As Lembaga Penjamin Mutu (LPM) or Quality Assurance Institution of Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW), it has many responsibilities to improve quality of UKSW such as the quality of curriculum, lecturers, facilities, etc. LPM works with big data on daily basis, therefore it needs to improve efficiency at work and of course to make it easier. In this case LPM often have to deal with Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDikti) to give report to the government about student data of UKSW. Therefore, it is needed a web-based system to filter active student from excel file so that it will make LPM works easier and more efficient.

Introduction: Graduate is one of the important support in the development of a university. Graduate have a role to assist universities in developing the university into the community through collaboration in academic terms. Since the establishment of the Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI) to date has resulted in 12 608 qualified graduates, but the problems that exist today data on students graduated from UNAI difficult to find because UNAI not have a special service for containing information about the data the continuation of a career each of graduate that will be created as the relationships that can support the advancement of the quality of the Graduate at Adventist University of Indonesia. Methods: With the difficulty of knowing the whereabouts of graduate, an graduate tracer study system was created using Web-based GPS that aims to make it easier for universities to find out the alumni position and is expected to be able to overcome the problems above. The graduate tracer study system was designed using a website-based system. .The system of Graduate tracer study was designed using a web-based system. The system is easy to use by any user because it is built using the waterfall method as a method of system development, laravel framework for building websites and using the Global Positioning System (GPS) locator that serves Graduate. Results: The end result of this research is to facilitate UNAI system to track and determine the position of the Graduate as well as get information takes on new Graduate pass or long pass which spread to various area Discussion: It is expected that the future can be developed to add features that are useful scholarship to help students who are still studying, and add graphs about graduate information in getting a job.

This research involves a comparative analysis of Ghanaian and New Zealand contexts and provisions of quality assurance in tertiary education. The study examined policies and practices of quality assurance in higher education in Ghana and New Zealand in order to identify those practices in New Zealand which are potentially applicable to the Ghanaian Higher Education context or which, at least, may suggest a direction for the Ghanaian government to consider for development. This study argues that although the management and practices of quality assurance in higher education in New Zealand are not without flaws, Ghana stands a better chance of tapping from the formers’ experiences in shaping its future policy direction. The quality of higher education and its improvement have always been issues of high priority on the political and educational agendas of the government and higher institutions in Ghana. Like other developing nations, Ghana has adopted various methodologies to address the question of quality in higher education similar to those in Western countries. The government of Ghana established a national quality assurance agency, the National Accreditation Board (NAB) to be responsible for quality assurance in higher education. Higher educational institutions have also adopted various processes and practices for the assurance of quality of the education provided. However, despite the fact that the literature on quality assurance framework in higher education is growing, little is available in the literature on what Ghana is doing to regulate and improve higher education quality and what has been the impact of NAB since its inception in 1993. In addition, a formal study of the commonality or diversity of approaches between Ghana and any developed nation has been lacking. A qualitative methodology was used to gain the perceptions of key practitioners in quality management systems in the two countries. Interview and documentary analysis were the main research instruments employed for data collection. The study analysed the views of a range of respondents from Ghana and New Zealand and documents from selected tertiary institutions and external quality assurance agencies in the two countries. A comparative analysis of data revealed some gaps and challenges in the Ghanaian system. This study found that though NAB has made significant impacts on the quality regime of the higher education sector in Ghana since its inception, the processes of quality management demands remains a challenge to both the institutions and NAB and much remains to be done for improvement. Quality of provision at the institutional level (internal structures, documented policies, external involvement, conduct of self assessment), and at the national level (regular monitoring, change in compliance approach, adequate qualified staff etc) are key areas requiring urgent policy attention if Ghana is to achieve the objectives of its tertiary educational reforms. On the basis of empirical evidence and life experiences from the respondents, a contribution would be made to the design of higher education policy-making with regard to the improvement of the internal and external quality assurance practices in higher education in Ghana. This study has further contributed to quality assurance literature by critically examining and comparing life responses of respondents from two countries viv-a-vis the international trend before making its recommendations. This study has further deepened the understanding of quality management practices in higher education in the two countries involved in this study.

Abstract: Susenas is one of the important household socio-economic data sources in Indonesia. Susenas has become the main reference for meeting the needs of the government in implementing national development so that it is in line with the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN), nine priority agendas or nawacita and the goals of Sustainable Development. A survey is a method of collecting data by giving questions to respondents. a survey is the best way to get correct information and the results can be justified. In the process of collecting PMTB survey data, which is carried out by partner officers, it is still implementing a manual system where partner officers come to the company / business under the form to fill in the company's income and expenditure data, and then the partner returns to the ledger to be analyzed by the Balance Sheet officer, the author intends to create a web-based system that is considered to provide an effective solution and can be used as a tool for PMTB data collection using the interview research method and direct observation to the Medan City BPS office. Keywords: BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik), PMTB, Survei, User, Web Abstrak: Susenas merupakan salah satu sumber data sosial ekonomi rumah tangga yang penting diindonesia.

Quality assurance is an important part of the higher education system which ensures that the effort to achieve quality is in accordance with the quality standards set by the government. The problem of the low quality of human resources of a nation is a manifestation of the inability of the quality assurance system to work effectively. Application of a model that is less effective in quality assurance, will have an impact on achieving the quality of Education. In Indonesia, various changes in the regulation of the quality assurance system began in 2006 - until now, basically both conceptually but not optimally in implementation. Internal and external quality assurance of higher education (HE) institutions has not produced satisfactory results, with the still low competitiveness of HE graduates and the competitiveness of the nation's human resources.

The introduction of machine learning to small molecule research – an inherently multidisciplinary field in which chemists and data scientists combine their expertise and collaborate – has been vital to making screening processes more efficient. In recent years, numerous models that predict pharmacokinetic properties or bioactivity have been published, and these are used on a daily basis by chemists to make decisions and prioritize ideas. The emerging field of explainable artificial intelligence is opening up new possibilities for understanding the reasoning that underlies a model. In small molecule research, this means relating contributions of substructures of compounds to their predicted properties, which in turn also allows the areas of the compounds that have the greatest influence on the outcome to be identified. However, there is no interactive visualization tool that facilitates such interdisciplinary collaborations towards interpretability of machine learning models for small molecules. To fill this gap, we present CIME (ChemInformatics Model Explorer), an interactive web-based system that allows users to inspect chemical data sets, visualize model explanations, compare interpretability techniques, and explore subgroups of compounds. The tool is model-agnostic and can be run on a server or a workstation.

Torrential rains have been increasing in frequency. There have been instances in which residents were caught up on their way to evacuation shelters. It is important to check on hazards caused by conditions, on the adequacy of evacuation facilities, and on water levels and weather advisories. When taking appropriate action in torrential rains, it is necessary to assess weather and water information based on the preliminary survey of evacuation. To improve the quality of decision making, a science-based procedure should utilized by public agencies to judge the situation. We propose a procedure manual and web-based system for take appropriate action as disaster response.
