In this article, we adopt an improved double-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to investigate the air condition of Hefei City from July 2016 to July 2021. We focus on the impact of the toxicity index, especially the impact of carbon monoxide, which is also considered in some other kinds of quality evaluation, such as water classification. Firstly, we found that with the increasing awareness of environmental protection and with the attention of the government to the quality of air in recent years, the air conditions have become better (the grades become lower). Secondly, the value of the factors, PM2.5, PM10, SO2, CO, NO2, and O3 periodically fluctuate from year to year; and the periodicity of O3 is reversed with the other factors. Finally, the monthly average analysis shows that the overall air quality is good; all the grades are I-II, except for December 2017 which has a grade III. Furthermore, the air quality in the winter (especially in December and January) is not always good.

Vehicle air quality is attracted attention more and more with the increase of private vehicles popularization rate but the air quality evaluation is difficult to achieve standardization in the short term. The main pollutants affecting vehicle air quality were analyzed. Index factors were identified and the classification method of vehicle air quality evaluation were determined combining with China and international air quality standards. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was established for vehicle air quality evaluation. According to the degree of different pollutants harm to human body, weight of each index factor was determined. The evaluation results would provide theoretical basis for the comparison of different vehicle air quality conditions and vehicle air pollution control.

Abstract Boundless researchers have made efforts to assess the impact of Microfinance on poverty reduction both positively and negatively, but the perception of borrowers about the effectiveness of Microfinance has not been yet found. This study adopts the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM) in conjunction with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the level of satisfaction of borrowers with the products and services of microfinance institutions at different criterion levels. The goal is to assess the level of satisfaction for each criterion level under the degree of satisfaction of the borrower about the product and services provided by Microfinance Institution (MFI). Findings show that the claim of MFI was false because study evidence makes it clear that borrowers are not satisfied with the product and services of MFI. In addition to the literature, this study also highlighted the weakness of the MFI product and services. Thus, both the government and the MFIs can improve their performance and change their policies for the welfare of the borrowers.

This paper reviewed six kinds of indoor air quality (IAQ) evaluation methods, by which the same IAQ status were evaluated. Besides, the relations and distinctions of six methods were also analyzed. The results indicate that the evaluation results of different methods on the same sample are not identical. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, pollution loss rate method and comprehensive index method are relatively accurate, and improved grey relational analysis method has the largest error.

The defects of present fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval value are pointed out. To improve these defects, a new calculation method of fuzzy membership degree is provided and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval number distance is built. This model is applied to Lake Dongchang. And it can be indicated that the proposed model is reasonable and practical.

Assessing social insurance fund safety objectively is useful to make effective risk management and control, so as to lower the economic loss. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based analytical hierarchy process(AHP) is adopted to evaluate the social insurance fund safety. And social insurance fund safety evaluation index system is established according to the characteristics of the social insurance fund safety and the development tendency of social insurance .Then AHP method is applied to determine the more reasonable index weight and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate social insurance fund safety of three cities.Finally, some improvement suggestions are proposed. The results show that the index is reasonable and quantitative and the method can help improve the safety of the social insurance fund as well as provide decision-making for the government.

Climate change has become one of the major threats to global security. On the impact of climate change on national vulnerability, the researchers firstly select relevant factors and data and analyze the principal components to determine the weight of climate change on vulnerability so as to analyze the impact of climate change on national vulnerability. Secondly, based on the influencing factors, we obtain the national vulnerability score through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, delineate the impact scope according to the score, and predict climate change by means of regression analysis and time series analysis. Finally, according to the characteristics of cities and continents, the model is revised, a PSR model and a cluster analysis model are established, and the prediction accuracy is improved.

Based on empirical research on the 235 valid questionnaires, the evaluation index system of ecological environment governance was established in a regional industry focus areas ,a new combination empowerment method based on information entropy correction AHP, which can reduce the subjective bias, was put forward, and then a two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate on ecological environment governance about the Hengyang lead and zinc industry focus fields, in order to better solve the evaluation of the regional industry focus field about the ecological environment governance for the Government, and provide a theoretical basis for the discovery of regional industrial problems and countermeasures of eco-environmental governance.

On the basis of field research, this paper uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the effectiveness of financial incentive mechanism in promoting the development of Chinese medicine health industry. The results show that the effectiveness of financial incentive mechanism in Chinese medicine health industry is not enough. The government should strengthen the construction of financial incentive mechanism in Chinese medicine health industry and pay attention to the regulation of relevant policies It is necessary to set up and implement the plan, so as to realize the modernization of the health industry of traditional Chinese medicine as soon as possible.

urban water resources value is a very complex system, it is composed of three main elements; nature, economy and society. In this paper, taken a city as an example, selecting water quality, water resources amount, density of population and national income as the evaluating elements, by useing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the value of water resoueces of this city has been carried out. The results shows that water resources prices in this city is much higher than the present average water price. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to take mearsures to raise water use efficiency, strengthen environmemtal protection, so as to raise water resources value.
