Rice quality is a complex indicator, and people are paying more and more attention to the quality of rice. Therefore, we used seven rice varieties for twelve nitrogen fertilizer treatments and obtained eighty-four rice types with seventeen qualities. It was found that 17 quality traits had different coefficients of variation. Among them, the coefficient of variation of chalkiness and protein content was the largest, 44.60% and 17.89% respectively. The cluster analysis method was used to define four categories of different rice qualities. The principal component analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate 17 qualities of 84 rice. It was found that rice quality was better under low nitrogen conditions, Huanghuazhan and Lvyinzhan were easier to obtain better comprehensive rice quality during cultivation. Future rice research should focus on reducing protein content and increasing peak viscosity.

This article takes 14 regions in Guangxi as the research object, selects ten indicators that can measure the level of socio-economic development, establishes an index system for evaluating the regional socio-economic development level of Guangxi regions, and uses principal component analysis method and cluster analysis method carry out comprehensive evaluation and difference analysis among the economic development level of Guangxi regions. First, the primary component analysis method uses to comprehensively evaluate the economic development level of 14 regions in Guangxi. The results show that there are vast differences in the economic development levels of regions in Guangxi. Secondly, a systematic cluster analysis method uses to classify and analyze the differences between regions according to the similarity of economic development status. Finally, combined with the results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis, comprehensive evaluation analysis and discussion on the economic development status of various regions in Guangxi, and based on the evaluation results, proposed countermeasures for the socio-economic development and management in Guangxi province of China.

The PCA (principal component analysis method) of statistical mathematics theory is used to establish the evaluating model of zone subway structural form. Aiming at the complexity, ambiguity and lack of reasonable evaluating methods of the subway structural performance, the model selected the leading indicator which affecting the structures of subways and having the aid of using Matlab mathematical tools to evaluate comprehensively the functional and structural performance of them. The analysis showed that it’s feasible to use PCA to evaluate the zone subway structural performance, which can objectively reflect the strength of the evaluation index’s influence on the comprehensive evaluation value and it has some practical value and referential significance.

Hemocompatibility of a biomaterial is determined by the interactions between its surface and blood. Due to the complicated action mechanism, various effective ways and the multiple affective factors of the hemocompatibility, a comprehensive evaluation needs to be built instead of single index. Therefore, the platelet consumption ratio of 10 kinds of biomaterials including Ti6Al4V-TiC-DLC gradient coat material was studied based on image analysis method. Combined with the kinetic clotting time and the hemolysis ratio, the comprehensive hemocompatibility evaluation of the material is carried out based on the improved principal component analysis. First, linear transformation of negative index is carried out. Second, index is under a dimensionless using the logarithmic treatment, then to acquire all variants’ principal component and their characteristic vectors. Finally, comprehensive evaluation index of hemocompatibility is constructed. The improved principal component analysis avoids the effect of correlativity among indexes during anaphase evaluation, and can more correctly maintain the original information of indexes. Thus, the research provides a new idea to the comprehensive evaluation of Hemocompatibility.

To solve the shortcoming of the traditional principal component analysis in term of the processing of nonlinear data, this paper puts forward one principal component analysis method based on the grey correlation method. In face of the multiple indexes comprehensive evaluation problems, this paper establishes the evaluation model by aid of the grey correlation method and by calculating the comprehensive correlation degree of each evaluation index to find out the major factors affecting the problems. This paper aims at apply this method to evaluate the development of the telecommunication industry in various regions all over the country and to explore the major reason for the differences. The results show that this method can comprehensively considerate the various factors of the evaluation problem, which not only avoids the subjectivity of the single factor but also makes the analysis process more reasonable and objective. Also the analysis results can accurately reflect the differences between various factors. Gray correlation analysis method has a low re-quirement on the linearity and regularity of the original data and there is no case where the quantitative result is inconsistent with the qualitative analysis result.

This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban-rural integration process, and uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the urban-rural integration process within Shanghai, Shenyang, Harbin, Chengdu and Zhengzhou metropolitan areas, then ranks the level of urban-rural integration according to the comprehensive score. After comparative analyzing, this paper gives the countermeasures to enhance the level of urban-rural integration within Harbin metropolitan area.
