Pindang Palembang is one of traditional culinary in South Sumatra which had uniqe special taste like sour, salty and sweet flavour. But, this culinary was not popular in tourist who come in Palembang. So, strategy of development for Pindang palembang need to be done. Development strategy was conducted based on BMC (Business Model Canvas) method by interview dan share quitioner with 24 hotels tourist. The initial identification showed that there were 24.39% foreign tourists who interst to Pindang palembang, the number of 45.45% taste was be value proposition, only 33.33% hotels gave offers about Pindang, the number of 30.91% uniqe was be customer relationships, the easy channel to reached was 85.37% online, the number of 66.67% hotels promoted Pindang palembang, 91.67% hotels had chef and 83.33% had website. By 7 elements, 78% cost structure low but it did’t have appreciations. BMC showed that, there were many factors affected Pindang development such as tourist attractions to Pindang, value of Pindang, mitra, promotion, media online, innovation and competence people who can developed Pindang to be interested taste.Pindang Palembang is one of traditional culinary in South Sumatra which had uniqe special taste like sour, salty and sweet flavour. There are many problems in home decoration industry, such as imperfect industry system, lack of integrity of enterprises, low quality of construction personnel, etc. However, Qingdao Youzhu Home Decoration Co., Ltd. has achieved rapid growth with the innovation of business model. Therefore, based on Qingdao Youzhu Home Decoration Co., Ltd., this paper attempts to analyze the company’s business model innovation. The conclusion shows that the company’s business model canvas includes nine modules of important partners, value proposition, key business, core resources, customer segmentation, customer relationships, Channel access, revenue sources and cost structure, and each module plays an important role.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan dan menyusun ide perencanaan bisnis yaitu strategi pemasaran buah naga dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) di PT Trisna Naga Asih, yang ditinjau berdasarkan 9 elemen Business Model Canvas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deksriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data primer dan data sekunder yang diperlukan, dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi bisnis PT Trisna Naga Asih saat ini dan beberapa rekomendasi yang disarankan dilihat dari perubahan 9 elemen yang terjadi Customer segments berupa perluasan pasar pada konsumen Jawa Barat, dengan menambahkan media website dalam proses kegiatan pemasaran pada Key Acitvites, penggunaan media sosial dan website pada Channels, mempermudah konsumen dalam mengakses informasi dan promosi produk pada Value Proposition, bertambahnya wadah untuk memberi infomasi dan promosi pada Customer Relationships, penambahan tenaga kerja pada Key Resources, penambahan serta peningkatan mitra pada Key Partenrships, peningkatan penjualan komoditas buah naga merah dan buah naga kuning pada Revenue Streams, adanya pembukuan keuangan yang digunakan yaitu analisis laba rugi dan R/C Ratio pada Cost Structure.

Hakhenbik is a company engaged in the field of furniture and equipment of the school with its production material made from solid wood that has durable strength, and not easily damaged and has a high selling price. On this research author uses qualitative descriptive method that is by using the business model Business model Canvas (BMC), then evaluated using a SWOT analysis in every Business model Canvas (BMC) block on CV. Hakhenbik. The most powerful element in the Business Model Canvas is the      Key Partnership, sis the    value propositions. The elements that still lack are    Customer Relationships and the next is   Key Resources. Be  rbased on SWOT analysis, CV. Hakhenbik is advised to improve on the element of customer relationshipsThis is because the important factor in running the business is to maintain good relations with the customer, one way to maintain a good relationship with the customer is to maintain communication with customers such as increase communication through social media such as facebook, whats up group, Instagram  and others, and can be done by maintaining loyal customers by providing members cards  and discounts for loyal customers. In addition to the customer relationships elements that need to be repaired are key Resources   by conducting training and development to employees of both operational and management employees.

At the moment the development of tourism is very fast. The tourism sector is now a new favorite, one of which is the visit of Boon Pring Andeman, Malang District. Boon Pring is one of the tourist attractions in Malang Regency which is currently favored by local tourists. Therefore, it is necessary to properly develop and plan using the business model canvas and also with SWOT. The results of the study show that of the nine elements that need to be added, such as the promotion team, provide discounts, add customers to new segments, partners, and also increase revenue from souvenirs, advertising.

In the 21st century disruptive era, in order to survive a company must innovate their business model constantly. In 2006 – 2017, the number of finish goods produced by base and chemical industry sector compare to agriculture and consumer goods sector were lower. Thus, this research tries to do regression with simultenous approach by analyzing variabel combined from the business model canvas concept by Osterwalter and Pigneur, 2010 and production function Cobb Douglas. The BMC was filled with financial report from Bloomberg. From the data, only several variables from BMC can be analyzed, the variables are value proposition, key resources, revenue and cost structure. This research also tries to analyze the relation between BMC internal variabel with external variabel from macro economy. The research results are revenue positively influence finish goods, while revenue is positively influenced by cost of good sols and external variabel national GDP. ARIMA forecast is done in static and dynamic model. From the static model founded that, from 2017-2018 BRNA and TPIA increase their finish goods significantly. For the longer prediction 2017 – 2025 a dynamic model is used, founded that all companies will not have significant growth in their finish goods production. The basic and chemical industry’s finish goods still going to be lower than agriculture and consumer goods industry. Concluded that manufacture industry that relates directly to human’s primary needs, the finish goods average will always be higher than basic industry and chemical in which this sector is not directly needed by human. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi model bisnis yang digunakan oleh bisnis kuliner Bekasi Salaku dengan menggunakan business model canvas. Identifikasi dilakukan dalam 9 elemen dalam business model canvas yaitu customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership, dan cost structure. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Pengumpulan data primer pada penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan ialah belum adanya perencanaan Business Model Canvas yang memenuhi 9 elemen model bisnis, oleh karena itu peneliti membantu membuatkan atau merencanakan usaha kuliner khas Bekasi Salaku ke dalam 9 elemen model bisnis. Setelah merancang dari 9 elemen model bisnis Salaku miliki maka hasil simpulan dan saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu, Salaku perlu membuat strategi marketing yang lebih gencar dan menarik untuk memasarkan produk yang spesifik kepada pasar yang potensial. Strategi marketing yang lebih gencar seperti membuat suatu jadwal posting Sosial Media dalam satu timetable lalu bekerja sama dengan banyak Lembaga terkait seperti Dinas Pariwisata daerah, lalu memasarkan produk yang menarik yaitu membuat design postingan sosial media yang lebih atraktif dari warna dan angle foto lalu mengemas produk yang sesuai pada tren saat ini.


This study sets an objective to examine the role of MRT transportation (mass rapid transit) in supporting the tourism (business) industry in Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out for two weeks through indepth interviews and participatory observation techniques. Data obtained from the study results were analyzed using descriptive models. Data obtained was then adjusted to the PEST (PEST Analysis) theory and described through the business model canvas. Results showed that the MRT Jakarta is an appropriate type of public transportation to facilitate the accessibility of tourists while on vacation, as well as doing business in Jakarta. MRT Jakarta has also changed the new way of behavior and transform a civilization of people of Jakarta, to be more orderly, disciplined, and prefer to take public transportation. This will reduce potential air and noise pollution in Jakarta. With a value proposition on its business model canvas which shows a new type of public transportation that is fast, environmentally friendly, free of traffic jam, and hightechnology, MRT Jakarta is expected to be the most favorite transportation for tourists, whether they are in business, or enjoying tourist attractions in the capital city. In the future, PT MRT Jakarta is asked to continue the next railroad construction process, while maintaining excellent service standards that have been applied. The purpose of this study was to see modern market development with the Franchise concept and in collaboration with third parties opens a partnership space in the management of Village Business Stores carried out by BUMDes managers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the business strategy developed by BUMDes-Mart Berkah Jatimulyo Village, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, using the business model canvas as a tool to identify existing business models. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection techniques by conducting literature studies and research in the field. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are in the form of a description of the nine elements in the business model consisting of customer segments, value proposition, customer relationships, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, cost structure, key activities, key resources, key partners. This business model will find out the weaknesses and strengths of a business that is being run and to find out what strategies can be implemented in the future. In addition to these aspects, the findings in this study are that there are factors that influence the business model canvas on BUMDes-Mart, namely in terms of market and financial segments.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui Model Bisnis Kanvas antara lain customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships dan cost structure pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping yang bergerak dibidang jasa angkut penumpang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan model bisnis kanvas pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mengarah pada pendeskripsian secara kualitatif mengenai Business Model Canvas pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping dan selanjutnya dievaluasi dengan analisis SWOT pada tiap elemennya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa PT Internasional Golden Shipping dari segi segmentasi ekonomi lebih mengarah ke kalangan menengah atas terlihat dari value proposations keunggulan yang dimiliki perusahaan adalah satu-satunya perusahaan kapal yang dapat bersandar di Johor (pasir gudang), channels yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan ini adalah menjalin hubungan baik dengan konsumennya yang dibangun dengan berhubungan secara personal sehingga konsumen dapat merasakan pelayanan yang ramah dari karyawan saat melakukan transaksi ataupun keluhan. Untuk pengahasilan yang didapat oleh perusahaan yaitu dari penjualan tiket yang dilakukan oleh SDM yang berkualitas dan didukung dengan alat operasional berupa kapal. Untuk key partnership pada perusahaan dengan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia perusahaan selalu membina dan menjga hubungan baik antar mitra bisnisnya.

Indonesians in general especially for younger generation, are more familiar with foreign cultures rather than being used to their own domestic culture, this phenomenon also occurred to the food aspect as a culture. This research aims to examine the development strategy of business model canvas approach in yeobo topokki franchise. The method used in this study is a descriptive business model, canvas model, and SWOT Analysis. The research was conducted in CV Usaha Anak Bangsa Perkasa which is located in Grand Depok City, Kalimulya, Depok, West Java. This study was conducted in April 2019 until December 2019The results indicated that Yeobo Topokki accepted the business model improvement and the results of the strategy formulation that the company was in an aggressive position. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that c ompanies need to create value-added elements of the value proposition to create interest from prospective customers, such as by doing some certification on the products offered .
