternative based on the values of each criterion. Ranking is the result of calculations using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method.

AbstractThe selection of elderly visa-kitas receiver to asses the cantidate who qualify at PT Mulia Prima Permai Jakarta is not an easy process. The difficulty of the procedure require in Embassy makes PT Mulia Prima Permai needs to choose the most effective way to do the selection of elderly visa applicants before sending it to the Embassy. One of the options is by using the decision making of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dictition Making (MADM) method. The Fuzzy Multi Attribute Diction Making Method is expected can help to solve the problem of elderly visa acceptance selection effectively. In this research, it is necessary to compile some criteria and alternatives. To support the selection process of acceptance for the elderly visa kitas a Decision Support System of selection was created by using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM) method. The Decision Support System is useful to process the required data (input) of elderly visa kitas application and outcome the request status output in the form that 100% match the results of the calculation with PT. Salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan masalah seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut adalah dengan pengambilan keputusan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan solusi pengambilan keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, perlu disusun beberapa kriteria dan alternatif. Untuk membantu proses seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, maka dibuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berguna untuk mengolah data-data syarat (input) permohonan visa kitas lansia dan mengahsilkan output status permohonan berupa kesamaan hasil 98% cocok terhadap hasil perhitungan PT. This research was conducted aiming to design a New Student Selection Decision Support System. To help the selection process for new student admissions at the Indonesian Business Polytechnic, a decision support system (SPK) was designed to help the data processing of prospective new students who register using the Weighteded Product (WP) method. This Weighteded Product method is done by using multiplication to link the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must be raised first with the Weighted of the attribute in question. The criteria used in this Decision Support System consist of: capacity, achievement, academic tests, age, and passing scores. From the sample of data examined, the ranking results were found to be the best value of prospective students with a value of 0.0841 and 0.0791.

Decision Support System is a system was used to help getting making decisions on a problem, such as  selecting students in  the archery sports that will be face to a championship event such as SEA GAMES (South East Games). In Decision Support System there are many methods that can be used, one of them is Analitycal Hierarchy Process method. Analitycal Hierarchy Process method is one of the more efficient decision-making methods because the data is very detailed, all the criteria and alternatives will be compared one by one. The calculation used to solve a problem uses multiplication to relate the preference value, where the value for each criteria and alternative must be searched for eigen / priority vector first, after it is proved consistency using RI table (ratio index), if the result of verification is less than 10% (0.1) then it is consistent and the calculation can be continued, but if the verification result is more than 10% (0.1) then the calculation is considered inconsistent and needs to be repeated from the beginning. This support system uses a web base, where the data entered will be saved into the MySQL database. The test results of the Student Selection Selection Decision Support System Using Analitycal Hierarchy Process Method Based Web get results as expected on the Black Box. INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) is a national association organization in Indonesia engaged in the field of social humanity. In carrying out its duties PMI does not make a difference but rather prioritizes victims who most need immediate help for the safety of their souls. The Indonesian Red Cross Office (PMI) Medan provides a reward or award with the aim of improving the performance of the blood distribution process in charge, and to determine the priority of blood distribution, alternatives and criteria are needed to become a reference in the selection process. Decision Support System is one way that can be used in the priority process of blood distribution. In this study, the authors used the Extended Promethee II (Exprome II) method to find the weight value of the criteria, and to find the final value or to find the priority value of blood distribution.
