The methodology of determination optimal values of independent parameters for model of car-service system on macrolevels of center that simply answer morphological signs her functional element «Autoservice enterprise» is offered in the article. Methodology is based on the results of analysis statistical and forecast indexes of quality, that it is got after a nonlinear model as Sugeno. Realization of model is carried out with application of the module Fuzzy Logic Toolbox in the package of Matlab. Nonlinear dependences are investigational to the coefficient of quality of technological processes from possible combinations of entry parameters the system for the typical domestic enterprises of car-service center: point of technical service, car repair service workshop, technical service station, authorized technical service station, specialized autoservice enterprise and complex autoservice enterprise. Power of enterprise (amount of posts), level of personnel provision, form of production organization, is taken into account. Level of personnel provision certainly as a complex index, that characterizes the amount of personnel, that is needed for implementation of the pre-arranged technological processes, level of qualification of personnel and level of material well-being technological discipline of personnel. The flow-chart of algorithm sequence of implementation of the stages of methodology is offered is built. An algorithm consists of eight stages and contains a subroutine call of determination optimal form of production. On the basis of computer experiment the maximal values of level quality of technological processes are certain and it is calculated the expected increase at the optimal values of descriptions autoservice enterprise and permanent values of parameters of subsystems «Cars» and «Environment». The offered methodology it is expedient to apply for determination of ways optimization car-service enterprises on micro- and macrolevels. KEYWORDS: AUTOSERVICE ENTERPRISE, PRODUCTION PROCESS, QUALITY.

Standard of living reflects the objective dimension of how well the basic needs of life are met, while quality of life is the patient's own subjective view of well-being and satisfaction with her/his life. Sixty-one schizophrenic out-patients completed self-report inventories and participated in interviews about quality of life and standard of living. When living standards were met by a well functioning social service system, patients' perceptions of their quality of life and their standard of living appeared to be independent. Subsequent analyses revealed that ‘inner experiences' was one quality-of-life domain frequently reported as unsatisfactory. Moreover, differences in quality of life were found across patients' age, education, and work status.

The paper addresses the issues of increasing the durability of piston pins of automotive and tractor engines through the use of vibration oscillations during their restoration. Experimentally found the optimal values of the angle of inclination of the machined tool – punch and its effect on the amount of metal sticking to the working surface of the punch, which reduces the quality of the processed surface of the piston pins and increases the non-uniformity of deformation in the radial direction and length. The change of the residual strain along the outer and inner diameter of the piston pin during vibratory deformation is shown. The obtained mathematical dependences of the change in residual strain on the outer diameter on the value of the allowance for processing. Experimentally found a relationship that associates residual deformation with the wear of piston pins. The results of the work will be used for the development of technological processes for the restoration of piston pins and bushings of the top heads of connecting rods of various autotractor engines by the method of vibration deformation.

The analysis of perspective tendencies which connected with changing of autopark structure and designs of vehicles, the newest technologies of diagnosing their technical condition and service, methods of estimation services quality at the existing auto service enterprises, the last EU directives on application of the corresponding technical regulations has shown that innovative approaches to the organization of technical service systems for vehicles, assessing the quality of technological processes of maintaining and restoring the working condition of vehicles and ensuring the efficiency of car service systems should be applied. Therefore, the development of methodology for assessing the quality of technological processes of vehicle recovery at the systems of auto service enterprises, which would take into account a comprehensive approach to future trends in fleet structure and vehicle designs, the latest technologies for diagnosing their technical condition and maintenance, methods of assessing service quality is an urgent problem today. The article is devoted to the study of influence independent parameters describing the morphological structure of auto service system on the quality of technological processes fore restoring the efficiency of vehicles. The independent parameters are: capacity of auto service companies (number of posts), level of personnel availability, production organization form, automobile full weight, energy unite type, automobile age, income level of vehicle’s owners. The analysis is performed using visualization of a nonlinear model of the Sugeno type, developed in the Matlab package. The study is conducted for the following types of auto service companies:maintenance points, car repair shops, service stations, authorized service stations, specialized auto service enterprises, complex auto service enterprises. It is shown that for the studied enterprises of different types technical service the change of values morphological features of the main functional elements allows to increase the level of quality of technological processes of vehicle’s maintenance and restoration from 0,1% to 21,1%.

The most important condition for the successful innovative development in Russia is acceptance of the introduced reforms by the population and their understanding that these transformations entail improvement of the quality of life and growth in the level of social well-being. The quality and accessibility of social services are important components of social welfare. The system of social services currently existing in our country needs modernization which would include increasing the availability of social services, development of competition for the quality of their provision and extension of the range of services rendered to citizens. The subject matter under research in this paper is mechanisms and barriers of the social service system modernization in the context of the principal directions of Russia’s innovative development. There appear to be two main mechanisms of modernization: inclusion in the social services system of such entities as socially oriented non-profit organizations and development of social entrepreneurship that could extend the range of social services available to the population and compete for the quality of their provision. Special attention is paid to the analysis of interaction between governmental and non-governmental social service entities. The empirical research combines quantitative and qualitative methodology, since a number of phenomena (e.g. social entrepreneurship) represent an exception rather than a rule, and therefore they are of particular interest. Among the main barriers to the modernization of the social service system, there are both administrative barriers and the ideas and beliefs prevailing among the population (distrust of NGOs; low level of awareness of social entrepreneurship; reluctance of managers to register their organizations as providers of social services; low civil activity of the population in the regions of the Republic; concentration of non-governmental social service entities in the territory of the Petrozavodsk city, with the problem of access to social services being most acute in rural areas).

Abstract. To date, few studies have focused on perceived overprotection from the perspective of people with dementia (PwD). In the present examination, the association of perceived overprotection in PwD is examined as an autonomy-restricting factor and thus negative for their mental well-being. Cross-sectional data from the prospective DYADEM study of 82 patient/partner dyads (mean age = 74.26) were used to investigate the association between overprotection, perceived stress, depression, and quality of life (QoL). The analyses show that an overprotective contact style with PwD has a significant positive association with stress and depression, and has a negative association with QoL. The results emphasize the importance of avoiding an overprotective care style and supporting patient autonomy.

Abstract. This article concerns the utility of ego psychoanalytic perspectives in Rorschach interpretation. Psychoanalytic ego psychology focuses on how people cope with events in their lives and how effectively they can meet challenges to their sense of well-being. The way people deal with experienced distress constitutes their defensive style and determines to a large extent what kind of person they are. Adequate defenses against anxiety promote comfortable and productive adjustment, whereas ineffective defenses typically cause adjustment difficulties and susceptibility to psychological disorders. In Rorschach assessment, the nature and effectiveness of a person’s defensive style can often be identified with a sequence analysis that integrates the structural, thematic, and behavioral features in the protocol. In particular, the sequential quality of responses, especially preceding and following instances of cognitive slippage, can help identify causes of upsetting concerns, defensive efforts to alleviating these concerns, and the adequacy of these defensive efforts in restoring equanimity. This interpretive process is illustrated with attention to implications for differential diagnosis and treatment planning in the Rorschach protocol of a 20-year-old suicidal woman.
