PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal is a company engaged in mining and focusing on coal minerals, which is supported by many employees who work professionally in their respective fields. In a company, an employee performance appraisal process is usually carried out to determine the best employees. In the current performance appraisal process, the company still uses a manual system, so it is still less effective and efficient in managing data. The problem faced is how to calculate the best employee performance appraisal, with a decision support system in calculating employee performance appraisal, one of which is by applying the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Porcess) method which is expected to produce the best employee rankings. The system that will be created will be web-based using MYSQL.

The decision support system (DSS) for employee performance appraisal is a decision support system used in the employee performance appraisal process at PT. Surya Toto Tbk. Currently, the employee performance appraisal process is still done manually (paper based) so that the reports produced are not real time. From the existing problems, this research aims to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the aim of being able to be developed into a Web-based DSS. The method used begins with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, data collection process, analysis, design and finally making reports are carried out. The conclusion of this study provides a suggestion for the addition of subcriteria from the existing criteria. After calculating with AHP, the value that appears for the work outcome criteria (A) on the quantitative subcriteria A11 with a score of 0.123, qualitative A12 with a score of 0.033, delivery A13 with a score of 0.024 and Implementation of SOP A14 with a score of 0.018. The score is for a very good value (BS).

  PT AAA is a company engaged in the process of instrumentation and electrical design, procurement and construction of instruments. In an effort to improve employee performance PT AAA provide salary increase to employees who have good performance. In employee salary increases are sometimes not in accordance with the results of its performance. Employee salary increases are often hammered flat, or sometimes pay raise only by ingesting it, without the application of strong calculations. That is why there is an application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for a raise. One of the methods used is using Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is chosen because it is able to complete the assessment of employee performance based on predetermined criteria, which will be used as a reference in the raise of the salary itself. The results of the application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for salary increase not only determine who the employees are eligible to get a raise but also determine how much percentage of salary increase each employee.

The decision support system (DSS) for employee performance appraisal is a decision support system used in the employee performance appraisal process at PT. Surya Toto Tbk. From the existing problems, this research aimed to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to be able to develop into a Web-based DSS. The method used began with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, design, and finally making reports carried out. The conclusion of this study provided a suggestion to use the criteria that had given two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations carried out for three employees, the value obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.98) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.85) was employee A.

<p><em>Car is an important transportation to support many activities in our daily life. There have been many variations of car based on models, price, specifications and so on. This study aims to implement the web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to recommend a car based on some criteria. The decision is done based on the following criteria as price, brand, cylinder capacity, fuel consumption, and passenger capacity. We used the data of 254 model variants car from six famous brands (Toyota, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, Honda, Suzuki, and Nissan). The experiments have been to see the effectivity of the proposed method by giving different weight priority value . The results show that the method work well to give recommendation that suits consumers' desires.</em></p><p><em><strong>Keywords</strong></em><em>: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Car, Decision Support System,</em><em> MCDM.</em></p><p><em>Mobil merupakan alat transportasi yang penting saat ini guna menunjang aktivitas maupun untuk memenuhi gaya hidup seseorang. </em><em>Ada beragam jenis  mobil dengan </em><em>model</em><em>, merk</em><em> dan spesifikasi</em><em> tehnis lainnya. </em><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan metode AHP</em><em> berbasis web</em><em>  untuk membantu merekomendasikan mobil yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. </em><em>R</em><em>ekomendasi keputusan </em><em>berbasisi 6 (enam) </em><em>kriteria diantaranya harga, merk, kapasitas silinder, konsumsi BBM, dan kapasitas penumpang. </em><em>Eksperimen  dilakukan dengan menggunakan d</em><em>ata 254 varian model mobil dengan enam merk</em><em> terkenal </em><em> </em><em>Toyota, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, Honda, Suzuki, dan Nissan).</em><em> Hasil pengujian </em><em>sistem telah bekerja dengan sangat baik. Lecturer performance evaluation activities are a routine of a university in improving internal quality in a sustainable manner and improving accreditation status. University of Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang has not implemented the performance monitoring and evaluation of lecturers so far, resulting in impacts and obstacles for institutions in improving accreditation status and the difficulty for institutions in determining policies related to improving the quality of lecturers such as: further study, training and awards. In this study, a lecturer performance appraisal system will be developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a decision support model that will describe complex multi-factor problems or multi criteria into a hierarchy. Based on the lecturer performance appraisal system developed, it will be used to build a decision support system to get outstanding lecturers at Putra Indonesia University Yptk Padang by using the analytical hierarchy process method. The research was in the form of developing a decision support system with information on the results of lecturer performance evaluations in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. The final results of the study took the form of appropriate and accurate decision making and were more effective in evaluating the performance of outstanding lecturers.

In a company, the process of employees recruitment and performance appraisal are very crucial. The recruitment is the first process which selects the potential employees that would meet the company’s pre-defined criteria. Meanwhile, the performance appraisal is a way to evaluate employees’ performances whether or not the employees have achieved the company’s goals. In PT. XYZ, both employee recruitment and performance appraisal processes were manually conducted. This manual process were indeed proned to many mistakes and unfair decisions. For that reason, an information system is indispensable to support the aforementioned processes. In this study, we have developed a web-based application which can support the recruitment and performance appraisal process. UML diagram version 2.4 and Rapid Application Development (RAD) with prototyping method were employed to support the development of our application. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method were also embedded in our application to select and rank the applicants based on several criteria in a more objective manner. The result of this study is a fully functional web-based application which is able to support, automate, as well as accelerate the recruitment and performance appraisal process at PT. XYZ. PT. Surya Toto Indonesia is a large company in Banten Province. This company is located on Jl. MH. Thamrin km. 7, Tangerang Banten. Until now, the number of employees is around 1.200 employees. With a large number of employees, a proper performance appraisal decision support system is needed so that the work results of employees can be clearly and well defined. Until now, the process for performance appraisal is still using paper or also called manual which causes the process to take a bit longer and reports cannot be enjoyed in real time. From the existing problems, a web-based decision support system is needed which will be able to facilitate all parties related to the performance appraisal process. The method used begins with communication with the parties involved. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, planning, and finally reporting is carried out. The conclusion from this suggests that using the existing criteria provides two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations performed on three employees, the score obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.92) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.84) was employee A.

In everyday life, humans often encounter problems in decision making, where problems that arise can be large or small, which are very influential in the results of decisions. Now humans are developing systems that can help determine the best alternative in a problem, namely the decision support system (DSS) in the decision support system there are alternatives, criteria and weights used to determine the best solution. The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the performance productivity of an agency. So, from that competent human resources can support the level of performance, with performance appraisal, it will be known the achievements of each employee, this can be used by agencies as a consideration in determining the best employees. The purpose of this study is to create a good decision support system that can assist managers in evaluating the performance of an employee in an agency. Judging from the problem of the performance appraisal of an employee at PT. Cahaya iqra Mandiri is the object of research that produces the desired answer, the Admin section is a priority and can be implemented to determine neat administration and have important responsibilities in PT. cahaya iqra Mandiri.

OSIS plays an important role in supporting the implementation of activities at school, therefore the election of the student council president must really be based on careful calculations. The election of the head of the OSIS at SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri 1 is still carried out using a voting system or voting using paper media as ballots, so it requires a lot of paper and still found inaccurate value calculations due to human error. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that can assist in making decisions objectively based on predetermined criteria. The decision support method used to determine the student council president is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using six criteria, namely discipline, confidence, organizational experience, leadership, vision and mission, and achievement. This research resulted in a decision support system for the election of the student council chairman with the web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process method, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as a database. The results of the calculation of the decision support system show that of the six alternatives chosen, alternative 02 (A02) aka Ahmad is ranked first with a value of 0.361. Keywords: Decision Support System, OSIS, AHP Method   Abstrak OSIS memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan di sekolah, maka dari itu pemilihan ketua OSIS harus benar-benar didasarkan oleh perhitungan yang matang. Pemilihan ketua OSIS di SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri 1 masih dilakukan dengan sistem pemungutan suara atau voting dengan media kertas sebagai surat suara, sehingga membutuhan banyak kertas dan masih ditemukan penghitungan nilai yang tidak akurat akibat human error. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan ketua OSIS adalah metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan enam kriteria, yaitu disiplin, percaya diri, pengalaman organisasi, kepemimpinan, visi misi, dan prestasi.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan ketua OSIS dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web, mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari perhitungan sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari enam alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 02 (A02) alias Ahmad memperoleh ranking pertama dengan nilai 0,361.
