Understanding and assessing ecological vulnerability for estuarine islands are important for maintaining estuarine island ecosystem services and its sustainable development. However, due to its complex fresh water–sea–land interaction mechanism and multiple stressors from both climate change and anthropogenic influence, a comprehensive evaluation of ecological vulnerability for estuarine islands has been limited. Therefore, taking the typical estuary island of Chongming Island as an example, we developed a comprehensive evaluation system of ecological vulnerability for an estuarine island ecosystem based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) conceptual model, and explored the spatial and temporal distribution of ecological vulnerability in 2005 and 2015. The results indicated that the main pressures of Chongming Island from saltwater intrusion intensity and land use intensity were mainly distributed in northern coastal areas and eastern areas of wetland; the ecological vulnerability index (EV) of Chongming Island showed a slight decrease from 2005 to 2015; and three categories of towns based on ecological vulnerability assessment for an eco-island planning and environmental management were identified. Our study provides an effective evaluation system of ecological vulnerability for estuarine islands, which could be helpful for planners and decision makers in improving eco-island planning and environmental management.

The global ecological environment faces many challenges. Landsat thematic mapper time-series, digital elevation models, meteorology, soil types, net primary production data, socio-economic data, and auxiliary data were collected in order to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for ecological vulnerability (EV) using multi-source remote sensing data. EV was divided into five vulnerability levels: potential I, slight II, mild III, moderate IV, and severe V. Then, we analyzed and explored the spatio-temporal patterns and driving mechanisms of EV in the region over the past 20 years. Our research results showed that, from 2001 to 2019, the DRB was generally characterized as being in the severe vulnerability class, with higher upstream and downstream EV classes and a certain amount of reduction in the midstream EV classes. Moreover, EV in the DRB continues to decrease. The spatio-temporal EV patterns in the DRB were significantly influenced by the relative humidity, average annual temperature, and vegetation cover over the past 20 years. Our work can provide a basis for decision-making and technical support for ecosystem protection, ecological restoration, and ecological management in the DRB.

Environmental protection, climate change, and the protection of the planet’s biodiversity are becoming top priorities in modern society. Environmental agreements, while important and necessary, including for achieving sustainable development goals, impose additional restrictions on products and producers of these products. These restrictions can be used by countries to create barriers to the import of construction materials. Countries that have ratified environmental agreements may restrict the import of products that do not meet environmental requirements or criteria in one way or another. International environmental management tools are described, in particular environmental and climate declarations, which can serve as tools for solving the problem of possible restrictions and barriers in the export of construction materials produced in the Russian Federation.

Product evaluation is very important for product improvement and development, and subjective product evaluation determines customer’s evaluation of products to some extent, so the purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable subjective product evaluation system. In this study, we comprehensively determine the evaluation indexes based on Kansei engineering (KE), establish an overall product evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and establish the subjective product evaluation system by classifying the evaluation indexes in the overall product evaluation system into “objective evaluation index” and “subjective evaluation index”, removing the objective evaluation indexes, and retaining the subjective evaluation indexes. Additionally, we select some modern chairs as experimental samples to verify the reliability and validity of this subjective product evaluation system by means of questionnaires. The experimental results show that, in this subjective product evaluation system, the subjective evaluation of the product is positively correlated with the “favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, and negatively correlated with the “least favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, indicating that this subjective product evaluation system realizes a symmetry between subjective product evaluation and comprehensive product evaluation. Therefore, it can be concluded that this subjective product evaluation system based on KE and AHP proposed in this study has reliability and validity, and can be used for product evaluation to judge the popularity of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

According to indicators’ information repetition and subjectivity of the indicators’ weight set during the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Principal Component analysis can help solve the weight of the relative indicators and reduce comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the variable fussy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has made a comprehensive evaluation of the status quo of Yunnan’s low carbon economy development(2005-2009), which turns out to be more practical compared with the mere variable fussy theory analysis, thus, principal component-variable fuzzy evaluation is a kind of feasible way to analyze the regional low carbon development status.

Now the coal mine gas risk index and evaluation system has a lot of deficiency. The paper establishes a coal mine gas risk index system and explains the meaning of each index on the basis of analysis of gas accident for recent years. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has become an effective and popular method, so the paper evaluates the coal mine gas accident risk using fuzzy mathematical safety evaluation, and takes this method in six mines of one group, at last the paper provides some suggestions for this method

With the increasingly serious environmental problems, how to achieve the sustainable development of environment and economic has become a widespread concern at home and abroad. Through the research and analysis of clean production and clean production evaluation index system of domestic and foreign, and according to statistical theory, the reasonable and effective sampling method was determined. By researching the printing equipment manufacture and equipment applied enterprise of domestic, the data contained printing equipment energy use, emissions and product characteristic was obtained. By using the method of expert advice and factor analysis, clean production evaluation indicators and index system was determined.
