THE INFLUENCE OF NET PROFIT MARGIN AND CURRENT RATIO ON STOCK PRICE

 This research have purpose to examine empirically the effect on Net Profit Margin and Liquidity (Current Ratio) to Stock Price on Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Company Listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange Period 2012-2016. The problems that occur in Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companyis the decrease of Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Net Profit Margin. Then the companyhas descreased Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Liquidity (Current Ratio). The research uses descriptive verification analysis method with population 10 companies from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companies. Sample selected by using purposive sampling, so thesample obtained to 8 companies with 40 financial reports from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical CompanyListed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Technical of data analysis is multiple linearregression with SPSS 16.0 version as the application.  The result of the analysis showed that Net Profit Margin has positive and significant effect to Stock Price, and Liquidity which measured by Current Ratio has Positive dan significant effect toStock Price.

This research is meant to find out the effects of current ratio (cr), net profit margin (npm) and dividend policy on stock price in consumer goods companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)in 2013-2017 periods. Sample determination using purposive sampling method and sample studied are 19 companies. Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this research shows that simultaneously and partial CR, NPM and Dividend Policy have positive and significant effects to the stock price in consumer goods companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 periods.

This research aims to find out the effects of Current ratio (CR), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Net profit margin (NPM) dan Earning per share (EPS) toward stock price of the construction and building company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017.Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria as (1) construction and building company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period from 2013 to 2017; (2) construction and building company who provided financial reports during 2013-2017; (3) Sample company still operate during research periods from 2013-2017. Based on this criteria, 9 samples were acquired. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and www.finance.yahoo.com. While the method of analysis used in this research is a method of regression anaylsis of panel data with fixed effect model.The result of this study show that CR and DER don’t have significant impact to the stock price of building and construction company; NPM and EPS have a significant price on stock price of building and construction company. Prediction capability of these four variables toward stock price is 92.29% as indicated by adjusted R square value, where the rest 7.71% is affected by others factors which was not entered to this research model.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the the influence of Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Current Ratio to Stock Price. The sample of this study was ninety-six financial  reports of Property and Real Estate companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange using a quantitive research method. The multiple regressions analyisis was used as the analysis technique. The study results showed that Net Profit Margin and Total Assets Turnover have significant influence toward Stock Price partially while Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have no influence toward Stock Price partially.

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial effect proxy through Current  ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin Against Stock Price of the Company and the like mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in the study amounted to 16 companies from a total of 18 companies, for the techniques used in the study using multiple regression analysis. The test results show the variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price of metal companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the results obtained F- count as 5,948 with  significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means the relationship between the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin together have a close relationship to stock prices.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity on stock prices in food & beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2019. The population is the Food & Beverages sector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2019. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method, so that the sample becomes 70 observation. This research was classified as quantitative research and the type of research is descriptive. The data analysis technique was carried out by using multiple linear regression test using the SPSS ver 25 analysis tool. The results showed that Current Ratio partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Quick Ratio partially has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Net Profit Margin partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price. And, Return on Equity partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity have a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverages sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2019.

This study aims to examine the fundamental factors of Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)effect on stock price changes on financial companies in Indonesia . The share price is the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company issuing the shares, which change or fluctuation is largely determined by the forces of supply and demand occurred in the stock exchange (secondary market). The influence of these factors on stock prices is tested with regression analysis. Study sample is 40 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange are selected by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that the partial net profit margin of only variable that significantly influence the stock price, while the variable current ratio, leverage ratio, total assets turnover and earnings per shareno significant effect on stock prices. While simultaneously variable Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Earnings Per Share(EPS)significantly influence the stock price. These results indicate that investors in making investment decisions take into consideration the level of stock prices, returns that would be obtained and also consider the ability of illiquid instruments (funds from third parties, received a loan of more than three months, and core capital) against liabilities (current debt ) company. The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, the data source used is secondary data, namely data in the form of company’s annual financial reports from 2015 - 2019 attached to the IDX website. Data collection techniques in this study use documentation techniques. Research population Pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, sampling using purposive sampling method, namely PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) PT. Kimia Farma, (KAEF), and PT. Pharos Tbk (PEHA). The data analysis technique used in this research is the Profitability Ratio Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) analysis technique, namely 5 periods of financial statements for each of 3 pharmaceutical companies using standard ratio analysis. industry profitability by cashmere. The results showed that the differences in the financial performance of 3 pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX were seen from the profitability ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM) for 5 years, namely PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT. Kimia Farma Tbk is not very good and PT. Pharos Indonesia, Tbk is not good enough. Return On Asset (ROA). PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT. Kimia Farma Tbk is not very good and PT. Pharos Indonesia, Tbk is not very good. Return On Equity (ROE) The financial performance of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT. Kimia Farma Tbk is not very good and PT. Pharos Indonesia, Tbk is not very good.

This study discusses the stock price and financial ratios based on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share has an influence on the stock price. The company sampled as many as 20 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. Using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share to simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. Test results partially, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. With the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), every company's activity in the capital market will make it easier for investors to see the company's financial performance reflecting the financial condition of each reporting company. The capital market becomes an alternative for investors and shareholders to invest funds into companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to examine the influence the variable Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share simultaneously and partially to stock prices. The samples in this research are 13 Food and Beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results that company financial performance measured by Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share do not have significant effect to stock price. t test concluded that the variable of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share do not have significant effect to stock price in manufacturing company of Food and Beverages sub sector. This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Asset, Net Profit Margin and Current Ratio on Food and Beverage Stock Prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study were all companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, amounting to 15 companies with a sample of 11 companies with the 2014-2018 period for 5 years and using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Method. This research uses quantitative research. This type of research is descriptive statistics and the nature of the research is explanatory. The results of this study indicate that partially (t) Return On Asset and Net Profit Margin have no and insignificant effect on Stock Prices, while Current Ratio has a negative effect on Food and Beverage Stock Prices which simultaneously affect Return On Asset, Net Profit Margin, and Current Ratio. to the Food and Beverage Stock Price
