In order to improve the starting smoothness of new-energy vehicles under multiple working conditions and meet the driving intention better, and to make the control strategy have high portability and integration, a starting control method for vehicle based on state machine is designed. Based on inclination, starting of vehicle is divided into three working conditions: flat road, slight slope and steep slope. The method of vehicle starting control is designed, which includes five control states: default state control, torque pre-loading control, anti-rollback control, pedal control and PI (Proportion-Intergral) creep control. The simulation is carried out under the conditions of flat road, slight slope and steep slope. In terms of flat road and light slope, the vehicle travels below 3 km/h according to the driver’s intention, the speed is stable at 8 km/h during the creeping control phase and the jerk is lower than 5 m/s3. In terms of steep slope, the speed is controlled at 0 km/h basically and the 10 s-rollback distance is less than 0.04 m. The results show that the strategy can fully meet the driver’s intention with lower jerk, better dynamic and stability, and the method can achieve the demand of new-energy vehicle starting control.

New energy vehicles(NEV) as a new thing for sustainable development, in China, on the one hand has faced the rapid expansion of the market; the other hand, for the new NEV users, the current NEVs cannot keep up with the degree of innovation. This paper demonstrates the reasons for the existence of this systematic challenge, and puts forward the method of UX research which is different from the traditional petrol vehicles research in the early stage of development, which studies from the user's essence level, to form the innovative product programs which meet the needs of users and being real attractive.

Exhaust pollution and energy crises are worsening worldwide. China has become the largest motor vehicle producer; thus, promoting the use of new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China has important practical significance. In this paper, considering the limited rationality of governments, NEV enterprises and consumers, we study the subsidy policy of the China NEV market using the evolutionary game and system dynamics (SD) methods. First, a tripartite evolutionary game model is developed and the replicator dynamics equations and Jacobian matrix are obtained. A SD simulation of the model was conducted to further clarify the impact of the initial market proportion and three variables used in the model. The results show that the initial market proportion affects the evolution speed but does not affect the evolution result when the three group players all choose a mixed strategy. For governments, they should not hastily cancel price subsidies provided to consumers; rather, they should dynamically adjust the rate of the subsidy decrease and increase the consumers’ extra cost for purchasing fuel vehicles (FVs). NEV enterprises should appropriately increase their investments in the research and development (R&D) of NEVs.

The paper presents a Simulink model of a DC metro traction supply system with a stationary energy storage device (SESD). The simulation model consists of traction substations, a train model, and an energy storage device (ESD) with supercapacitors (SC). A new energy management strategy considering the line voltage and current, SC state of charge (SOC) and SC charging and discharging current is proposed. This method can improve the energy savings and manage the remaining energy. Simulation results provided in this paper justify the control method. The proposed model can be used with different ESD, such as batteries.
