The implementation of online lectures using blended learning needs to be assessed to find out the performance activities of lecturers with students in using the learning activity management system (LAMS) feature and reward lecturers with the best performance. Based on the assessment system of the best lecturers previously have not used the right methods so that the resulting decision is still not right and not accurate. This research aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the assessment process of lecturers who are the best in using LAMS. The performance of the AHP method can determine the weight value of criteria consistently and can perform a role to produce solutions in decision making. The criteria indicators used to consist of Interactive Video Teaching Materials (C1), Audio Teaching Materials (C2), URLs (C3), Forum/FBL (C4), Slide Teaching Materials (C5), Assignments (C6), Quiz (C7), Attendance (C8), and Labels (C9). The results of this study showed that the performance of the Decision Support System (DSS) using the AHP method can determine a better weight value with a consistency level of 0.080049762 from 0.1. These results presented with AHP performance can provide weighting value on each criterion and continue the multiplication process with the best lecturer assessment data to get the results of the battle. Overall these results concluded that each criterion had a degree of consistent relationship in the best lecturer assessment on LAMS.

Decision support System software is very useful in the assessment process of employee performance. This study implements a method known as method name 360 degrees. This method conducts feedback evaluation by combining various feedback obtained from coworkers, employees, subordinates, officers and company customers, results of the feedback assessment process will continue with the process  Assessment by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which results in the decision by comparing the priority criteria so that the weight value of each criterion has been obtained by the decision. Are sorted from the largest value to the smallest. The results of the study obtained the performance value of employees in the company derived from the assessments given to all employees involved in the assessment.

The security category does not escape a strict security system. The Security Task Force (SATGASKAM) is a unit that guards every agency and company in order to avoid crime. There were several problems in the security unit recruitment process. This applies a conventional assessment. It is said to be conventional because the assessment system in the recruitment only involves human reasoning abilities from a number of predetermined criteria. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied for the security guard recruitment system. The selection process uses criteria which are the requirements for being accepted as security officers. The criteria used are the level of education, the equality value, the psychological score, and the results of the interviews. These criteria include the requirements contained in the regulation of the Head of Police of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method is carried out in several stages by comparing the AHP calculation process and the process of the result value of the system. The AHP process begins by determining the criteria, the eigenvalues. The results of the AHP method show transparency in recruitment with respective values and have a certain weight according to the priority of the agency.

Loans for civil servants and police employees must be given to employees who are entitled to receive them. Lending without any criteria makes other employees not accept them. Lending using criteria ensures that the employee given the loan is an employee who deserves to receive it. The ahp method is able to complete the selection of employees who are eligible for the loan. Because of the criteria that can determine the weight value for each attribute, and then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case, the alternative in question is the one who is entitled to receive a loan based on attributes, or determining criteria in selecting employees who are eligible to receive loans. Based on the ranking, Juliana Situmorang's employee has the highest score of 0.977 compared to other employees. The ahp method is the right step in determining employees who are eligible to receive loans.

The lecturer performance evaluation activity is the routine of an university in continuously improving internal quality as an evaluation and development of educational institutions. Buddhi Dharma University Tangerang, every semester evaluates lecturers' performance. But the results obtained are not optimal, this is due to the absence of an effective and efficient method in determining the results, especially in the Faculty of Science and Technology, Information System Departement. The assessment process is carried out by distributing questionnaire papers and filled out by students. This study aims to analyze the results of the questionnaire, calculated by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for weighting and combined the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method for ranking. The results obtained were the level of criteria weighting accuracy reached 90.39% with 28 lecturers which teaching 47 subjects in the Information Systems Departement.

Company is required to compete and being innovated to carry out work program strategies in order to improve the service quality while deliver goods to consumers. Due to limited resources, companies need to prioritize work programs based on existing criteria. The purpose of this study is the selection of work program priorities using the analytical hierarchy process method at PT. Garuda Indonesia Cargo. This research begins with determining the criteria and alternatives that are carried out for making questionnaires, then distributing questionnaires to get priority criteria and alternatives using the AHP method. The results of data processing using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method obtained the sequence results from each of the highest to lowest criteria and the highest weighted results were the quality criteria with the final weight value 0.71 after that followed the profit criteria with the final weight 0.29. After obtained the heightened criteria, the optimal alternative selected is Equipment with a weight value of 0.46, and followed by HR with a weight value of 0.38, then Infrastructure with a final weight value of 0.16.

The purpose of this study was to determine the prioritized strategy in the efforts to develop freshwater fish hatchery business in South Konawe District. The research was purposively carried out in South Konawe District in September-December 2019. This was a case study in freshwater fish hatchery business, with the consideration that the hatchers have been engaging in this business for long time by providing freshwater fish seeds. The informants in this study were the owners of freshwater fish hatchery business in South Konawe District. The data was analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. It aimed to determine the strategy in developing freshwater fish hatchery businesses which is appropriate and prioritized. Based on the results of the study, it was noted that the most prioritized criteria were human resources with a weight value of 0.327, while the most prioritized alternative strategy was to conduct a comparative study on similar businesses which are considered more advanced and developed with a weight value of 0.443.

Couples / soul mates have been determined by God the Almighty, humans are created in pairs and all humans must have been determined to live mate depending on the efforts of the man himself. Because of that we as human beings who want to endeavor and strive.         Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed which can overcome problems in choosing the best partner. The method used in the Decision Support System (SPK) is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method because it is appropriate for the decision-making process and can determine the weight value of each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternatives.                 Islam provides solutions and signs in choosing a mate, one of which is endeavor. ABSTRACTRoad infrastructure is one of the most important supports needed for the economy development in industrial areas of North Sumatra. North Sumatra’s road infrastructure is often underfunded which has made it difficult to determine the priority order of road infrastructure management resulting in many inequities such as overcrowded roads and increasing numbers of roads in poor condition. In this study a set of complex structure involving various sectors/indicators will be measured and analyzed using multi criteria research method in the form of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This study includes literature studies from various related sources, discussions, and distributes questionnaires to expert respondents who have competence in the field of transportation, planning, and execution of road infrastructure. The result showed that the order of priority in road infrastructure management from 5 (five) indicators studied is as follows: 1) accessibility function (39.5%), 2) mobility function (26.1%), 3) road flow function (15.5%), 4) road function (13 %), 5) maintenance cost function (6%).Subsequent to this, the order of priority in road infrastructure management using Integrated Road Management System (IRMS) method was also investigated resulting in different set of priority order. Based on the comparison of the two methods, the AHP method is recommended to be used because some aspects and criteria can be combined so that the priority order can best describe the needs of the public. Keterbatasan dana mengakibatkan sulitnya menentukan prioritas penanganan jalan, sehingga banyak ditemukan ketimpangan seperti banyaknya jalan yang belum mendapat penanganan.Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yang bersifat komplek dengan melibatkan berbagai sektor menjadi alasan mendasar dalam pemilihan metode penelitian multikriteria berupa metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini diawali dengan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber terkait, diskusi, dan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden ahli yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang transportasi, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. Data hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 (lima) kriteria yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu : fungsi aksesibilitas (39.5 %) menduduki peringkat pertama, disusul fungsi mobilitas (26.1 %), fungsi arus ruas jalan (15.5 %), fungsi ruas jalan (13 %) dan fungsi biaya pemeliharaan (6 %).Perolehan urutan prioritas penanganan jalan dengan metode AHP pada penelitian ini berbeda hasilnya dengan menggunakan metode Integrated Road Management System (IRMS). Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan dari kedua metode, metode AHP disarankan untuk digunakan karena beberapa aspek dan kriteria dapat dikombinasikan sehingga urutan prioritas dapat menggambarkan kebutuhan masyarakat dengan baik.Kata Kunci : prioritas, penanganan jalan, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
