The amount of land for the current location of housing development has resulted in developers choosing the location of housing development regardless of the condition of the land, infrastructure, socio-economic. To overcome this problem a computer system is needed in the form of a GDSS that can assist in the selection of Housing Development Locations. This study aims to implement a GDSS with ANP and Borda methods to determine the selection of the right and fast housing development location. GDSS is needed because there are 3 Individual Decision Makers, DM-1  assessing based on Land Conditions, DM-2 assessing Infrastructure-based, DM-3 assess the Socio-Economic and Decision Maker based groups to make the final decision. The ANP method is used to weight the criteria from each alternative location, to the alternative ranking of housing construction locations for each individual Decision Maker. The Borda method is used to combine the results of ranking carried out by the Group Decision Maker so that it gets the final ranking as a determinant of the Location of Housing Development. The final result of this research is a decision support system that can help developers to get a priority recommendation according to the needs of the developer.

The article discusses methods of ships assessment when determining their suitability for search and rescue action (SAR) at sea. Selection of the most preferable ships is one of the action planning elements. Due to various construction and equipment the civilian ships can only perform rescue task to a certain degree. According to the Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), many parameters and data have to be compared in order to create a ranking of vessels ordered according to the coordinator’s preferences. When data are missing, incomplete or uncertain, a similar effect can be obtained using fuzzy logic. The author discussed the nature of the criteria, evaluation methods and presented a simulation of a ship study using fuzzy logic. The author developed fuzzy rules and presented the principle of operation of the controller. The article deals with the main principles of a decision support system (DSS) for the selection of ships in SAR operations.

ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented. Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

At this time there are so many Internet packages provided by companies in the telecommunications sector to help facilitate Android users in accessing the Internet. Android users using this Internet package are for the purposes of social media, chatting, browsing, streaming and downloading where Android users will feel incomplete if they do not use the Internet package because in terms of finance it is most cost effective compared to using regular pulses. The Internet is currently one of the main alternatives in meeting all needs, namely Information and Education needs that provide positive value for all people. The number of operators offering Internet packages will certainly make it difficult for consumers to make the right choice according to their wishes and criteria. To overcome these problems, a system is made that will make decision making easier for choosing an Internet service package, one of which is the decision support system to help the community choose the best Internet service package. The method used in this study is the ANP Method. With the ANP method, it is expected to help the community in determining which alternatives will be chosen as a final decision in the selection of Internet Packages as needed

Credit is increasingly growing and is increasingly needed by the wider community, people who do not have the capital to establish a business generally prefer to do credit or borrow money to trusted parties such as banks to support the business to be established. This is an advantage for the bank. Increasing credit activities in banks, it is necessary to assess credit as a material consideration for prospective customers before the bank gives a decision to accept or reject a prospective customer request. Therefore it is necessary to build a method that can help and facilitate the bank in giving decisions quickly and accurately. The basis for making decisions is based on the criteria to determine who is prioritized to receive a loan, to assist in determining in determining someone who is eligible to receive a loan, so a decision support system is needed is to use Fuzzy logic and apply the Tsukamoto method. Decision Support Credit Provisioning System is made for the purpose of assisting and facilitating the bank as the decision maker to provide alternatives in the event of a credit application being accepted or not. Keywords: Creditworthiness, Decision Support System, Fuzzy Tsukamoto

This paper describes about the design and development of UMN scholarship decision support system using Profile Matching method. At Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN), there are scholarships for students in order to ease the burden of education costs. There are achievement scholarships, scholarships for students whose parents died, and non-academic scholarships. Decision support systems play an important role in the termination of the final decision, and therefore this application is built by implementing the method of Profile Matching to aid in the selection of the scholarship decisions for students whose parent were died and non-academic scholarship. Profile Matching is a method that aims at taking decisions by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by the subjects studied, instead of the minimum rate that must be met or passed. From the results, it can be concluded that this method successfully implemented into applications that can help in decision making process. Result of user satisfaction level for this application is 72%, the result of manual calculation with the application calculation results is not much different so that this application can assist in supporting the UMN scholarship decision. Index Terms— decision support system, non-academic scholarship, Profile Matching, scholarships for student whose parents died, UMN
