Recruiting processes imply a considerable potential for waste of resources, both in general and in the insurance sales area focused here. A comprehensible measure for sustainability in sales was identified and information offers of large German insurers on job offers in the field of sales force were analysed. While the recruitment of lateral entrants has no measurable influence on sustainable sales, clear correlations between the information offered for future salespeople and sustainable results were found. In addition, a clear negative correlation between multi-level marketing and sustainable insurance sales was found.

Amid the sluggishness and deterioration of the national economy, came a business system that had much promise and success and offered wealth in a short time. This system became known as Multi Level Marketing (MLM) or Networking Marketing. Multi Level Marketing (MLM) systems cut distribution channels in conventional sales because it doesn't involve distributors or sole agents and wholesalers or sub-agents, but directly distributing products to independent distributors who work as retailers or sellers directly to consumers. In this way, marketing and distribution costs (transportation, warehouse rent, salaries and sales force commissions etc.) can be obtained transferred to an independent distributor with a system tiered which is generally adjusted to the achievement of targets the sales or turnover of the distributor concerned, coupled with the controversies regarding the MLM system in today's society, starting from the aspect of products that must be halal to the system transactions, bonus giving, member recruitment, and coaching who do not use things that are forbidden by Islam, then plus the elements of money games, maysir, dharar, dzulm, immoral and usury. So it becomes interesting when we see Multi Level Marketing (MLM) through the perspective of Islamic business ethics.

Partially-stabilized ZrO2 (PSZ) ceramics have considerable potential for advanced structural applications because of their high strength and toughness. These properties derive from small tetragonal ZrO2 (t-ZrO2) precipitates in a cubic (c) ZrO2 matrix, which transform martensitically to monoclinic (m) symmetry under applied stresses. The kinetics of the martensitic transformation is believed to be nucleation controlled and the nucleation is always stress induced. In situ observation of the martensitic transformation using transmission electron microscopy provides considerable information about the nucleation and growth aspects of the transformation.

It is shown that a minimal assumption should be added to the assumptions of Classical Test Theory (CTT) in order to have positive inter-item correlations, which are regarded as a basis for the aggregation of items. Moreover, it is shown that the assumption of zero correlations between the error score estimates is substantially violated in the population of individuals when the number of items is small. Instead, a negative correlation between error score estimates occurs. The reason for the negative correlation is that the error score estimates for different items of a scale are based on insufficient true score estimates when the number of items is small. A test of the assumption of uncorrelated error score estimates by means of structural equation modeling (SEM) is proposed that takes this effect into account. The SEM-based procedure is demonstrated by means of empirical examples based on the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised.
