Decision support System software is very useful in the assessment process of employee performance. This study implements a method known as method name 360 degrees. This method conducts feedback evaluation by combining various feedback obtained from coworkers, employees, subordinates, officers and company customers, results of the feedback assessment process will continue with the process  Assessment by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which results in the decision by comparing the priority criteria so that the weight value of each criterion has been obtained by the decision. Are sorted from the largest value to the smallest. The results of the study obtained the performance value of employees in the company derived from the assessments given to all employees involved in the assessment.

The implementation of online lectures using blended learning needs to be assessed to find out the performance activities of lecturers with students in using the learning activity management system (LAMS) feature and reward lecturers with the best performance. Based on the assessment system of the best lecturers previously have not used the right methods so that the resulting decision is still not right and not accurate. This research aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the assessment process of lecturers who are the best in using LAMS. The performance of the AHP method can determine the weight value of criteria consistently and can perform a role to produce solutions in decision making. The criteria indicators used to consist of Interactive Video Teaching Materials (C1), Audio Teaching Materials (C2), URLs (C3), Forum/FBL (C4), Slide Teaching Materials (C5), Assignments (C6), Quiz (C7), Attendance (C8), and Labels (C9). The results of this study showed that the performance of the Decision Support System (DSS) using the AHP method can determine a better weight value with a consistency level of 0.080049762 from 0.1. These results presented with AHP performance can provide weighting value on each criterion and continue the multiplication process with the best lecturer assessment data to get the results of the battle. Overall these results concluded that each criterion had a degree of consistent relationship in the best lecturer assessment on LAMS.

Because of that we as human beings who want to endeavor and strive.         Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed which can overcome problems in choosing the best partner. The method used in the Decision Support System (SPK) is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method because it is appropriate for the decision-making process and can determine the weight value of each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternatives.                 Islam provides solutions and signs in choosing a mate, one of which is endeavor. Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

This study is to determine whether the characteristics of coffee flavor can be implemented into a decision support system. In this study, the problem is the difficulty in finding coffee experts with adequate understanding and knowledge of coffee. The purpose is to implement Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the characteristics of coffee flavor and to transfer the knowledge about the taste of coffee to coffee lovers. The expected results are to assist in making a decision support system application in selecting the characteristics of coffee, so that it can provide the advice to the common consumers who want to enjoy and the knowledge about the coffee itself as well.

PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal is a company engaged in mining and focusing on coal minerals, which is supported by many employees who work professionally in their respective fields. In a company, an employee performance appraisal process is usually carried out to determine the best employees. In the current performance appraisal process, the company still uses a manual system, so it is still less effective and efficient in managing data. The problem faced is how to calculate the best employee performance appraisal, with a decision support system in calculating employee performance appraisal, one of which is by applying the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Porcess) method which is expected to produce the best employee rankings. The system that will be created will be web-based using MYSQL.

Abstract   In the Assessment of Best Employees, DTPeduli Bekasi still uses a system whose criteria are still not clear in its value weighting and are still based on estimates from the leadership of the company. Moreover, the best employee assessment can be used as a reference for giving rewards / bonuses to employees. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the process of selecting the best employees. This decision support system, can determine the calculated value of all criteria. This system uses the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where this method is a method that can solve the problem of decision making based on many criteria. The DTPeduli Bekasi study has 13 criteria, namely Loyalty, Ability to work, Responsibility, Obedience, Honesty, Cooperation, Work Initiative, Communication, Discipline and attendance, and Appearance can be collaborated using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process method so that the linkages between criteria make the process of appraising employees best becomes easy.   Keywords: AHP, Criteria, Weight Value and Best Employee Assessment   Abstrak   Dalam Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik DTPeduli Bekasi masih meggunakan sistem yang kriterianya masih belum jelas pembobotan nilainya dan masih berdasarkan perkiraan dari pimpinan perusahaan. Terlebih lagi penilaian karyawan terbaik bisa digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pemberian reward/bonus kepada karyawan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini, dapat menentukan nilai perhitung terhadap semua kriteria. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dimana metode ini merupakan metode yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan banyak kriteria. Pada studi DTPeduli Bekasi memiliki 13 kriteria yaitu Kesetiaan, Kemampuan akan pekerjaan, Tanggung jawab, Ketaatan, Kejujuran, Kerja sama, Inisiatif kerja, Komunikasi, Disiplin dan kehadiran, dan Penampilan dapat dikolaborasikan menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process sehingga keterkaitan antara kriteria menjadikan proses penilaian karyawan terbaik menjadi mudah.   Kata kunci: AHP, Kriteria, Nilai Bobot dan Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik

Abstrak: Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat siswa terhadap beberapa pelajaran seni yang ada di SD Al-Fath Cirendeu maka dibutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu memberikan solusi alternatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam SPK pemilihan program penjurusan seni di SD Al-Fath Cirendeu menggunakan Analityc Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pemilihan seni di SD Al-Fath Cirendeu menggunakan metode AHP disajikan dalam bentuk hasil angka perhitungan yang dapat dipertimbangkan lebih lanjut oleh pihak pengambil keputusan.
