Many studies have shown that macrophytes play a significant role in controlling eutrophication; however, only a few of these are based on macrophyte biomass. Based on the growth characteristic of macrophytes, we propose an approach for the assessment of the optimal biomass of macrophytes in the decay and growth periods in Lake Datong (a shallow lake), using a lake ecological model. The results showed that the pollution load of the lake should be reduced by 50% while conforming to the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (EQSSW) Class Ⅲ. In contrast, with an increase in the pollution load of 5%, the results indicate that the lake may deteriorate to a turbid state over the next few years. The macrophyte biomass should be harvested during the decay period, when 80% biomass is beneficial to the water quality of the eutrophic shallow lake. Based on macrophyte simulation from 2020–2024, the wet biomass of macrophytes should be controlled at 5.5 kg/m2. The current macrophyte biomass in Lake Datong is four-fold higher than the simulated optimal biomass. This study provides a reference for the adequate ecological restoration of the lake and its subsequent maintenance, as well as scientific support for improving the comprehensive evaluation standard of healthy lakes and the theoretical basis of lake ecological restoration.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.

It is serious on the degradation of the shallow lake ecosystem at present, while the recovery of the macrophytes vegetations and the increase in water transparency have been the main contents of the ecological restoration. Using a two-variable model, we discuss the instability and sensitivity of the ecosystem to the finite-amplitude perturbations related to the initial condition with CNOP-I method. Results show that the linearly stable clear (turbid) water states can be nonlinearly unstable with the finite-amplitude perturbations. The results also demonstrate that the facilitation interactions between the submerged macrophytes and the water transparency are the main trigger for a shift from the turbid to the clear state.

Earthquakes have a great destructive effect on the geo-ecological environment of mountain towns, and the restoration of the geo-ecological environment after the disaster is of great significance to the sustainable development of mountain towns. This paper applies the improved ecological footprint method to build a geo-ecological restoration footprint evaluation model from the aspects of factors affecting the geological ecology. Moreover, Comprehensive evaluation of geo-ecology were selected to analyse the dynamic change process of geological ecology before and after the Lushan earthquake in 2010-2017. The results show that earthquake disasters have a long-term and dual impact on the geo-ecological environment of mountainous towns. Earthquake disasters can change the geo-ecological footprint by reducing the output of ecological products, changing the population composition, diet structure and even the fuel ratio, thereby affecting the geo-ecological restoration process for a long time. On the one hand, the effect of sustainable restoration of the ecology after the disaster in Lushan County has achieved initial results, the geo-ecological deficit has been reduced by more than 43%. But on the other hand, the comprehensive evaluation of ecological restoration in Lushan County is in an unsustainable state and the geo-ecological environment is facing tremendous pressure. Based on this, this article considers the degree of geoecological restoration in Lushan County, and proposes a countermeasure for future geological and ecological restoration in Lushan County.

Comparing to the dispersed sea-use way, the intensive and economical sea-use method is a way to change the traditional method, which can implement intensive development in suitable marine areas with suitable scales in flakes. Intensive sea reclamation engineering with comparatively large scales will inevitably impact on the sustainability of economy, environment and resource. Since 2009, Shandong government has planned 9 large and 10 small sea areas, total about 1500 square kilometers for the intensive and economical sea-use. In order to evaluate the sustainable development level of the plan, the paper established a framework model of economy, resource and environment, as well as a sustainable development index system of intensive and economical sea-use in Shandong. An entropy method is used to determine the corresponding evaluation standard and evaluate the sustainable development level of intensive and economical sea-use in Shandong comprehensively. The result shows that the sustainable development level of intensive and economical sea-use in Shandong is acceptable.

The rigidity and damping characteristics of a large and heavy NC rotary table have great influence on machining efficiency and the integrated machine’s dynamic accuracy, but test and control methods related to these characteristics are difficult to apply. In the axial direction, the table was supported by a constant current hydrostatic guideway; the guideway’s surface roughness and planeness errors were the main factors contributing to hydraulic oil leakage. Based on the force analysis of a ZT20SW driven by double worm gear pairs, a dynamic model and an electromechanical–hydraulic coupling model in the circumferential direction were established. Simulation and experimental results altogether indicated that the cutting force on the table, leakage characteristics and Coulomb frictional force of the hydrostatic guideway each have great effects on dynamical accuracy. In addition, test methods on the leakage’s equivalent oil film thickness offer a new comprehensive evaluation standard for the hydrostatic guideway’s geometric errors. The hydrostatic guideway’s Coulomb frictional force can be controlled reasonably to improve the table’s dynamic accuracy.
